Terahertz (THz) imaging is expected to become powerful tools for non-destructive inspections. To ensure the practical use of THz non-destructive monitoring, versatile THz imagers with adjustable designs that can eliminate the complexities and the bulkiness of the device are urgently required. Herein, a self-aligned filtration process for a 2D, free-standing carbon nanotube film array and its application to a THz video camera patch are reported. The presented techniques enable a) to freely design the camera size, sensor array pattern, and suspended shape according to its applications, b) to cut the camera patch into desired shapes, and c) to attach them to the objects that are intended to be measured. Real-time, non-destructive monitoring of various infrastructures is demonstrated. These results indicate that it can function regardless of restrictions, such as the shapes and locations of the measurement samples, thus providing a strong possibility for use in future non-destructive sensor networks.  相似文献

New antimicrobial (AM) coatings based on imidazolium salts have been prepared linking the imidazolium salts to the cotton fabric using siloxane oligomers as coupling agents. Three different imidazolium salts, linked to the siloxane oligomers connected to the cotton fabric either with ionic or covalent linkages, have been used. FTIR analysis shows that the imidazolium salts are linked to the cotton fabric. All the coatings prepared have high antimicrobial activity at both concentrations tested (3 and 10 wt%) and against a Gram positive and a Gram negative bacterium. The AM activity is mainly retained after 4 cycles of washing.  相似文献

MoS2, Ni-doped MoS2, and Ni-doped MoS2/Al2O3 were synthesized by using thiourea as an organosulfur source with simple and low cost methodology to convert phenol, a model compound of lignin biomass into cyclohexane via catalytic hydrodeoxygenation (HDO). As-synthesized catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, N2 sorption, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray absorption near-edge structure. The phenol conversion was achieved better in semi-amorphous MoS2 than the crystalline one. In addition, all developed MoS2 showed high selectivity toward HDO of phenol than hydrogenation of phenol, leading to ~ 90% of cyclohexane selectivity in Ni-doped MoS2.  相似文献

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a persistent and unexplained pathological state characterized by exertional and severely debilitating fatigue, with/without infectious or neuropsychiatric symptoms, and with a minimum duration of 6 consecutive months. Its pathogenesis is not fully understood. There are no firmly established diagnostic biomarkers or treatment, due to incomplete understanding of the etiology of ME/CFS and diagnostic uncertainty. Establishing a biomarker for the objective diagnosis is urgently needed to treat a lot of patients. Recently, research on ME/CFS using metabolome analysis methods has been increasing. Here, we overview recent findings concerning the metabolic features in patients with ME/CFS and the animal models which contribute to the development of diagnostic biomarkers for ME/CFS and its treatment. In addition, we discuss future perspectives of studies on ME/CFS.  相似文献

Several C/SiC composites with no interlayer, single pyrocarbon (PyC) interlayer and PyC/SiCN interlayer were fabricated by polymer infiltration and pyrolysis process. The microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results verified that SiCN interlayer was formed on carbon fibers. Both bulk density and flexural stress of C/SiC composite with PyC/SiCN interlayer were slightly higher than composite fabricated with single PyC interlayer. When the weight fraction of SiCN interlayer in the composite was about 18 wt%, the flexural stress of the composite was enhanced to 416 MPa from 352 MPa for composite with single PyC interlayer. The observations of pulled-out fibers on fracture surfaces revealed non-catastrophic fracture features for PyC/SiCN deposited C/SiC composite.  相似文献
