提升生活排水系统卫生安全性能的关键问题

新冠肺炎确诊患者粪便病毒检测呈阳性,意味着新冠病毒可能会通过气溶胶的方式进行传播,使得生活排水系统的卫生安全问题时隔17年后再次摆在人们面前。以保障人的健康为出发点,从基础研究、排水机理、系统设计、施工监管、维护管理等多方面提出了提升生活排水系统卫生安全性能的关键问题,以期从全生命周期内切断排水系统可能传播病毒的隐形途径,切实保障居民居家健康。     

加工切割精度对研磨的影响

本文主要介绍了在加工基板边部时,需将控制边部质量放在首。对于边部质量控制的重要环节是切割工序,切割的精度将直接影响到研磨边部的质量,从而影响边部良品率。因此,切割精度是作为控制边部质量的第一要素。     

Criteria on existence of horseshoes near homoclinic tangencies of arbitrary orders

Consider (m + 1)-dimensional, m ≥ 1, diffeomorphisms that have a saddle fixed point O with m-dimensional stable manifold W^s(O), one-dimensional unstable manifold W^u(O), and with the saddle value σ different from 1. We assume that W^s(O) and W^u(O) are tangent at the points of some homoclinic orbit and we let the order of tangency be arbitrary. In the case when σ < 1, we prove necessary and sufficient conditions of existence of topological horseshoes near homoclinic tangencies. In the case when σ > 1, we also obtain the criterion of existence of horseshoes under the additional assumption that the homoclinic tangency is simple.     

Pittsburgh's translocal social movement: A case of the new public water

This paper contributes to the water privatization and governance literatures by examining the case of Pittsburgh where renewed efforts of water privatization have emerged after a failed private management arrangement between the local water authority and Veolia ended abruptly in 2015. We argue that, as the water authority aims to rebuild trust in the community, resident mobilization has played a key role in hindering further privatizing arrangements and has exerted influence in defining what constitutes the “new public” water in Pittsburgh, by advocating for increased transparency and accountability in governance, infrastructure improvements and protections for low-income residents.     

新形势下普通高校大学生行为管理模式研究

高校是培养人才的摇篮,肩负着科教兴国、人才强国两大历史性战略任务。由于社会环境的复杂化,人际关系的交错性,新时代的大学生行为状况给高校学生管理工作带来了新的挑战。针对新时期大学生行为特点,我们通过加强党建工作、强化学风建设、做好班级自主管理和深化社会服务四个方面工作进行分析,提出了全面引导、约束、规范和优化大学生的行为的建议和对策,从而有效解决新形势下普通高校学生管理工作的实际困难。     

从空间管制角度谈对“多规合一”工作的思考

空间管制作为一种有效的空间资源配置和管理手段备受关注，也日益成为空间规划的重要内容和政府进行空间管理的重要抓手。要实现统一的空间管制，就必须进行“多规合一”。在“多规合一”的过程中，形成统一的控制线和空间管制分区，建立起“管制分区-责任主体-政策措施”三位一体的空间管制机制，并实现空间政策化，政策法制化。要实现管制空间与管制政策的协调，必须处理好技术理性与行政管理可操作性的关系，促使空间管制由技术性向政策性转型。完整的空间管制政策应包括三个部分，对管制分区的管理要求、实现管制目标的措施和空间开发权合理分配的保障机制。在明确分区管理控制性和约束性要求的同时，通过调节和补偿性政策措施，最终实现空间开发权的合理分配。     

公民新闻与权力变移

公民新闻的诞生源于信息网络技术的推动,同时也得力于媒介接近权的付诸实践。结合国内外学者的网络社会学主要研究成果,本文着重探索和分析了媒介权力变移所呈现出来的知识化、扁平化和分散化的趋向,并分析研究了现今阶段公民新闻在媒介权力变移过程的所面临的问题。     

Elliptical distribution-based weight-determining method for ordered weighted averaging operators

The ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operators play a crucial role in aggregating multiple criteria evaluations into an overall assessment supporting the decision makers’ choice. One key point steps is to determine the associated weights. In this paper, we first briefly review some main methods for determining the weights by using distribution functions. Then we propose a new approach for determining OWA weights by using the regular increasing monotone quantifier. Motivated by the idea of normal distribution-based method to determine the OWA weights, we develop a method based on elliptical distributions for determining the OWA weights, and some of its desirable properties have been investigated.     

工程评估理论及其在矿业中应用的新进展

我国矿业工程评估一般采用折现现金流量法，但由于矿业工程投资期间长，价格波动大，因而常低估矿业工程的投资价值，为此，介绍了近年来基于期权定价技术发展起来的矿业工程评估方法及其在矿业工程中的应用。     

基于期权的矿产资源采矿权估价单因素模型

矿产资源采矿权可以被认为是一个多期多阶段的复合看涨期权，在基于期权的采矿权价值形成机理研究基础上，假定无采矿权交易成本、不考虑关闭和开启矿山时的成本和矿山的永久性废弃以及利率为无风险利率，研究了矿产资源储量价值随机波动下的基于期权的矿产资源采矿权估价单因素模型，并结合一煤炭资源实例对比了收益现值法与单因素模型，发现期权估价方法较收益现值法能提高矿产资源采矿权价值。
