基于溅射-气体-聚集(SGA)形成团簇的原理,提出了蒸发-气体-聚集(EGA)共沉积方法,并在方华膜载网上成功地制备了Fe-Cu纳米磁性包理团簇样品。TEM/ED分析表明,样品中Fe团簇被Cu原子所包裹,形成了以Fe团簇为芯,Cu膜为壳的良好的芯-壳式包埋结构。当衬底温度由25℃变化到200℃时,样品形貌由弥散状过渡到集团状,直至形成大的块状;其结构也相应的由Fe-Cu多晶共存变化为一种不规则的单晶形态。  相似文献

为克服传统信息安全风险评估模型在人为权重分配中的主观性,提出一种基于小波神经网络(WNN)和熵权-灰色关联(EGA)的信息安全风险定量评估模型。该模型利用WNN得到风险事件的风险值以及各个实体的风险统计状况,通过EGA得到该风险状况排序,并计算平均风险水平,从而有效评估信息系统的安全风险。  相似文献

Tetragonal CaF2-related-type t′-/Ce0.5Zr0.5)O2 phase was reduced at 773 K ≤ Tred. ≤ 1073 K to prepare precursors with various oxygen compositions: Ce2Zr2O712d /0.111 < δ < 0.379). Metastable tetragonal tmeta-(Ce0.5Zr0.5)O2 phases were prepared by oxidizing in O2 at 873 K the precursors, and subjected to evolved oxygen gas analysis by heating the samples at a constant rate. When the precursor was prepared at Tred: ? 773 K; i.e. δ ? 0:379; the oxygen release behavior of the tetragonal phase agreed approximately with that of the t. For δ < 0.29, distinct features of the tmeta-(Ce0.5Zr0.5)O2 appeared in the XRD results and Raman spectra. The temperature exhibiting the maximum release rate of oxygen from the tmeta became lower with decreasing the d value. It could be concluded that the thermodynamic behavior of the tmeta is related closely to the precursor composition and becomes more unstable with decrease in the δ value. The t and tmeta phases with disordered arrangement of Ce and Zr ions may belong to the same space group; nevertheless, difference in the random arrays of the Ce and Zr ions was suggested on the basis of the present experimental results.  相似文献

提出了蒸发-气体-聚集(EGA)共沉积制备复合团簇镶嵌薄膜的新方法,并分别在方华膜和单晶Si(111)衬底上制备了系列Fe/Ag磁性复合团簇镶嵌薄膜样品,对所制备的样品进行了透射电镜分析,X射线能谱分析和振动样品磁强计磁性测量。结果表明,样品中Fe、Ag形成了相分离,为fcc结构的Ag和bcc结构的Fe多晶共存形态;对应于不同大小的Fe团簇样品,与块材相比,Fe团簇的晶格常数呈现出不同程度的收缩,  相似文献

Abstract

Experiments have been carried out to investigate the effects of minerals on nitrogen species emission including NO and its precursors from a high rank coal during temperature-programmed combustion by TG/EGA method at 10°C/min. Sodium was found to be an excellent catalyst for the reduction of NO and HCN evolution due to its higher catalysis of sodium on the char-NO reaction. However, iron can induce an increase of NO release. Calcium and titanium additives can be classified as inactive constituents because of their weak catalysis on HCN and NO emission. All the metallic additives can promote NH3 emission except sodium. Parent coal has higher fractions of nitrogen release as NO and NH3 and lower fraction of nitrogen release as HCN than demineralized coal, which can be attributed to the catalysis of indigenous minerals in parent coal.  相似文献

介绍采用逐点擦除的原理,在EGA/VGA上实现动态实时显示的新方法,并结合作者研制的A/D转换插件板给出相应的软硬件,本系统作为多通道波形,数字显示器在医疗上已成功地运用于危病病人监护报警。工业用带传动测试试验台和滑动轴承测试实验台的各种被测量的实时显示,收到了很好的效果。  相似文献

Evolved gas analysis (EGA) by mass spectroscopy (MS) was carried out for the pyrolysis of Li1−xCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 (185 mAh g−1 of charge capacity) and the results were compared with that of Li1−xCoO2 (140 mAh g−1). Electrochemically prepared Li1−xCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 clearly shows that O2 evolution begins at much higher temperature than Li1−xCoO2, suggesting that Li1−xCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 is superior to LiCoO2 with respect to thermal stability. High-temperature XRD measurements of charged LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2-electrodes at 4.45 V were also carried out and shown that the decomposition product by heating was identified as a cubic spinel consisting of cobalt, nickel, and manganese. This indicates that phase change from a layered to spinel-framework structure plays a crucial role in the suppression of oxygen evolution from the solid matrix. In order to show practicability of the new material, lithium-ion batteries with graphite-negative electrodes are fabricated and examined in the R18650-hardware. The new lithium-ion batteries show high rate discharge performances, excellent cycle life, and safety together with high-energy density.  相似文献
