Optical design of the Lyman alpha based beam emission spectroscopy(LAB)diagnostic on the HL-2A tokamak

In this article, we present the optical design of a novel diagnostic on the HL-2 A tokamak, i.e. the20-channel edge Lyman-alpha beam emission spectroscopy, which is a promising solution for edge density turbulence research on tokamaks, as it offers the possibility of density fluctuation measurement with a 3.3 mm spatial resolution while maintains a high temporal resolution of1 μs. The optical path, including the reflective collection optics, the high-dispersion spectrometer, and the linear detector array, is carefully optimized to obtain a good image quality and a high throughput. The maximum root mean square radius of the collection optics is 64 μm.The detected photon flux is estimated to be about 10~(11) photons/s/channel.     

Effects of feed composition,protein denaturation and storage of milk serum protein/lactose powders on lactosylation

During whey powder production, the feed is subjected to several heat treatments which can cause lactosylation of proteins. In this study, lactosylation of whey proteins was evaluated in spray-dried powders before and after storage by varying the native protein fraction as well as the serum protein/lactose ratio in the powders. The lactosylation of native α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin in the powders before storage was not affected to a large extent by the protein denaturation or if the feed had been heat treated in a high or low lactose environment. After storage (relative humidity of 23.5%, 30 °C, 25 days), the kinetic of lactosylation tended to increase with increasing native protein fraction and bulk protein content in the powders. An explanation could be that proteins dissolved in the lactose glassy structure might have a lower reactivity, while proteins present in the protein glassy structure with dissolved lactose may display higher lactosylation reactivity.     

陕南山地烟田不同植烟年限土壤养分的变化

为给陕南山地烟草生产布局及有针对性的施肥措施提供依据,分析了陕南山地烟田不同植烟年限(0~15年)与土壤养分含量的关系。结果表明:随着植烟年限延长,有机质线性下降,全氮和速效钾显著上升,有效磷先上升后下降;氯、有效铁、有效锰、有效硼和有效铜无显著变化或变化很小,有效锌则在第1年急剧下降,之后保持稳定,10年后再次显著下降。认为陕南山地烟区烟叶生产中应适当增加有机肥的施用而合理控制氮肥、磷肥和钾肥的施用,并要注意锌肥的补充。     

5-二茂铁基噁唑的合成研究

以二茂铁甲醛和对甲苯磺酰基异氰(TOSMIC)为原料,经过Van Leusen反应,一步合成目标化合物5-二茂铁基噁唑,通过~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR和ESI-MS对其结构进行表征,并对影响收率的主要因素进行考察。结果表明,在物料比n(TOSMIC)∶n(二茂铁甲醛)为1.1∶1、反应溶剂为甲醇、K_2CO_3用量即n(K_2CO_3)∶n(二茂铁甲醛)为2.0∶1、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为8 h的最佳条件下,目标化合物收率达到74.7%。该方法具有原料廉价易得、反应操作简单、收率高等优点,具有一定的应用价值。     

温度对生物净化滤柱中氨氮、铁、锰去除效果的影响

温度是生物净化滤柱运行的一个重要参数，采用生物净化滤柱处理模拟含氨氮、铁、锰地下水，考察水温从约25℃降到约6℃过程中氨氮、铁、锰的去除效果。结果表明，出水氨氮、总铁、锰的浓度分别低于0.15mg/L、0.1mg/L、0.05mg/L，均低于国家标准。出水总铁、锰均未受到水温下降的影响，但是出水氨氮浓度逐渐从约0.02mg/L升高到约0.12mg/L。进一步分析发现，铁主要在滤层的0~0.4m段去除，去除效果没有受到水温变化的影响。氨氮、锰主要在滤层的0~0.8m段去除，其沿程浓度均随水温降低而明显升高。氨氮、锰的生物去除符合一级动力学反应，水温为24.6℃、15.3℃、6.7℃时，两者的动力学常数k分别为0.154min^-1、0.186min^-1，0.143min^-1、0.175min^-1，0.103min^-1、0.163min^-1；半反应时间t_1/2分别为4.51min、3.72min，4.83min、3.96min，6.72min、4.24min。随着试验水温的降低，氨氮、锰的去除效果明显受到影响。     

Hormonal intrauterine devices

Ligase chain reaction (LCR) is a ligation-mediated amplification technique of a target DNA sequence using oligonucleotides and thermostable ligase. LCR is useful for the detection of known DNA sequences and point mutations in a limited amount of DNA. We introduce the principle, development, and protocol of this simple and convenient technique for DNA analysis.     

基于虚拟分割机制的多服务交换路由器的研究

本文提出了一处基于虚拟分割机制的可编程多服务器由器实现结构：PVSMR，并对它的三个层面的主要构成及其关键技术进行了深入研究。PVSMR基于一种有效而灵活的资源虚拟分割算法，它能够提供与多类应用相适应的、灵活的报文处理和转发控制能力。     

基于软交换的NAT/防火墙穿透技术研究

通过对目前几种解决NAT(network addres stranslation)／防火墙穿逢方案的分析，提出了一种较易实现的穿透技术，并给出具体实现方案。
