Traditional inorganic materials exhibit rigidity owing to the lack of polymer chains in polymer materials or atom slipping in metals. However, nanometerization has been recently proposed for the conversion of inorganic oxide materials into flexible materials. Herein, the flexible inorganic luminescent material, CaTiO3:0.2%Pr3+, was synthesized through electrospinning, and the macroscopic flexibility of pure inorganic CaTiO3:0.2%Pr3+ was achieved. The flexible membrane was characterized via X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and photoluminescence analyses. The grain size was analyzed at various calcination temperatures via SEM, and the results suggested that the increase in the calcination temperature resulted in the growth of crystal grains. Studies have reported that the growth of crystal grains is beneficial for improving the luminescence performance; however, to obtain better flexibility, smaller crystal grains are required. Fluorinated completely condensed polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (F-CC-POSSs) are widely utilized as surface modifiers for polymeric materials because of their polyhedral and fluorine-rich structures, which generate polymers with lower surface energies under molecular-level control. In contrast, their derivatives, fluorinated incompletely condensed or open-cage POSSs (F-IC-POSSs), have similarly intriguing structures, but their utilization for polymer synthesis remains undeveloped. Herein, fluorinated network polymers were prepared based on a 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl-substituted IC-POSSs via hydrosilylation polymerization with isobutyl- and phenyl-substituted IC-POSS under optimized conditions. In addition to their good thermal stability and tunable refractive indices, these polymers exhibited solution processability and their casting films showed excellent optical transparency, indicating their potential for constructing fluorinated polymers. Their utilization as surface modifiers was examined by addition to poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) films. Intriguingly, modified PMMA films with 2.0 and 0.5 wt% addition showed similar hydrophobicity and surface energies to the films prepared with only fluorinated network polymers. 相似文献

Sensitivity and multi-directional motivation are major two factors for developing optimized humidity-response materials, which are promising for sensing, energy production, etc. Organic functional groups are commonly used as the water sensitive units through hydrogen bond interactions with water molecules in actuators. The multi-coordination ability of inorganic ions implies that the inorganic ionic compounds are potentially superior water sensitive units. However, the particle forms of inorganic ionic compounds produced by classical nucleation limit the number of exposed ions to interact with water. Recent progress on the inorganic ionic oligomers has broken through the limitation of classical nucleation, and realized the molecular-scaled incorporation of inorganic ionic compounds into an organic matrix. Here, the incorporation of hydrophilic calcium carbonate ionic oligomers into hydrophobic poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is demonstrated. The ultra-small calcium carbonate oligomers within a PVDF film endow it with an ultra-sensitive, reversible, and bidirectional response. The motivation ability is superior to other bidirectional humidity-actuators at present, which realizes self-motivation on an ice surface, converting the chemical potential energy of the humidity gradient from ice to kinetic energy. 相似文献

具有一定曲率外形的铝合金整体壁板属于典型的多筋零部件,传统弯曲成形工艺成形困难,容易产生多种缺陷。提出了离散填料辅助滚弯成形整体2A12T4铝合金壁板滚弯工艺,并通过实验与整体填料滚变成形进行了对比,同时采用有限元模拟技术,探究了离散填料辅助整体壁板滚弯成形中的影响因素。研究结果表明:填料数量、上下垫板厚度等因素对成形性能影响较大,填料在3~6块时成形稳定,可以有效地避免筋条屈曲与失稳;随垫板厚度增加,壁板表面圆弧更加光滑、连续,但是回弹性增强;上下垫板分别在10~20 mm厚度时,综合性能较好。通过离散填料辅助滚弯技术可以成形出质量较高的整体壁板。 相似文献

The performance of lead-halide perovskite light-emitting diodes (LEDs) has increased rapidly in recent years. However, most reports feature devices operated at relatively small current densities (<500 mA cm−2) with moderate radiance (<400 W sr−1 m−2). Here, Joule heating and inefficient thermal dissipation are shown to be major obstacles toward high radiance and long lifetime. Several thermal management strategies are proposed in this work, such as doping charge-transport layers, optimizing device geometry, and attaching heat spreaders and sinks. Combining these strategies, high-performance perovskite LEDs are demonstrated with maximum radiance of 2555 W sr−1 m−2, peak external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 17%, considerably reduced EQE roll-off (EQE > 10% to current densities as high as 2000 mA cm−2), and tenfold increase in operational lifetime (when driven at 100 mA cm−2). Furthermore, with proper thermal management, a maximum current density of 2.5 kA cm−2 and an EQE of ≈1% at 1 kA cm−2 are shown using electrical pulses, which represents an important milestone toward electrically driven perovskite lasers. 相似文献

5-(Hydroxymethyl)furfural (5-HMF) is a vital platform molecule from which a variety of high-value-added fine chemicals and polymerizable monomers can be prepared. The use of solid acids to catalyze the conversion of biomass into 5-HMF is environmentally friendly and economical. However, exploiting the high yield of 5-HMF in a highly concentrated reactant system is challenging. Herein, we present a laser-assisted method for preparing highly acidic monolithic acidic catalysts. A monolithic acidic catalyst based on metal Zr sheets was synthesized and used to catalytically convert 30 wt% fructose into 5-HMF (conversion rate: 96%; yield: 95%). The catalyst was immediately separated from the reaction solution by direct removal at the end of the reaction. Catalytic efficiency was largely unaffected after 10 cycles of use, and the same catalytic efficiency was observed after laser-regeneration, highlighting the potential industrial applicability of the developed catalyst. 相似文献
