认知双向中继网络在κ-μ衰落信道下的中断性能分析

针对认知双向中继网络在进行数据传输时面临的复杂无线信道场景问题,采用广义κ-μ分布构建认知双向中继网络中的视距和非视距无线传输信道,推导次网络在κ-μ衰落信道下的统一中断概率,并分析次网络在多种单一和混合衰落信道情况下的中断性能。仿真结果表明,无线信道的衰落程度对次网络的中断概率影响显著,依据衰落信道类型合理设置网络参数将有助于提升次网络中断性能。     

无水硫酸镁催化剂在2,5-二氯硝基苯生产中的应用

介绍了以对二氯苯和浓硝酸为原料、无水硫酸镁为催化剂制取2,5-二氯硝基苯的工艺过程;分析了催化剂用量和催化剂循环利用对产物选择性的影响,确定了适宜的催化剂用量和催化剂酸化条件。     

Computation and investigation of mode characteristics in nonlinear system with tuned/mistuned contact interface

This study derived a novel computation algorithm for a mechanical system with multiple friction contact interfaces that is well-suited to the investigation of nonlinear mode characteristic of a coupling system. The procedure uses the incremental harmonic balance method to obtain the nonlinear parameters of the contact interface. Thereafter, the computed nonlinear parameters are applied to rebuild the matrices of the coupling system, which can be easily solved to calculate the nonlinear mode characteristics by standard iterative solvers. Lastly, the derived method is applied to a cycle symmetry system, which represents a shaft–disk–blade system subjected to dry friction. Moreover, this study analyzed the effects of the tuned and mistuned contact features on the nonlinear mode characteristics. Numerical results prove that the proposed method is particularly suitable for the study of nonlinear characteristics in such nonlinear systems.

Single-event effects induced by medium-energy protons in 28 nm system-on-chip

Single-event effects(SEEs) induced by medium-energy protons in a 28 nm system-on-chip(So C) were investigated at the China Institute of Atomic Energy. An on-chip memory block was irradiated with 90 MeV and70 MeV protons, respectively. Single-bit upset and multicell upset events were observed, and an uppermost number of nine upset cells were discovered in the 90 MeV proton irradiation test. The results indicate that the SEE sensitivities of the 28 nm SoC to the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were similar. Cosmic Ray Effects on Micro-Electronics Monte Carlo simulations were analyzed, and it demonstrates that protons can induce effects in a 28 nm SoC if their energies are greater than 1.4 MeV and that the lowest corresponding linear energy transfer was 0.142 MeV cm~2 mg~(-1). The similarities and discrepancies of the SEEs induced by the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were analyzed.     

Research on the identification performance of UHF RFID system considering the correlation of cascaded channel

The identification rate of UHF RFID system was restricted by multipath propagation effects.The system identification performance was studied considering the correlation coefficient between forward and reverse channels.Based on the generalized Rician fading channel model,the analytical expression of identification rate was derived under independent,full correlation and correlation cases.Compared with the existing analysis,the proposed uniform calculation formula of identification rate was for any correlation coefficient and kinds of channel conditions.The numerical computation and Monte-carlo simulations show that the influences of different correlation coefficients,channel conditions,sensitivity and distance on the identification rate.

国外的勘查公司之间有很多的金融工具可以用作投资和交易的方式，其中选择权协议与挣股权协议是被普遍采用的交易方式之一。选择权协议与挣股权协议交易方式适应于资源勘查项目“投资大、时间长、风险高”的特点，可以合理的安排交易双方的收益分配和退出机制，从投资角度看是很好的杠杆工具，风险管理工具。是全球主要证券交易所挂牌的勘查类公司经常使用的交易方式，这种交易方式改变了矿业项目的权属归属和利益分配。本文结合具体案例，重点介绍选择权协议和挣股权协议的基本定义以及在实践中的应用，并进一步提出对中国企业海外矿产资源投资的启示。     

模糊自适应速度调节器在无速度传感器直接转矩控制中的应用

为解决参数固定的常规PID速度调节器易受电机参数变化的影响而很难达到高精度的控制要求这一问题，设计了一种模糊自适应PID速度调节器。该调节器能根据当前速度误差和速度误差变化率，借助模糊经验推理出常规PID控制器的比例修正系数Cp,积分修正系数ci和微分修正系数ccl，实时在线调整常规PID控制器的参数。将之应用于无速度传感器直接转矩控制系统中，提高了系统的响应速度和稳态精度。仿真结果验证了本设计的有效性。
