Pipe belt conveyor is a new type of environmentally friendly and efficient bulk conveying equipment. In the design of the roller, the belt and the driving motor of pipe belt conveyor, the sag resistance is a key parameter. Meanwhile, the normal force between the conveyor belt and the roller group is the other important factor need be considered and has a great influence on the sag resistance. This paper analyzes a pipe belt conveyor with a diameter of 150 mm to study the calculation method of normal force. And the relationship between the normal force and the sag resistance is explored. Firstly, the normal force is decomposed into three components related to the forming force of belt, material gravity and belt gravity. So it can be expressed as a linear combination of these three quantities, and the coefficients of each component are obtained based on the dynamic analysis of belt-roller. The results show that the coefficient is mainly affected by the material filling rate, and is almost not affected by the distance between the rollers and the density of the material. The calculation method of the normal force is eventually obtained. Secondly, the normal force in the case of different material filling rates is tested by experiments, and the calculation method of the normal force is verified. Thirdly, the variation law of the sag resistance in the case of different roller group spacing and material filling rate is studied by the dynamic model. It is found that the roller group spacing and material filling rate affects the sag resistance by changing the normal force. There is a power function relationship between the sag resistance and the normal force. In the case of different roller group spacing and material filling rate, the relationship among the sag resistance and the normal force remains unchanged. 针对轧机垂直系统动力学参数可信度不足等问题,提出一种基于实测数据的改进粒子群算法辨识轧机垂直系统动力学参数的方法。首先,将轧机垂直系统刚度和阻尼考虑成达芬振子和范德波尔振子,构建轧机垂直系统非线性动力学模型,并对粒子群算法进行改进;然后,通过数值仿真算例辨识得到系统在感染噪声和不含噪声时的动力学参数,验证了该算法的有效性;最后,以现场某轧机垂直系统为研究对象,基于现场实测数据,应用该算法进行辨识,得到了轧机垂直系统动力学参数估计,通过实测位移、速度和加速度信号分别与辨识后的位移、速度和加速度信号进行对比,证明该方法辨识轧机垂直系统动力学参数结果可靠,具有一定的工程应用价值。 相似文献

Arising out of the challenge for Local Authorities (LAs) to operate sustainable systems of work, is to avoid the creation of ill-health including the most significant causes of physical absence, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).The study's aim was to compare the reliability of the manual handling element of the Health and Safety Executives (HSEs) risk comparator tool for different domestic waste collection methods with self-reported pain via body-mapping and MSD ill health absence rates. Participatory body-mapping exercises were carried out in five LAs with one LA resurveyed, six months after the move from 35 and 50 L containers to a wheeled bin recycling service.The lowest levels of self-reported pain were for services designed with 240l wheeled bins excluding glass; the highest levels were for services that included 100l of garden waste sacks and recycling boxes. Industry data supports previous laboratory studies showing wheeled bins to be associated with less MSD outcomes than boxes, baskets and sacks.Triangulation of data established a statistically significant correlation of 0.85 (Pearson) between average pain-count (APC) and the mean MSD absence rates, with a strong correlation of 0.77 (Spearman) between APC and risk rating. The correlation is moderate, 0.49 (Spearman) between MSD absence and risk rating, reflecting possible intervening variables and a low participation rate by LAs.The contribution of this study is to improve the design of sustainable waste collection strategies to minimise MSD associated absence. In the absence of reliable absence data, body mapping should be used as a proxy method of assessing MSD risk. 相似文献

The development of efficient and stable oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts is an ongoing challenge. In order to solve the problem of low oxygen evolution efficiency of the current OER catalysts, a novel material was synthesized by the incorporation of NiFeCr-LDH and MoS2, and its structural and electrochemical properties were also investigated. The introduction of MoS2 improves the electrochemical performance of NiFeCr-LDH. The polarization curve shows that the potential of composite material is only 1.50 V at a current density of 10 mA cm?2, which is far superior to commercial precious metal catalysts. In addition, the stability experiment shows that the composite material has excellent stability, and the current density has little change after 500 cycles. Furthermore, we found that some metal ions, such as Ni, Cr and Mo, exist in the form of high valence on the surface of NiFeCr-LDH@MoS2, which is also conducive to the occurrence of oxygen evolution reaction. 相似文献

A novel process of calcification-leaching for bastnaesite concentrate(REFCO_3) was proposed. The prior calcification was carried out in the system of NaOH-CaO-H_2O and the lgC-pH pattern for Ce-F-Ca-C-H_2O system was drawn. The thermodynamics result indicates that decomposition for bastnaesite requires certain alkaline condition, but excessive alkalinity also causes decomposition of CaF_2. XRD and SEM-EDS analyses on the calcification-leaching process reveal that bastnaesite first decomposes into RE(OH)_3 and CaF_2. Then, by HCl leaching rare earths were extracted,while CaF_2 was left in the leaching residue. In addition, effects of temperature, time, NaOH and CaO on the calcification were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of rare earths(REs)reaches 72.5 wt%, at the same time 99.2 wt% of F is left in leaching residue with 20 wt% NaOH and 38 wt% CaO at 493 K for 180 min. 相似文献

Routine inspection by insurance companies at their clients’ facility, also known as loss prevention survey, help identify the best strategies to minimize damages when there is a high-speed wind event. More specifically, wind vulnerabilities associated with a building are evaluated using a process known as windstorm risk inspection. This routine inspection helps clients reduce the extent of damages caused by high-speed wind events including hurricane and tornado. Risk engineers make use of their subjective and analytical deduction skills to successfully carry out the inspection tasks. In this research the researchers investigated the effect of context-based visualization strategies on situation awareness and their understanding of the situation. The study examined how different types of information contribute towards the three levels of situation awareness. Following a between-subjects study design, 65 participants completed the study. Each session lasted 90–120 min. A checklist based and predictive display-based decision aids were tested and found to be effective in supporting the situation awareness requirements as well as performance of risk engineers. However, the predictive display only helped with certain tasks such as understanding the interaction among different components on the rooftop. For remaining tasks such as perceiving obvious issues like membrane tear, clogged drains and vegetation growth, checklist alone was sufficient. This study helped the understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the decision aids tested. More specifically, these decision aids can improve the mental model of novice risk engineers. The present study is focused on developing a method for controlling the pose and trajectory of a shield tunneling machine (STM) applied in complicated stratum. Lacking method to determine target motions of thrust cylinders and suitable electro-hydraulic control system are major restrictions for the STM to realize automatic pose control. To overcome these bottlenecks, a mathematical method for determining the target motions of thrust cylinders is proposed based on kinematic analysis of the thrust mechanism. With this method, target motions of thrust cylinders when the STM excavates along any specific curves can be obtained and used as the input signal of the pose control system. A multi-cylinder control system is proposed based on master/slave control strategy to control the length of each kinematic chain in order to adjust the pose of the thrust mechanism. Experiments are carried out to evaluate the performances of this control system. The experimental results verify that the proposed pose control system is effective in controlling the pose and trajectory of the shield machine no matter it advances along a straight or a curved tunnel axis. Reaction bonded silicon carbide (RB-SiC) ceramics are the primary structure and mold materials for the optical industry and mostly are machined by means of ultra-precision grinding to achieve a satisfactory surface quality. However, it is not easy to attain the theoretical prediction of surface quality, particularly surface roughness, because of different mechanical characterization of Si/SiC phases inside the RB-SiC ceramics. In this work, the nanoindentation tests were performed to investigate the nanomechanical characterization of individual phase inside the RB-SiC ceramics. On the basis of the nanoindentation results of RB-SiC, a theoretical model was established to predict surface roughness in the ultra-precision grinding process, which considered the different removal mechanisms of Si matrix and SiC particles. Bimetallic phosphides have been widely investigated as electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) due to their efficient activity and environmental friendliness. While the reasonable design and controllable synthesis of bimetallic phosphide with typical nanostructure is still a great challenge. Hence, we put forward a novel and straightforward way for constructing FeP nanoparticles coated Ni2P ultrathin nanotube arrays on the surface of Ni foil (FeP@Ni2P/NF), which is synthesized through two steps of electrodeposition and subsequent in-situ phosphorization process. The obtained FeP@Ni2P/NF shows excellent electrochemical activity for OER, and it only needs potential of 1.52 V vs. RHE to reach the current density of 50 mA cm−2 in an alkaline media. The excellent electrocatalytic activity of FeP@Ni2P/NF mainly benefits from: (i) the synergistic effect between FeP and Ni2P promoting electron transfer; (ii) the formation of the unique 3D ultrathin nanotube arrays increasing the quantity of active sites and avoiding the agglomeration of catalysts during testing.
