Nowadays, oil pollution has become more serious, which causes great threats both to the ecological environment and human life. In this study, a novel type of multifunctional deacetylated cellulose acetate/polyurethane (d-MCA:MTPU) composite nanofiber membranes for oil/water separation are successfully fabricated by electrospinning, which show super-amphiphilicity in air, super-hydrophilicity in oil, and oleophobicity in water. All the d-MCA:MTPU composite nanofiber membranes with different mass ratios can be used as water-removing, oil-removing, and emulsion separation substance only by gravity driving force. The highest separation flux for water and oil reaches up to 37 000 and 74 000 L m−2 h−1, respectively, and all the separation efficiencies are more than 99%. They have outstanding comprehensive mechanics performance, which can be controlled by simply adjusting the mass ratios. They show excellent antifouling and self-cleaning ability, endowing powerful cyclic stability and reusability. A novel series of cleavable alkyltrimethylammonium surfactants with different hydrocarbon chain lengths (C8–16) were synthesized. A carbonate break site inserted between the polar head and the hydrocarbon chain makes these compounds hydrolyzable. The reagents used are renewable, (bio)degradable, or reusable. The hydrolysis of these cleavable surfactants will lead to the generation of fatty alcohols and choline, which is an essential biological nutrient. The surface activities in aqueous solution of the synthesized carbonates fulfill the requirement of being good surfactants. In addition, the cleavable compounds containing n-decyl and n-dodecyl chains showed similar or higher antimicrobial activities when compared to a non-cleavable analog. 相似文献

In recent building practice, rapid construction is one of the principal requisites. Furthermore, in designing concrete structures, compressive strength is the most significant of all parameters. While 3-d and 7-d compressive strength reflects the strengths at early phases, the ultimate strength is paramount. An effort has been made in this study to develop mathematical models for predicting compressive strength of concrete incorporating ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) at the later phases. Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) goodness-of-fit test was used to examine distribution of the data. The compressive strength of EVA-modified concrete was studied by incorporating various concentrations of EVA as an admixture and by testing at ages of 28, 56, 90, 120, 210, and 365 d. An accelerated compressive strength at 3.5 hours was considered as a reference strength on the basis of which all the specified strengths were predicted by means of linear regression fit. Based on the results of KS goodness-of-fit test, it was concluded that KS test statistics value (D) in each case was lower than the critical value 0.521 for a significance level of 0.05, which demonstrated that the data was normally distributed. Based on the results of compressive strength test, it was concluded that the strength of EVA-modified specimens increased at all ages and the optimum dosage of EVA was achieved at 16% concentration. Furthermore, it was concluded that predicted compressive strength values lies within a 6% difference from the actual strength values for all the mixes, which indicates the practicability of the regression equations. This research work may help in understanding the role of EVA as a viable material in polymer-based cement composites. 相似文献

Manganese oxides of different crystalline structures: α-MnO2, δ-MnO2, α,γ-MnO2 and Mn2O3; were treated with the organic compounds picolinic acid, ethylenediamine and pyridine; and were applied as catalysts in the chemical water oxidation reaction using Ce(IV) ammonium nitrate as sacrificial oxidant. The treatment led to modifications in the oxides properties, such as reduction of the particle size, increase of surface area and partial reduction of Mn4+ to Mn3+ for the Mn(IV) oxides, or of Mn3+ to Mn2+ for Mn2O3, because of favored interactions of the organic molecules with the lattice planes with higher d spacing. Oxygen evolution reaction (OER) tests showed the superior catalytic activity of the treated Mn(IV) oxides, for instance α,γ-MnO2-en presented TOF five times higher than pure α,γ-MnO2. The increase in surface area as well as the higher Mn3+ content caused by the treatment of the Mn(IV) oxides were correlated with the improvement in the OER catalytic activity. 相似文献

采用尿素调节三水醋酸钠的相变温度到合适范围再添加膨胀石墨来降低过冷度,研制了高性能的三水醋酸钠-尿素-膨胀石墨混合相变材料,并对其在电地暖中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,当尿素质量分数为36.5%、膨胀石墨添加量为4%(质量)时,所得混合相变材料的熔化焓高达209.1 J/g,熔点在31.98℃,过冷度仅为2.04℃,热导率为2.349 W/(m·K),热可靠性良好;将用该混合相变材料制成的相变板安装在实验房的电地暖中时,实验房的热舒适度随着相变材料层厚度的增加而增加,但也带来加热时间和用电量的增加;当相变材料层厚度为10 mm时,电加热温度适宜设置在45℃;在热舒适度相当的条件下,有相变板的实验房与无相变板的参比房相比具有用电量小及电费低的优势。 相似文献

复合固体推进剂含有固体颗粒较多,离散单元法是一种适合固体推进剂生产过程数值仿真的有效方法,颗粒物料的接触参数是保证离散单元法仿真精度的关键。本文以复合固体推进剂的主要组分铝粉和高氯酸铵固体颗粒为研究对象,通过实验测试获得了相关物料的安息角,利用专业离散元软件EDEM仿真模拟了安息角测试实验过程,建立了物料安息角与接触参数之间的联系。研究表明,滚动摩擦系数和滑动摩擦系数越大,安息角越大,物料流动性越差。对比仿真与实验结果,通过逆向反推法确定了物料的滑动摩擦系数和滚动摩擦系数两个关键接触参数。铝粉与高氯酸铵1∶2混合颗粒的滑动摩擦系数为0.2,滚动摩擦系数为0.05。为固体推进剂加工生产过程离散元数值仿真提供了关键基础数据。 相似文献

短程反硝化以其碳源消耗量、废污泥产量、温室气体排量极低及无需曝气等优势,被认为是最具研究潜势的厌氧氨氧化底物供给技术,成为近年来研究热点。本文首先介绍了短程反硝化工艺原理;其次从污泥源、反应时间、碳源类型、碳源量及pH等5个方面总结了影响短程反硝化工艺启动因素;随后综述了短程反硝化耦合厌氧氨氧化工艺的重要研究进展,同时指出了耦合工艺实验研究与工程应用的不足,并提出了解决实验与工程应用缺陷的方案;最后展望了耦合工艺处理城市污水和工业硝酸盐废水的可行性及应用前景,认为全面分析工业硝酸盐废水化学组分与基于分子生物学水平的宏基因组学测序、元转录组学技术是未来耦合工艺同步处理城市污水和工业硝酸盐废水的研究重点。 相似文献

针对江西宜丰地区氧化锂质量分数<2.0%以下中低品位锂瓷土矿,研究了硫酸铵法提取碳酸锂技术路线。首先,利用二步焙烧工艺,有利于脱氟、提高锂浸出率,并且能够有效防止结窑现象发生。在浸出液除杂过程中,采用成矾除铝的方法将大量溶出的铝离子转变为KAl(SO4)2·12H2O、NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O等有价值复盐,规避了传统石膏法产生的大量固废,有70%的铝离子被转变为矾盐晶体,同时带出大量的结晶水,减轻后续浓缩压力,对比传统的石膏法产生大量固废而言,其优点是显而易见的。碳化反应产品的XRD以及氧化锂含量分析表明,碳酸锂的纯度达到99%以上,全程锂收率为50%~60%。作为提锂实验对比,采用宜春414矿锂质量分数为4.0%的锂云母,由于414矿样中铝的相对含量更低,导致相同的除杂难度下得到的414矿样中浸出液锂离子浓度更高,浓缩倍数更小,414矿样的锂回收率更高。实验结果表明,中低品位锂瓷土提锂的工艺规律,通过适当改变参数,能够应用于难度更低的高品位的锂云母提锂过程。 相似文献
