基于PLC与HMI的沥青贯入度仪控制系统的设计

结合PLC与HMI设计一套沥青混凝土贯入度设备的控制系统,利用PID控制算法简便有效的解决了设备水浴的恒温问题。系统自动采集数据、检测精准、人机界面操作简便、系统运行稳定。系统替代了传统的人工实验,大幅提升了实验效率。     

基于PLC和HMI的高校宿舍太阳能热水工程控制系统设计

提出了基于PLC和HMI的太阳能热水工程控制方案,能有效利用太阳能集热阵列吸收的热量,选用Delta DVP-32ES为核心控制器,以DOP-07S415触摸屏作为人机界面设计了硬件电路和软件系统。工程应用表明,方案运行稳定、节能效果显著、智能化程度高,在太阳能热水工程的控制应用中具体很大的推广价值。

Deep Learning for EMG-based Human-Machine Interaction: A Review

Electromyography (EMG) has already been broadly used in human-machine interaction (HMI) applications. Determining how to decode the information inside EMG signals robustly and accurately is a key problem for which we urgently need a solution. Recently, many EMG pattern recognition tasks have been addressed using deep learning methods. In this paper, we analyze recent papers and present a literature review describing the role that deep learning plays in EMG-based HMI. An overview of typical network structures and processing schemes will be provided. Recent progress in typical tasks such as movement classification, joint angle prediction, and force/torque estimation will be introduced. New issues, including multimodal sensing, inter-subject/inter-session, and robustness toward disturbances will be discussed. We attempt to provide a comprehensive analysis of current research by discussing the advantages, challenges, and opportunities brought by deep learning. We hope that deep learning can aid in eliminating factors that hinder the development of EMG-based HMI systems. Furthermore, possible future directions will be presented to pave the way for future research.

Towards new web services based supervisory systems in complex industrial organizations: Basic principles and case study

Mobility, cooperation and the information access of the different human actors within a complex industrial organization are some of the concerns of web-based HMI design. In this paper we highlight the application of some key concepts of web services for the specification and design of a complex supervisory web-based HMI. Hence, a novel approach based on a service oriented architecture and web services allowing flexible and transparent interaction between the field devices and human operators currently being considered is now possible. An overall design framework is presented and discussed. A real representative case study illustrating this approach is described and discussed from the human-machine interaction point of view, as well as further work.     

基于MODBUS协议的单片机与触摸屏通信实现

为了提高色选机的可操控性,在Modbus协议的基础上,设计实现了一种单片机和触摸屏相互通信的人机交互系统。结合对Modbus协议的认识与研究,阐述了如何使用STC单片机通过MAX232与威纶触摸屏进行人机交互,同时给出了硬件电路图和软件流程图,并进行了测试验证与分析。结果表明,该通信系统在色选机中的数据传输稳定可靠,同时还为其他人机交互系统的设计提供了参考。     

S7-200PLC在除湿机控制系统中的应用

采用西门子S7-200 PLC为主控制器,配以人机界面TD400C和通信模块EM277,设计了某除湿机控制系统.温度、湿度的采集采用频率输出方式的传感器/变送器,将频率信号接入PLC集成的高速脉冲输入口,定时计数从而得到采样值.控制指令可以从数字输入接口、TD400C或上层计算机获得;系统运行状态也可在数字输出接口、TD400C上显示或传送至上层计算机.     

智能配电监控系统的人机交互设计

以宏晶公司STCI2CSA60S2单片机处理器作为控制器,以矩阵健盘作为输入设备,以RS485通信接口芯片作为数据更新方式,用北京青云公司生产的LCD3202401作为显示输出设备,研究设计了相应的硬件电路与显示驱动程序,在此基础上完成了人机交互系统的设计.充分利用成本低、资源少的单片机系统实现完善的人机交互功能.
