针对大尺寸光学平面的直线度的纳米级测量精度需求,提出了倾斜入射下单截面平面度绝对检验方法,实现了对超过相移干涉仪口径的长平晶绝对检验。利用棱镜转向实现倾斜入射角度的精密预标定,棱镜标定角度的精度高于圆光栅和图像分析等方法,可提高测量不确定度到0.0042 μm。对比了常规三面互检绝对检验结果与本方法的差异,在相同尺寸下,直线度误差仅为1.2 nm。在确认标定反射镜位置后,整个倾斜入射的干涉图调整过程将被完全集中到待测长平晶的工作面上,不需要再对反射平晶进行操作。调整长平晶时各个维度的操作互不干涉,可快速简便地得到测量结果。 相似文献

An acoustic emission (AE) experiment was carried out to explore the AE location accuracy influenced by temperature. A hollow hemispherical specimen was used to simulate common underground structures. In the process of heating with the flame, the pulse signal of constant frequency was stimulated as an AE source. Then AE signals received by each sensor were collected and used for comparing localization accuracy at different temperatures. Results show that location errors of AE keep the same phenomenon in the early and middle heating stages. In the later stage of heating, location errors of AE increase sharply due to the appearance of cracks. This provides some beneficial suggestions on decreasing location errors of structural cracks caused by temperature and improves the ability of underground structure disaster prevention and control. 相似文献

For the fluctuation of CFCC caused by environmental noise is the main reason for the low accuracy of keystroke detection,the spatial characteristics of adjacent between CFCC were studied,and the spatial gradient structure of CFCC based on points was established.On this basis,the effect of CFCC spatial gradient on keystroke content recognition and the selection of precise neighborhood points were studied on training and testing.Finally,a high-robustness keystroke recognition algorithm based on acoustic signals was constructed.Extensive experiments in different environments demonstrate that the proposed CFCC spatial gradient sound feature achieves great performance and the recognition accuracy is 96.15%. 相似文献

Hollow γ-MnO2 sphere was obtained by annealing the precursor at 400 °C with different holding time. The influences of different holding time on the morphology and crystalline structure of final products have been discussed in detail, and the microwave absorption properties of the as-products were also investigated. The results exhibited that finer crystalline feature of the γ-MnO2 and larger pore size in the hollow γ-MnO2 sphere could be obtained with the extended holding time. The MnO2/paraffin composites (50 wt% loading) present extraordinary microwave absorption performance, and the minimum reflection loss (RL) values is −51.3 dB at 4.9 GHz with the thickness of 3.5 mm. The excellent electromagnetic absorption properties can be ascribed to the hollow structure, perfect impedance matching behavior and the multiple interface polarization effect. 相似文献

Reflective judgement is crucial for medical-related practitioners in dealing with controversial issues. However, the conformity phenomenon is likely to occur and interfere with reflective judgement learning during interactive activities. Effective strategies are required to moderate the conformity behaviour tendency (CBT) and improve reflective judgement performance (RJP). This study demonstrates two significant results: (a) Compared with the guided self-reflection learning strategy, the online collective reflection (OCR) learning strategy effectively weakened the learners' general CBT while dealing with professional controversial issues; and (b) a significantly negative correlation between the RJP achieved and the change of CBT in online environment was detected in the OCR group. The implications and potential applications in higher education were discussed. Further studies are needed to confirm the long-term effects and the extending application to other professional studies. 相似文献

哈萨克斯坦K油田石炭系KT-Ⅱ段储层为开阔台地相中低孔、特低渗灰岩储层,裂缝对改善储层的渗流能力至关重要,前人研究的利用常规测井资料评价碳酸盐岩储层裂缝的方法由于受裂缝产状、饱和度、泥浆侵入深浅等多方面因素的影响,存在确定性差、容易误判的缺陷。基于研究区目的层段有限的取心和电成像测井资料,结合孔隙型储层和裂缝-孔隙型储层测井响应特征,提出了利用补偿中子确定基块岩石电阻率与基块声波时差,再比较二者与深侧向电阻率、声波时差的差异特征,进而综合识别储层不同产状裂缝发育段,最后建立了裂缝孔隙度、次生孔隙度、裂缝渗透率、总渗透率等储层参数的测井解释模型,实现了利用常规测井资料对碳酸盐岩油藏储层的裂缝识别及参数定量评价。该方法应用的测井综合评价成果与取心物性分析、生产动态情况能够更好地匹配,为该类油藏的合理高效开发提供了依据。 相似文献

Microfluidic fluorescence‐activated cell sorters (μFACS) have attracted considerable interest because of their ability to identify and separate cells in inexpensive and biosafe ways. Here a high‐performance μFACS is presented by integrating a standing surface acoustic wave (SSAW)‐based, 3D cell‐focusing unit, an in‐plane fluorescent detection unit, and an SSAW‐based cell‐deflection unit on a single chip. Without using sheath flow or precise flow rate control, the SSAW‐based cell‐focusing technique can focus cells into a single file at a designated position. The tight focusing of cells enables an in‐plane‐integrated optical detection system to accurately distinguish individual cells of interest. In the acoustic‐based cell‐deflection unit, a focused interdigital transducer design is utilized to deflect cells from the focused stream within a minimized area, resulting in a high‐throughput sorting ability. Each unit is experimentally characterized, respectively, and the integrated SSAW‐based FACS is used to sort mammalian cells (HeLa) at different throughputs. A sorting purity of greater than 90% is achieved at a throughput of 2500 events s?1. The SSAW‐based FACS is efficient, fast, biosafe, biocompatible and has a small footprint, making it a competitive alternative to more expensive, bulkier traditional FACS. 相似文献
