目的:探讨口服透明质酸(HA)对小鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的治疗作用。方法:将40只6周龄的雄性小鼠随机分成4个小组,正常组、模型组、HA组和双氯芬酸钠组。通过给模型组、HA组和双氯芬酸钠组小鼠右后足注射弗氏完全佐剂(FCA)建立佐剂性关节炎模型,经连续4周口服透明质酸进行治疗后,分别对小鼠的体质量、足跖厚度进行测量,观察小鼠膝关节肿胀程度并评分,同时采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中白介素-1(IL-1)和HA的含量。结果:口服HA能显著降低小鼠足跖厚度和关节炎指数,同时血清中IL-1和HA含量亦显著降低;并且各项指标与双氯芬酸钠无显著性差异。结论:口服透明质酸能有效地缓解小鼠膝关节的肿胀,降低血清中IL-1的含量,增强活动能力,因而对小鼠佐剂性关节炎具有良好的治疗作用。  相似文献

目的:通过试食实验,评价沙拉酱对人体部分血脂指标影响的效果。方法:采用自身对照设计的方法。47例18~22岁青年健康男性参与为期70d的试食实验。在不影响试食者饮食习惯的前提下,每日提供15g沙拉酱。分别在实验前及试食过程中的30、60、70d后分别进行检测。并于实验结束后37d再进行一次检测,以观察试食者在食用沙拉酱后血脂指标的变化。结果:试食至30d,试食者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著下降(P<0.01)。试食至60d,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量显著上升(P<0.01),LDL-C值显著下降(P<0.01)。试食至70d,TC、TG含量显著上升(P<0.01)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著上升(P<0.01)。结论:在实验所指定的剂量下,沙拉酱未对人体血脂造成不良影响。值得注意的是,试食至50d时,由于节日原因,试食者饮食结构发生突变,饮酒和动物性脂肪摄入较多,导致第60天及第70天检测所得数据中TC和TG等有异常变化,证明饮食结构的变化直接影响血脂指标的变化。本次试食实验的数据表明,沙拉酱对提高HDL-C含量、降低LDL-C含量具有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

Several filter aids were investigated in order to separate the hydrolyzed egg yolk suspension easily. λ-Carrageenan was found to be the most effective flocculant for the purpose. The addition of 1.67 g λ-carrageenan to 1 L of hydrolyzed egg yolk suspension was effective to get a clear supernatant. The ionic flocculation between the λ-carrageenan and the egg yolk lipoprotein was presumed. Using λ-carrageenan, N-acetylneuraminic acid containing in the hydrolyzed delipidated egg yolk was prepared. λ-Carrageenan did not adsorb to an anion exchange resin and could be separated completely from N-acetylneuraminic acid, when the filtrate treated with λ-carrageenan was applied on a column of the resin.  相似文献

目的:通过动物实验、体外实验确认食用香甜味沙拉酱对β-胡萝卜素吸收的影响效果。方法:采用高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)技术进行β-胡萝卜素定量分析;参考93号饲料(AIN-93)配方,分组连续喂养大鼠12 d,测定不同组别大鼠肝脏中β-胡萝卜素的含量;配制人工胃液,分别将磨碎的芒果与香甜味沙拉酱和大豆油混合,模拟胃液蠕动搅拌不同时间,并测定油相中β-胡萝卜素含量;分别给大鼠灌胃等量的β-胡萝卜素以及油量相等的香甜味沙拉酱与大豆油,比较香甜味沙拉酱与大豆油在大鼠胃中停留的时间并测定油相中β-胡萝卜素含量。结果:大鼠肝脏中β-胡萝卜素含量为香甜味沙拉酱组大豆油组(P0.05);体外模拟实验发现,芒果更容易分散于香甜味沙拉酱体系,油相中β-胡萝卜素含量为香甜味沙拉酱组大豆油组,搅拌60 min组搅拌30 min组(P0.05);大鼠在灌胃30 min后胃液中β-胡萝卜素含量为香甜味沙拉酱组大豆油组(P0.05),且香甜味沙拉酱在胃中停留的时间更长。结论:食用香甜味沙拉酱比单纯食用大豆油更能够促进β-胡萝卜素的吸收转化;香甜味沙拉酱更能促进富含β-胡萝卜素水果中的β-胡萝卜素的吸收。  相似文献

The antioxidant activity of green tea polyphenols in several edible oils and fried noodle was investigated. The green tea polyphenols consisted of 27.1% (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate, 19.3% (+)-gallocatechin, 16.7% (−)-gallocatechin-3-gallate, 16.1% (−)-epigallocatechin, 8.1% (−)-epicatechin-3-gallate, 7.5% (−)-epicatechin, and 5.2% (+)-catechin. The antioxidant effect of green tea polyphenols in lard and soybean oil was dose-dependent, but tocopherol was less effective. Compared to BHA and tocopherol, green tea polyphenols showed a stronger antioxidative activity on fish oil. Noodles were fried in lard containing green tea polyphenols at several concentrations. The oxidative stability of the noodle was proportional to the green tea polyphenol concentration in lard.  相似文献

为研究天津慈海桥的压强分布系数,建立了新型斜拉桥与摩天轮复合结构有限元模型,采用了RANS的RNGk-ε模型作为慈海桥进行数值分析的湍流模型,采用非平衡壁面函数模拟壁面附近复杂的流动现象。运用数值风洞法对斜拉桥部分周围流场进行数值模拟,得到斜拉桥周围流场的速度分布和斜拉桥表面的压强系数。通过风洞试验进行测量,介绍了风洞试验的风洞和试验模型,得出了32个测点不同方向的压强系数。把其中具有代表性的测点数值风洞理论值与风洞试验结果进行比较分析,结果对比说明:理论与试验数据一致,所得到的压强分布系数可以用于工程实际。同时证明该文所采用的数值模拟方法来预测斜拉桥表面的平均压强分布情况可以推广应用。  相似文献

In this paper, we target the specific smart grid concept called “inter‐intelligent renewable energy network (i‐Rene),” which is characteristically associated with photovoltaic (PV) panels, microstorage, and regional electricity markets. In this smart grid, every house has an artificial intelligence agent that learns the optimal treading strategy to minimize payments by residents. From the economic standpoint, we perform a cost‐benefit analysis (CBA) of the optimal installation of PV panels and microstorage in this smart grid. To perform the CBA, we use actual measured values of power demand profiles and power production profiles, which were obtained in 2010 at Shiga, Japan. In accordance with this analysis, we also discuss the necessary conditions for achieving grid parity of the i‐Rene smart grid .  相似文献

Delipidated egg yolk (DEY) was homogenized and centrifuged. The supernatant was dialyzed by ultrafiltration using a molecular weight cut-off of 1,000. The asparagine-linked oligosaccharides in the concentrate were liberated from protein by hydrazinolysis and labeled with UV-absorbingp-amionbenzoic ethyl ester (ABEE). The ABEE-derivatized oligosaccharides were fractionated by anion exchange and reverse-phase HPLC. The total sialyloligosaccharides from the water-soluble DEY fraction, were about 47.7% monosialyl and 50.6% di-sialyloligosaccharides. The structures of 3 predominant sialyloligosaccharides were determined by NMR. They were of the biantennary complex-type, accounting for about 33.6% of the total sialyloligosaccharides of the DEY water-soluble fraction.  相似文献

Continuous Sic fibers with a tensile strength of 350 kg/mm2 and a Young's modulus of 30 tons/mm2 were synthesized from an organometallic polymer. Continuous fibers were first obtained by heat-treating a polycarbosilane polymer which had been synthesized from dimethyldichlorosilane. The fiber, which contains ultrafine-grain crystallites of β-Sic, has no fiber texture measurable by X-ray diffraction and high-voltage electron microscopy.  相似文献
