The construction and examination of meso-structural finite element models of a Chemical-Vapor-Infiltrated (CVI) C/SiC composite is carried out based on X-ray microtomography digital images (IB-FEM). The accurate meso-structural features of the C/SiC composites, which are consisted of carbon fiber tows and CVI-SiC matrix, in particular the cavity defects, are reconstructed. With the IB-FEM, the damage evolution and fracture behaviors of the C/SiC composite are investigated. At the same time, an in situ tensile test is applied to the C/SiC composite under a CT real-time quantitative imaging system, aiming to investigate the damage and failure features of the material as well as to verify the IB-FEM. The IB-FEM results indicate that material damage initially occur at the defects, followed by propagating toward the fiber-tow/SiC-matrix interfaces, ultimately, combined into macro-cracks, which is in good agreement with the in situ CT experiment results. 相似文献

目的 在传统器物的创新设计中,最重要的环节是了解消费者对所使用产品的不同感受与意向并转换为具体的设计要素.研究消费者心理的感性因素与传统器物设计元素之间的联系,确定设计要素,从而对产品进行创新设计,为提升传统器物附加值作出贡献.方法 以中国传统器物茶宠为例,首先对8位相关的茶宠专家进行访谈,通过魅力工学中的评价构造法整理并提取魅力因子,设计出问卷调查表;然后以访谈内容为依据,使用问卷调查法得到大众对茶宠的魅力评价,共回收84份有效问卷;最后应用数量化一类分析茶宠魅力因子影响权重.结果 得到了数量化一类统计表,选取了其中影响因素较大的魅力因子作为茶宠设计前的风格定调考量.结论 通过茶宠的研究案例证明了该理论的可行性,为未来传统器物的设计提供了更多元且新颖的设计依据. 相似文献

In liver surgery, biliary obstruction can lead to secondary biliary cirrhosis, a life-threatening disease with liver transplantation as the only curative treatment option. Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) have been shown to improve liver function in both acute and chronic liver disease models. This study evaluated the effect of allogenic MSC transplantation in a large animal model of repeated biliary obstruction followed by partial hepatectomy. MSC transplantation supported the growth of regenerated liver tissue after 14 days (MSC group, n = 10: from 1087 ± 108 (0 h) to 1243 ± 92 mL (14 days); control group, n = 11: from 1080 ± 95 (0 h) to 1100 ± 105 mL (14 days), p = 0.016), with a lower volume fraction of hepatocytes in regenerated liver tissue compared to resected liver tissue (59.5 ± 10.2% vs. 70.2 ± 5.6%, p < 0.05). Volume fraction of connective tissue, blood vessels and bile vessels in regenerated liver tissue, serum levels of liver enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP and GGT) and liver metabolites (albumin, bilirubin, urea and creatinine), as well as plasma levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and TGF-β, were not affected by MSC transplantation. In our novel, large animal (pig) model of repeated biliary obstruction followed by partial hepatectomy, MSC transplantation promoted growth of liver tissue without any effect on liver function. An experimental setup has been designed and realized in order to optimize the characteristics of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy system working in various pressure environments. An approach combined the normalization methods with the partial least squares(PLS) method are developed for quantitative analysis of molybdenum(Mo) element in the multi-component alloy,which is the first wall material in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak. In this study, the different spectral normalization methods(total spectral area normalization,background normalization, and reference line normalization) are investigated for reducing the uncertainty and improving the accuracy of spectral measurement. The results indicates that the approach of PLS based on inter-element interference is significantly better than the conventional PLS methods as well as the univariate linear methods in the various pressure for molybdenum element analysis. 相似文献

建立了一种快速定量检测水产品鱼和虾中苯巴比妥残留的胶体金免疫层析方法。采用胶体金纳米粒标记苯巴比妥单克隆抗体,研究了胶体金免疫层析条件如标记体系p H值、标记抗体浓度、检测T线包被原浓度、质控C线羊抗鼠Ig G浓度、样品前处理方法等对胶体金灵敏度的影响,并借助胶体金试纸条读数仪进行定量检测。结果表明:方法检出限为0.07 ng/mL,线性范围0.08~0.94ng/m L,裸眼消线值(cut-off值)为10.0 ng/mL。方法特异性良好,与巴比妥、戊巴比妥、异戊巴比妥三种结构类似物交叉反应率小于10%。选择罗非鱼、草鱼、鲈鱼和虾进行添加回收试验,样品回收率在73.50%~114.17%之间,相对标准偏差小于15%,且结果与UPLC-MS/MS法一致。该方法具有准确、灵敏、简便、快速等特点,非常适用于水产品鱼和虾中苯巴比妥残留现场快速筛查。 相似文献

In this study, we established a new pattern for differentiating and comprehensively evaluating the quality of fermented Cordyceps sinensis based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint analysis combined with similar analysis (SA), principal component analysis (PCA), hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), and the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker (QAMS). These methods indicated that fermented Cordyceps sinensis samples could be categorized into one class by PCA and HCA. The fingerprints of fermented Cordyceps sinensis were established, and four HPLC peaks were identified as ergosterol, daucosterol, stigmasterol, and β-sitosterol in Jinshuibao capsules and tablets (two products of fermented Cordyceps sinensis). Ergosterol was chosen as the internal reference substance, and the relative correction factors (RCFs) between ergosterol and the other three sterols were calculated using the QAMS method. Moreover, the accuracy of the QAMS method was confirmed by comparing the relative error between the results of the method used with those of an external standard method (ESM). No significant difference between the two methods was observed. The total sterols content in Jinshuibao products were calculated by the QAMS method, and the total sterols content of the two products were similar. This study showed that the method established herein was efficient and successful in the identification fermented Cordyceps sinensis and may further act to facilitate systematic quality control of fermented Cordyceps sinensis products. 相似文献

目的解析某大型肉鸡屠宰场中金黄色葡萄球菌的风险和关键防控点,为肉鸡屠宰过程金黄色葡萄球菌污染的科学防控提供指导。方法通过某大型肉鸡屠宰场金黄色葡萄球菌的监测和调研,应用@RISK 7软件建立金黄色葡萄球菌污染的定量评估模型,对肉鸡屠宰四个环节(烫洗煺毛、净膛、清洗预冷和分割传送)进行定量评估。结果初步探明了鸡肉中金黄色葡萄球菌在屠宰加工过程中的消长变化规律,清洗预冷环节和分割传送环节是金黄色葡萄球菌污染的主要风险环节,预冷池水中金黄色葡萄球菌浓度和工人手部带菌程度是肉鸡屠宰加工过程中金黄色葡萄球菌的关键风险点(相关系数分别为0.62和0.50)。结论对肉鸡屠宰环节的金黄色葡萄球菌进行关键控制点识别和精准采取控制措施,可有效保障终端鸡肉产品的卫生安全。 相似文献

目的了解肉鸡屠宰加工中不同时间和环节沙门菌的污染情况,分析污染关键点。方法 2016年11月至2017年11月从陕西省某活鸡屠宰场不同环节定期采集活鸡肛拭子标本、整鸡胴体和鸡肉样品,使用最大可能数(MPN)法对沙门菌进行定量检测,同时分离菌株;采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术对沙门菌进行鉴定,同时结合血清凝集技术对沙门菌鉴定结果进行确认。结果采集的284份样品中有67份检出沙门菌,检出率为23. 6%,平均MPN值为0. 051 6 MPN/g。2017年7月采集的样品沙门菌污染最为严重,检出率为37. 8%(14/37),平均MPN值为0. 064 7 MPN/g; 2016年11月检出率最低,为13. 9%(5/36),平均MPN值为0. 043 6 MPN/g。不同屠宰环节中,浸烫褪毛后整鸡胴体样品中沙门菌检出率最高(43. 3%,26/60),平均MPN值为0. 060 5 MPN/g;分割后冷冻前鸡胸脯肉样品中沙门菌检出率最低(18. 3%,11/60),平均MPN值为0. 036 8 MPN/g,略高于储存配送过程整鸡胴体/鸡胸脯肉样品中沙门菌的污染水平(0. 035 8 MPN/g)。结论活鸡屠宰过程沙门菌的检出率与MPN值具有较强的季节性,在不同屠宰加工环节存在纵向和交叉污染,应对活鸡屠宰加工过程沙门菌污染严重的环节进行重点控制。 相似文献
