This paper introduces a fundamental energy efficient hybrid P2P transmission technology for P2P networking environment as well as Internet of Everything (IoE) infrastructure. Based on the transmission characteristics of wireless communication technologies of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, the proposed P2P transmission technique integrates them into an energy efficient hybrid transmission technology and provides the IPification for specific group, society, and the entire world. We have shown that the proposed hybrid transmission technology outperforms the existing transmission technologies in the aspects of initial connection establishment time and overall data transmission capability.  相似文献

xGnP‐Reinforced LLDPE nanocomposites have been prepared using co‐, counter‐ and modified corotating screw systems. The highest tensile strength and modulus were shown in the case of composites made by counter‐rotating screws. The percolation threshold of exfoliated graphite nanoplatelet/LLDPE nanocomposites was between 12 and 15 wt.‐%. The change of crystallinity caused by exfoliated graphite nanoplatelet loading was monitored using DSC and XRD. It was found that solution mixing showed better dispersion of exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets than melt mixing, and counter‐rotating screws produced better dispersion of the exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets than co‐ and modified corotating screws even though bubbling appeared during mixing in the barrel.

The design and simulation of meshing of a single enveloping worm-gear drive with modified surfaces is presented. Generally worm-gear is generated by the hob which is identical, to the worm. This process guarantees the conjugation between the worm and the gear but results in a line contact at every instant which is very sensitive to misalignment. The localization of bearing contact is necessary to reduce the sensitivity of the worm-gear drive to misalignment. Practically this localization is achieved by application of an oversized worm type hob to cut the worm-gear. The oversized hob approach is very practical and effective to localize bearing contact but can not provide the conjugation between the worm and the modified worm-gear. This work proposes an analytical procedure to make the worm surface conjugate to the worm-gear which is cut by the oversized hob. The developed computer program allows the investigation of the influence of misalignment on the shift of the bearing contact and the determination of the transmission errors, the contact ratio and the principle curvatures. The developed approach has been applied for ZK type of single-enveloping worm-gear drives and the developed theory is illustrated with a numerical example.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to investigate thermal stability and dynamic mechanical behavior of Exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets (xGnP™)‐Linear Low‐Density Poly Ethylene (LLDPE) nanocomposites with different xGnP loading content. The xGnP‐LLDPE nanocomposites were fabricated by solution and melt mixing in various screw rotating systems such as co‐, counter‐, and modified‐corotating. The storage modulus (E′) of the composites at the starting point of −50°C increased as xGnP contents increased. E′ of the nanocomposite with only 7 wt% of xGnP was 2.5 times higher than that of the control LLDPE. Thermal expansion and the coefficient of thermal expansion of xGnP‐loaded composites were much lower than those of the control LLDPE in the range of 45–80°C (299.8 × 10−6/°C) and 85–100°C (365.3 × 10−6/°C). Thermal stability of the composites was also affected by xGnP dispersion in LLDPE matrix. The xGnP‐LLDPE nanocomposites by counter‐rotating screw system showed higher thermal stability than ones by co‐rotating and modified‐co‐rotating system at 5 wt% and 12 wt% of xGnP. xGnP had a great effect on high thermal stability of xGnP‐LLDPE composites to be applied as tube and film for electrical materials. A window control theme in TCP over ABR service is proposed. In this scheme, the TCP congestion window size is determined by explicit rate (ER) values, representing the degree of network congestion. The grafted block copolymer based polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) was successfully synthesized by the superacid-catalyzed polyhydroxyalkylation reaction from biphenyl, 2,2′-biphenol and isatin and the performance of the block copolymer were compared in conjunction with the random copolymer. These polymers have all carbon-carbon structure on polymer backbone without ether linkage. The bromoalkylsulfone potassium salt was prepared from 1,3-propane sultone and potassium bromide. Particularly, the attached alkyl sulfone groups were afforded better stability due to less reactivity towards nucleophilic substitution reaction. Moreover, the block copolymer exhibited better proton conductivity (76.84 mS/cm under 90% relative humidity at 80 °C), water resistivity, chemical, and thermal stability compared to the random copolymer, because block copolymer membranes showed good hydrophilic/hydrophobic phase separation and wide ionic channels. The structures of the resultant PEMs were confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). These membranes were studied by proton conductivity, water uptake (WU), and ion exchange capacity (IEC). Fenton test was attended by Fenton's reagent (4 ppm Fe2+, 3% H2O2) for confirmation of the polymer degradation and the surface morphology of membranes was also analyzed by atomic force microscope.  相似文献

Recently, a technique for improving the thermal efficiency of automotive engines has received considerable attention, namely the application of thermal insulation coatings to automotive engine components to reduce heat loss. This study presents thermal shock resistance and related microstructural changes and thermal properties of 8 wt% yttria-stabilized zirconia (8YSZ)/SiO2 multi-compositional thermal insulation coatings with suspensions of various particle sizes, when subjected to suspension plasma spray. After 10,000 cycles of thermal shock testing of the coatings, it was found that different degradation behavior related to the different microstructure of the coatings was influenced by the particle sizes of the suspension. The thermal conductivity of the coatings was significantly reduced by increasing the distribution of the unmelted particles within the coating.  相似文献

Based on extensive field failure data for Tandem's GUARDIAN operating system, the paper discusses evaluation of the dependability of operational software. Software faults considered are major defects that result in processor failures and invoke backup processes to take over. The paper categorizes the underlying causes of software failures and evaluates the effectiveness of the process pair technique in tolerating software faults. A model to describe the impact of software faults on the reliability of an overall system is proposed. The model is used to evaluate the significance of key factors that determine software dependability and to identify areas for improvement. An analysis of the data shows that about 77% of processor failures that are initially considered due to software are confirmed as software problems. The analysis shows that the use of process pairs to provide checkpointing and restart (originally intended for tolerating hardware faults) allows the system to tolerate about 75% of reported software faults that result in processor failures. The loose coupling between processors, which results in the backup execution (the processor state and the sequence of events) being different from the original execution, is a major reason for the measured software fault tolerance. Over two-thirds (72%) of measured software failures are recurrences of previously reported faults. Modeling, based on the data, shows that, in addition to reducing the number of software faults, software dependability can be enhanced by reducing the recurrence rate  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Improvement in quality of roasted sesame oil was studied. Roasted sesame oil was bleached at 70 °C, 85 °C, or 100 °C for 20 min with acid-activated clay at 0.5%, 1.0%, or 3.0% (w/w) and then centrifuging at 12096 × g at 4 °C for 10 min. The color of the roasted sesame oil became lighter and the viscosity of oil decreased by bleaching. Bleaching caused a significant increase in the smoke point of the oil, from 170 °C to a range of 183 °C to 191 °C. Bleaching increased palmitic acid and decreased linoleic acid contents of roasted sesame oil. Bleaching decreased free fatty acid (FFA) and conjugated dienoic acid (CDA) contents and carbonyl values (CV) of roasted sesame oil. The more the acid clay was used, the lower were the FFA and CDA contents and CV of the oil. Amount of acid clay in bleaching of roasted sesame oil had higher effects on the color, viscosity, smoke point, FFA and CDA contents, and CV of roasted sesame oil than the bleaching temperature. Bleaching did not show a significant effect on tocopherol contents of the sesame oil. Bleaching tended to decrease sesamolin contents and increase sesamol contents in the roasted sesame oil. As the amount of acid clay and the bleaching temperature increased, the contents of sesamin and sesamolin in the oil decreased while sesamol contents increased.  相似文献
