现有的图像修复方法在处理大面积缺失或高度纹理化的图像时,通常会产生扭曲的结构或与周围区域不一致的模糊纹理,无法重建合理的图像结构。为此,提出了一种基于推理注意力机制的二阶段网络图像修复方法。首先通过边缘生成网络生成合理的幻觉边缘信息,然后在图像补全网络完成图像的重建工作。为了进一步生成视觉效果更逼真的图像,提高图像修复的精确度,在图像补全网络采用推理注意力机制,有效控制了生成特征的不一致性,从而生成更有效的信息。所提方法在多个数据集上进行了实验验证,结果表明该图像修复方法的结构相似性指数达到了88.9%,峰值信噪比达到了25.56 dB,与现有的图像修复方法相比,该方法具有更高的图像修复精确度,生成的图像更逼真。 相似文献

q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs), originally presented by Yager, are a powerful fuzzy information representation model, which generalize the classical intuitionistic fuzzy sets and Pythagorean fuzzy sets and provide more freedom and choice for decision makers (DMs) by allowing the sum of the power of the membership and the power of the nonmembership to be less than or equal to 1. In this paper, a new class of fuzzy sets called q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic sets (q-ROULSs) based on the q-ROFSs and uncertain linguistic variables (ULVs) is proposed, and this can describe the qualitative assessment of DMs and provide them more freedom in reflecting their belief about allowable membership grades. On the basis of the proposed operational rules and comparison method of q-ROULSs, several q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic aggregation operators are developed, including the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic weighted arithmetic average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic ordered weighted average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic hybrid weighted average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic weighted geometric average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic ordered weighted geometric operator, and the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic hybrid weighted geometric operator. Then, some desirable properties and special cases of these new operators are also investigated and studied, in particular, some existing intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators and Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operators are proved to be special cases of these new operators. Furthermore, based on these proposed operators, we develop an approach to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems, in which the evaluation information is expressed as q-rung orthopair ULVs. 针对谱聚类融合模糊C-means(FCM)聚类的蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络功能模块挖掘方法准确率不高、执行效率较低和易受假阳性影响的问题,提出一种基于模糊谱聚类的不确定PPI网络功能模块挖掘(FSC-FM)方法。首先,构建一个不确定PPI网络模型,使用边聚集系数给每一条蛋白质交互作用赋予一个存在概率测度,克服假阳性对实验结果的影响;第二,利用基于边聚集系数流行距离(FEC)策略改进谱聚类中的相似度计算,解决谱聚类算法对尺度参数敏感的问题,进而利用谱聚类算法对不确定PPI网络数据进行预处理,降低数据的维数,提高聚类的准确率;第三,设计基于密度的概率中心选取策略(DPCS)解决模糊C-means算法对初始聚类中心和聚类数目敏感的问题,并对预处理后的PPI数据进行FCM聚类,提高聚类的执行效率以及灵敏度;最后,采用改进的边期望稠密度(EED)对挖掘出的蛋白质功能模块进行过滤。在酵母菌DIP数据集上运行各个算法可知,FSC-FM与基于不确定图模型的检测蛋白质复合物(DCU)算法相比,F-measure值提高了27.92%,执行效率提高了27.92%;与在动态蛋白质相互作用网络中识别复合物的方法(CDUN)、演化算法(EA)、医学基因或蛋白质预测算法(MGPPA)相比也有更高的F-measure值和执行效率。实验结果表明,在不确定PPI网络中,FSC-FM适合用于功能模块的挖掘。 相似文献

This article studies control and performance enforcement for a class of uncertain dynamical systems that consist of actuated and unactuated portions physically interconnected to each other. The proposed approach stabilizes the overall interconnected system in the presence of unknown physical interconnections as well as system uncertainties. Performance guarantees are enforced, individually, on the actuated as well as unactuated portions of the interconnected system via this approach. For enforcing these performance guarantees, a set-theoretic model reference adaptive control approach is used, in conjunction with linear matrix inequalities, to restrict the respective system error trajectories of the actuated and unactuated dynamics inside a priori, user-defined compact sets. Autonomous systems are rapidly becoming an integrated part of the modern life. Safe and secure navigation and control of these systems present significant challenges in the presence of uncertainties, physical failures, and cyber attacks. In this paper, we formulate a navigation and control problem for autonomous systems using a multilevel control structure, in which the high‐level reference commands are limited by a saturation function, whereas the low‐level controller tracks the reference by compensating for disturbances and uncertainties. For this purpose, we consider a class of nested, uncertain, multiple‐input–multiple‐output systems subject to reference command saturation, possibly with nonminimum phase zeros. A multirate output‐feedback adaptive controller is developed as the low‐level controller. The sampled‐data (SD) design of this controller facilitates the direct implementation on digital computers, where the input/output signals are available at discrete time instances with different sampling rates. In addition, stealthy zero‐dynamics attacks become detectable by considering a multirate SD formulation. Robust stability and performance of the overall closed‐loop system with command saturation and multirate adaptive control are analyzed. Simulation scenarios for navigation and control of a fixed‐wing drone under failures/attacks are provided to validate the theoretical findings. 相似文献

To design robust interval observers for uncertain continuous‐time linear systems, a new set‐integration approach is proposed to compute trajectory tubes for the estimation error. Because this approach, the order‐preserving condition on the dynamics of the estimation error is no longer required. Therefore, synthesis methods can be used to compute observer gains that reduce the impact of the system uncertainties on the accuracy of the estimated state enclosures. Output feedback controller for polytopic systems exploiting the direct searching of the design space
This paper deals with the problem of designing a robust static output feedback controller for polytopic systems. The current research that tackled this problem is mainly based on LMI method, which is conservative by nature. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed, which considers the design space of the controller parameters and iteratively partitions the space to small simplexes. Then, by assessing the stability in each simplex, the solution space for design parameters is directly determined. It has been theoretically proved that, if there exists a feasible solution in the design space, the algorithm can find it. To validate the result of the proposed approach, comparative simulation examples are given to illustrate the performance of the design methodology as compared to those of previous approaches. 相似文献
