本文验证了基于Micromegas探测器的宇宙线缪子散射成像系统进行快速核材料检测的可行性,并对实验室宇宙线缪子成像系统原型进行参数估算。基于Geant4程序开发了用于模拟宇宙线缪子物理过程、传输径迹及Micromegas探测器响应的模拟程序。在模拟数据的基础上,实现并改进了两种主要的宇宙线缪子散射成像算法。根据模拟和成像结果,1 m×1 m成像系统可在10 min内检测到被重元素屏蔽的核材料。10 cm×10 cm成像系统的缪子事例触发率为0.16 s-1,要获得较为清晰的成像结果,要求探测器位置分辨率达到300 μm,探测器增益为1 000时实际测量事例至少需要20 h。 相似文献

Sensors for monitoring temperature, heat flux, and thermal radiation are essential for applications such as electronic skin. While pyroelectric and thermoelectric effects are suitable candidates as functional elements in such devices, both concepts show individual drawbacks in terms of zero equilibrium signals for pyroelectric materials and small or slow response of thermoelectric materials. Here, these drawbacks are overcome by introducing the concept of thermodiffusion‐assisted pyroelectrics, which combines and enhances the performance of pyroelectric and ionic thermoelectric materials. The presented integrated concept provides both rapid initial response upon heating and stable synergistically enhanced signals upon prolonged exposure to heat stimuli. Likewise, incorporation of plasmonic metasurfaces enables the concept to provide both rapid and stable signals for radiation‐induced heating. The performance of the concept and its working mechanism can be explained by ion–electron interactions at the interface between the pyroelectric and ionic thermoelectric materials. 相似文献

反应堆屏蔽计算中经常出现厚屏蔽、小探测器问题,常规蒙特卡罗方法难以有效解决。基于自动重要抽样(AIS)方法,本文提出了小探测器自动重要抽样(SDAIS)方法,并针对小探测器问题,优化了AIS方法的虚粒子赌分裂算法。该方法在自主开发的蒙特卡罗屏蔽程序MCShield上进行了实现。使用NUREG/CR-6115 PWR基准题验证该方法的正确性和计算效率。结果表明,SDAIS方法可有效地解决厚屏蔽小探测器问题,相比AIS方法及传统的重要性方法,计算效率提升1~2个量级。 相似文献

A diamond film with a size of 6 × 6 × 0.5 mm3 is fabricated by electron-assisted chemical vapor deposition. Raman spectrum analysis, x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope images confirm the high purity and large grain size, which is larger than 300 μm. Its resistivity is higher than ${10}^{12}\,{\rm{\Omega }}\cdot {\rm{cm}}.$ Interlaced-finger electrodes are imprinted onto the diamond film to develop an x-ray detector. Ohmic contact is confirmed by checking the linearity of its current–voltage curve. The dark current is lower than 0.1 nA under an electric field of 30 kV cm−1. The time response is 220 ps. The sensitivity is about 125 mA W−1 under a biasing voltage of 100 V. A good linear radiation dose rate is also confirmed. This diamond detector is used to measure x-ray on a Z-pinch, which has a double-layer 'nested tungsten wire array'. The pronounced peaks in the measured waveform clearly characterize the x-ray bursts, which proves the performance of this diamond detector. 相似文献

Pyroelectrics are attracting increasing attention because they enable pyroelectric generators to extract energy from low-gradient-temperature heat for portable electronic devices. High pyroelectric coefficient around room temperature is essential for high-performance energy harvesters, which, unfortunately, is only commonly achieved in lead-based ferroelectrics. Herein we report a high room temperature pyroelectric response of 27.2 × 10?4 C m-2 K-1 in 0.94(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-0.06Ba(Ti0.75Zr0.25)O3 lead-free ceramics by modulating the Zr4+/Ti4+ ratio to tune the ferroelectric-relaxor antiferroelectric-like phase transition point to around ambient temperature, whose pyroelectric response is one order of magnitude higher than that of the sample without Zr and even comparable to those of lead-containing pyroelectrics. The theoretical analysis revealed that introduced Zr4+ could incorporate into the TiO6 octahedral lattices and break the long-range translational symmetry of BaTiO3 lattices, resulting in the reduction of B-site ion displacement activation energy and transition point of ferroelectric-relaxor antiferroelectric-like phase, giving rise to a pronounced room-temperature pyroelectric effect in BNT-BZT. 相似文献

The ability of Clostridium butyricum RAK25832 to use casamino acids as a nitrogen source was investigated. Strain RAK25832 showed the capacity to utilize different types of carbon sources. With glucose as a carbon source (10 g/L), the preferred final concentration of casamino acids was 26.67 g/L, with a cumulative hydrogen production, production rate, and yield of 2505 mL H2/L, 160 mL/h, and 1.81 mol H2/mol glucose, respectively. Eighteen metal elements were screened to identify the most important metals for biohydrogen production, and four elements were optimized. The optimal medium composition was MgCl2·6H2O (0.1 g/L), K2HPO4·3H2O (6.67 g/L), NaHCO3 (2.6 g/L), and FeCl2·4H2O (0.002 g/L). Vitamin supplementation of the medium showed no significant effect on hydrogen production. Under the optimized conditions, cumulative hydrogen production reached 3074 mL H2/L. 提出了基于列表的迭代分枝定界算法,利用搜索到的候选列表计算比特软信息,降低了MAP计算复杂度,同时进一步提出了改进的列表分枝定界算法,每次迭代利用更新的先验信息重新计算候选列表,提高了列表质量。仿真结果表明列表分枝定界算法通过在MIMO信道检测和信道解码之间传递外信息,取得了逼近信道容量的性能,而修正的考虑先验信息的列表分枝定界算法在性能损失可忽略的情况下,减小了候选列表的大小。 相似文献
