利用PRO/E建立了6V150柴油机的进气道三维CAD模型,并在软件FIRE中进行了三维流动仿真,计算出的进气道流量和在稳流吹风实验台上所测的结果有较好的一致性.通过分析进气道内部三维流场及横截面面积变化,对进气道提出了缩小气门杆后部的气流停滞区、光滑处理气道的拐角、加大进气门座的直径、减短分叉处的肋壁等优化办法,对优化模型的仿真结果证明,缩小气门杆后部的气流停滞区既可以提高气道的流量4%~11%,又对气缸盖的布置及进气门的影响很小,是一种有效而又合理的改进办法. 相似文献
