数字签名技术在医院电子病历中的设计与应用

为推进病历数字化发展,并确保其信息的安全性,将以HIS电子病历系统为基础,采用安信数字签名技术和PKI或PMI系统搭建相信并加以任用的授权服务,经过针对实际的PKC和CA的确认、委托与管控构建整体的数字签名平台,完成电子病历数字签名功能设计,以加强电子文件的完整性、真实性和不可抵赖性。最后以某医院的XML结构化的电子病历系统为基础进行项目实施,完成了医护人员通过HIS的快速身份认证,和准确地数字签名。     

Determinants of the intention to use non-medical insertable digital devices: The case of Chile and Colombia

In the past, thinking of carrying electronic devices inside our bodies was only posed by non-real scenarios. The emergence of insertable devices has changed this. Since this technology is still in its initial development stages, few studies have investigated factors that influence its acceptance. This paper analyzes the predictors of the intention to use non-medical insertable devices in two Latin American contexts. We used partial least squares structural equation modeling to examine whether six constructs predicted intention to use insertable devices. A questionnaire was administered to undergraduate students located in Colombia and Chile (n = 672). We also examined whether these predictors influenced intention differently for both of them. Four common constructs significantly and positively influenced both Chilean and Colombian respondents to use insertable devices (hedonic motivation, habit, performance expectancy, and social influence). Also, the habit has a complementary mediating effect on the relationship between social influence and behavioral intention. By contrast, effort expectations were a positive and significant predictor, but only among Chilean respondents. Findings suggest that when technologies are emerging, well-known predictors of intention (e.g., performance and effort expectations) are less influential than predictors related to self-efficacy (e.g., habit and hedonic motivation). The use of insertable devices has a significant impact on society. Thus, a better understanding of what motivates their use has implications for both academia and industry.     

煤矿5G分布式MIMO组网技术研究（增刊）

根据煤矿井下的安全防爆要求，天线的射频发射功率受到严格限制，导致煤矿5G的基站部署密度显著高于地面场景。为了解决由此引发的交叉覆盖问题，本文提出了煤矿5G分布式MIMO组网技术，利用分布在不同位置的天线实现对用户数据的联合并行发送，不仅避免了由交叉覆盖导致的乒乓切换等负面效应，还提升了边缘区域的信号覆盖效果。在乌兰木伦煤矿的300米采煤工作面内，利用分布式MIMO组网技术实现了5G信号的无边界覆盖，上行速率不低于500Mbps，保障了煤机数据的实时有效传输。     

基于包装功能的时间–温度指示器与食品新鲜度指示器研究进展

目的 从包装功能实现的角度分析研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的原理、类型与发展趋势，指出开发设计时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器应完成的包装功能，为有效实现包装交流功能提供研究思路和技术支持。方法 列出现有食品包装功能在物理环境、周围环境和人类环境下的实现矩阵，通过研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的实现原理和所满足的包装交流功能，探讨这2种技术提高矩阵中分值较低元素的可行性。结果 时间–温度指示器监测食品所经历的时间、温度的完整历程，有助于提高实现矩阵中ComA元素的分值;食品新鲜度指示器提供生理变化或微生物生长引起的食品质量变化的定性或半定量信息，有助于提高实现矩阵中ComH元素的分值。结论 时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器能够有效提升食品包装的交流功能，保证消费者安全，减少资源浪费，具有广阔的发展前景。     

以新发展理念引领高校专业基础课教学改革

以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”为内核的新发展理念，是对马克思主义发展理念的继承和发扬，极具时代精神，富含问题意识，为高校思想政治教育发展、教育教学改革实践提供了强大的理论支撑。本文以“通信原理”为例，阐述了新发展理念在课程改革中的思路和方法，实现了思想政治教育与专业基础课程有机融合，为深化高校教学改革、创新人才培养模式提供了思路。     

High Q×f values of Zn-Ni co-modified LiMg0.9Zn0.1-xNixPO4 microwave dielectric ceramics for 5G/6G LTCC modules

In this work, Zn-Ni co-modified LiMg_0.9Zn_0.1-xNi_xPO₄ (x = 0–0.1) microwave dielectric ceramics were fabricated using a solid state synthesis route. Rietveld refinement of the XRD data revealed that all ceramic samples have formed a single phase with olivine structure. SEM images showed that the samples have a dense microstructure, that agrees with the measured relative density of 97.73 %. Based on the complex chemical bond theory, Raman and infrared reflectance spectra, we postulate that ε_r is mainly affected by the ionic polarizability, lattice and bond energy, while P-O bond plays a decisive role in Q×f and τ_f value. Optimum properties of Q×f ~ 153,500 GHz, ε_r ~ 7.13 and τ_f ~ ?59 ppm/°C were achieved for the composition LiMg_0.9Zn_0.06Ni_0.04PO₄ sintered at 875 ℃ for 2 h. This set of properties makes these ceramics an excellent candidate for LTCC, wave-guide filters and antennas for 5 G/6 G communication applications.     

冰下单载波水声通信试验研究

北极地区战略地位的提高促进了极区各种应用的快速发展，冰下水声通信成为其中一个热点问题。为了研究冰下单载波水声通信性能，在黄海冰区开展冰下试验。重点分析了内嵌锁相环的多通道判决反馈均衡(Multi-channelDecision Feedback Equalization, M-DFE)技术在冰下水声通信中抗多途时延的能力，研究比较了改进比例归一化最小均方(Improved Proportional normalized Least Mean Square, IPNLMS)算法和递归最小二乘(Recursive Least Squares,RLS)算法的均衡性能。试验结果表明IPNLMS和RLS都能克服信道多途效应带来的影响。在牺牲计算复杂度的前提下，RLS具有更好的均衡效果，M-DFE在冰下环境中能够有效消除码间干扰。     

用于电弧检测的电力专用SoC设计

针对传统的电弧电路故障检测结果不准确的问题,设计用于电弧检测的SoC系统,并且在55nm工艺下进行流片验证。采用包含两种结构的模数转换器的片上电压源,设计了锁相环以及复位电路,精度最高可达8.67 bit。验证结果表明,本设计可提高电弧检测的准确性。     

电信运营商云网规划数字化研究和实现

基于电信运营商数字化转型，系统性地提出了数据驱动的云网发展规划体系，以及六大关键数字化能力构建，设计和实现了一种云网规划数字化平台，该平台可用于实现目标网络精细规划、边缘计算精准预测等场景，并探讨了数字孪生在规划领域的应用前景，对运营商推进云网融合战略、推进高质量发展具有指导和参考意义。
