Traditional hydrogels are easily frozen or evaporated under colder or hotter temperatures, resulting in their performance degradation. In this paper, polyacrylic acid, sodium alginate, carbon nanotubes, water, and glycerol are used to synthesize self-healing, wearable, freezing resistance, and dry resistance conductive hydrogels with interpenetrating crosslinking network structure. The dynamic cross-linking network structure of the hydrogel can rapidly recover and restructure after damage. In addition, the conductive hydrogels exhibit excellent adhesion to various materials (including PTFE, iron, glass, plastic, and skin). Conductive hydrogel has excellent strain-electric sensing properties, and has high sensitivity, significant stability and repeatability. The conductive hydrogel can be used to test the movement of fingers and knee joints by strain sensing, and has excellent, sensitive, and stable resistance response. Therefore, the conductive hydrogel can be used as a wearable strain sensor for real-time detection of human joint movement. The hydrogel has better environmental adaptability and broad application prospects.

The effects of high-pressure-modified soy 11S globulin (0.1, 200, and 400 MPa) on the gel properties, water-holding capacity, and water mobility of pork batter were investigated. The high-pressure-modified soy 11S globulin significantly increased (P < 0.05) the emulsion stability, cooking yield, hardness, springiness, chewiness, resilience, cohesiveness, the a* and b* values, and the G′ and G′′ values of pork batter at 80 °C, compared with those of 0.1 MPa-modified globulin. In contrast, the centrifugal loss and initial relaxation time of T2b, T21, and T22 significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the microstructure was denser, and the voids were smaller and more uniform compared with those of 0.1 MPa-modified globulin. In addition, the sample with 11S globulin modified at 400 MPa had the best water-holding capacity, gel structure, and gel properties among the samples. Overall, the use of high-pressure-modified soy 11S globulin improved the gel properties and water-holding capacity of pork batter, especially under 400 MPa.  相似文献

A submerged macrophyte sediment microbial fuel cell (SP-SMFC) was constructed in this study. Ceratophyllum demersum L., Vallisneria natans, Hydrilla verticillate were chosen as the submerged plants to form cer-SMFC, val-SMFC, hyd-SMFC systems. Plant groups showed the advantage of bioelectricity generation and pollutants removal compared with the unplanted system. The cer-SMFC group stood out with the maximum power density as 24.56 mW m?2 and the average pollutants removal in overlying water (COD: 81.16%, TN: 65.27%, TP: 79.10%) and in sediments (TN: 26.40%, TP: 21.79%). The determination of root exudates and radial oxygen loss (ROL) demonstrated that C. demersum L. was superior to other studied submerged macrophytes. More root exudates may contribute to an increase in available substrates for electrochemically active bacteria and other microorganisms. Higher enzyme activities were obtained in three SP-SMFCs (especially in cer-SMFC). ATPase and APA activities in cer-SMFC group were increased by over 40% compared with the control. The results indicated that the presence of plants enhanced the microorganism activities, thereby improving bioelectricity generation and pollutants removal. This study will facilitate the application of SP-SMFC technology as an alternative for in situ remediation of polluted sediments.  相似文献

A hexagonal nanosheet Mg(OH)_2 coating was prepared through a one-step hydrothermal method using LiOH solution as mineralizer and then modified by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) to minimize the rapid corrosion of AZ31 Mg alloy.The performance of the coating was evaluated using electrochemical technique,hydrogen evolution measurements, nanoscratch test,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns and field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The results suggested that the corrosion rate of bare AZ31 Mg alloys was significantly reduced by one and two orders of magnitude through the protection from Mg(OH)_2 coating and modification with EDTA(i.e., EDTA-Mg(OH)_2 coating), respectively.FESEM micrographs indicated that the modification in EDTA elicits to the formation of an EDTA-Mg(OH)_2 composite with a thickness as twice as that of as-prepared Mg(OH)_2 coating.Nanoscratch tests revealed strong adhesion between the composite or Mg(OH)_2 coating and the substrate.The study of formation and corrosion mechanisms of the coatings manifested that Mg(OH)_2 was first formed near the intermetallic compound AlMn particles and gradually covered the entire surface, wherein the AlMn particles played an important role in the coating growth process.And it also proved that EDTA accelerated the formation of Mg(OH)_2.  相似文献

The main purpose of this work was to perform a rigorous computational study on scintimammography with a Mura-mask based on Monte Carlo simulation of voxelized breast phantoms. Three main objectives were addressed:(1) verification of Geant4 version 10.4,(2)optimization of the imaging setup, and(3) small tumor detection and localization. We successfully verified the Geant4-based imaging of a commonly used phantom in the field. We used a Mura-mask with a 41× 41 array pattern with adjustable thickness, material, and hole shape(box and cylinder); a low-energy high-resolution collimator with different hole shapes(cylinder and hexagon); and a voxelized breast phantom with different sizes(small, medium,and large) and glandularity percentages(low, medium, and high). We also compared the detector crystal outputs of CdZnTe and NaI(Tl). The simulation was followed by a deconvolution procedure, and the data(images) were statistically emphasized. Statistical metrics indicate that the Mura-mask(W material with 1.5 mm thickness and box holes) combined with a CdZnTe detector leads to the optimum point spread function. Finally, a preliminary study on small-sized tumor detection and localization was conducted with different tumor-to-background ratios(from2 to 12). Tumors with diameters of 5 and 8 mm could be detected, while those of 2 mm were undetectable. Nevertheless, this study enhances our understanding of the early detection of tumors in the field of scintimammography.  相似文献

Typoselectivity of crude CBD-T1 lipase (Geobacillus sp. T1 lipase fused with a cellulose binding domain) was investigated. Multi-competitive reaction mixtures including a set of n-chain fatty acids (C8:0, C10:0, C12:0, C14:0, C18:1 n-9, C18:2 n-6 and C18:3 n-3) and tripalmitin-enriched triacylglycerols were studied in hexane. The crude CBD-T1 lipase discriminated strongly against C18:1 n-9 [competitive factor (α) = 0.23] and showed the highest preference for C8:0 (α = 1). Utilizing the catalytic properties of crude CBD-T1 lipase, acidolysis of soybean oil with C8:0 was selected as a model reaction to investigate the ability of the lipase to produce MLM-type (medium-long-medium) structured lipids. Several reaction parameters (added water amount, reaction temperature, substrate molar ratio and reaction time) examined for incorporating C8:0 into soybean oil, the optimum conditions were: 1:3 (soybean oil/C8:0) of molar ratio, 3 mL of hexane, 50 °C of temperature, 48 h of reaction time, 20 % of crude CBD-T1 lipase (w/w total substrates), and 7.5 % of water (w/w enzyme). Under these conditions, the incorporation of C8:0 was 29.6 mol%. The results suggest that crude CBD-T1 lipase, which showed different fatty acid specificity profiles, is a potential biocatalyst for the modification of fats and oils.  相似文献

Two d10 metal-organic coordination polymers, [Cd2(4-cpa)4(bmip)2]n (1) and [Zn(4-cpa)2(4,4′-bpy)]n (2), [4-cpa = 4-chlorophenylacetate, bmip = 1,3-bis(2-methylimidazoly)propane, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine], were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), powder X-ray diffraction and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicated that both 1 and 2 display analogous wave-like infinite chain structures. The two coordination polymers are further extended into 3D supramolecular structures through π···π stacking interactions and C–H···O hydrogen bonds for 1 and π···π stacking interactions, C–H···π stacking interactions and C–H···O hydrogen bonds for 2. Both 1 and 2 emit the intense blue luminescence at room temperature. The 4-Hcpa ligand and complexes 1 and 2 have been screened for their herbicidal activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli L. The results are compared with the activity of quizalofop-P-ethyl. Both compounds exhibit high catalytic properties on degradation of methyl orange in Fenton-like process.  相似文献
