体感技术使人们更直接的通过自己的肢体动作与电脑设备产生互动,减小了鼠标、键盘等传统输入设备带来的束缚。使用Kinect 体感设备,对体感关键技术及 Kalman滤波器算法进行了深入的研究,并在此基础上提出了一种基于骨骼坐标的手势识别算法。最后详细阐明了基于 Kinect 的手势追踪与识别系统的具体设计与实现方法。

近年来,内河干线航道超载、超吃水现象较为严重,船舶搁浅、碰撞等水上交通事故时有发生.而目前相应的治理手段单一,尽管相关部门投入了巨大的人力、物力、财力,但效果也并不理想.设计并实现了一套基于激光扫描和视频分析的船舶超载超吃水自动监测系统,并在镇江市地方海事局辖区水域实现了应用.结果表明,实际应用中系统在测量精度、实时性等方面表现优异,能够满足海事部门的日常监管需求.

Mechanism of Mitochondrial Connexin43′s Protection of the Neurovascular Unit under Acute Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

We observed mitochondrial connexin43 (mtCx43) expression under cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury, analyzed its regulation, and explored its protective mechanisms. Wistar rats were divided into groups based on injections received before middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Cerebral infarction volume was detected by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolim chloride staining, and cell apoptosis was observed by transferase dUTP nick end labeling. We used transmission electron microscopy to observe mitochondrial morphology and determined superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. MtCx43, p-mtCx43, protein kinase C (PKC), and p-PKC expression were detected by Western blot. Compared with those in the IR group, cerebral infarction volumes in the carbenoxolone (CBX) and diazoxide (DZX) groups were obviously smaller, and the apoptosis indices were down-regulated. Mitochondrial morphology was damaged after I/R, especially in the IR and 5-hydroxydecanoic acid (5-HD) groups. Similarly, decreased SOD activity and increased MDA were observed after MCAO; CBX, DZX, and phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA) reduced mitochondrial functional injury. Expression of mtCx43 and p-mtCx43 and the p-Cx43/Cx43 ratio were significantly lower in the IR group than in the sham group. These abnormalities were ameliorated by CBX, DZX, and PMA. MtCx43 may protect the neurovascular unit from acute cerebral IR injury via PKC activation induced by mitoKATP channel agonists.     

How Unruh effect affects freezing coherence in decoherence

In this paper, we investigate the influence of the Unruh effects on the coherence dynamics in an open quantum system which is subject to a nondissipative flip channel. We find that Unruh effect does not affect the known initial conditions which guarantee freezing of coherence, while it decreases the amount of preserved coherence.     

On-chip inductor above dummy metal patterns

This work characterizes the on-chip inductor above dummy metals in CMOS technology. Since the dummy pattern influences the sheet resistance in chemical–mechanical planarization (CMP) process strongly [Schindler G, Steinlesberger G, Engelhardt M, Steinhögl W. Electrical characterization of copper interconnects with end-of-roadmap feature sizes. Solid-State Electron 2003;47:1233–36; Smith S, Walton AJ, Ross AWS, Bodammer GKH, Stevenson JTM. Evaluation of sheet resistance and electrical line width measurement techniques for copper damascene interconnect. IEEE Trans Semicond Manuf 2002;15:214–22.], three test structures are fabricated to compare the inductor performances in this paper. The measurements show that the Q value degrades 15.3% and self-resonance frequency decreases 9.5% in device with dummy metal pattern. Accordingly, an equivalent circuit is proposed to analyze this behavior, the results show that the insulator capacitor plays a key role in performance degradation. Result of this study quantifies the effect of on-chip inductor above dummy pattern.     

Synthesis of novel phosphorus-containing epoxy hardeners and thermal stability and flame-retardant properties of cured products

Two novel flame-retardant curing agents for epoxy resins, 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO)-containing 4-[(phenylamino)methyl]phenol (P-Ph) and DOPO-containing Mannich-type bases (P-DDS-Ph), were synthesized by the condensation of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 4-aminophenol and DDS, respectively, followed by the addition of DOPO to the resulting imine linkage. Chemical structures of these materials were characterized with FTIR, ¹H-NMR spectra, ³¹P-NMR spectra, and elemental analysis. The thermal properties and flame retardancy of o-cresol novolac epoxy resin (CNE) cured with different contents of the phosphorus-containing compounds were investigated by nonisothermal differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and limiting oxygen index (LOI). The obtained results showed that more char was formed while containing lower contents of the phosphorus-containing compounds in the P-Ph/CNE and P-DDS-Ph/CNE indicating their excellent flame retardancy. Moreover, the P-DDS-Ph/CNE exhibited higher T_g (224°C) and better thermal stability (T_10%, 330°C) than that of P-Ph/CNE. Therefore, the developed P-DDS-Ph/CNE may be potentially used as environmentally preferable products in electronic fields. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2012     

Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-BaTiO3陶瓷的介电和压电性能研究

研究了Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3和（Na0.5Bi0.5）0．94Ba0．06TiO3陶瓷的电滞回线，压电性能和热滞现象。得到（Na0.5Bi0.5）0．94Ba0．06TiO3陶瓷的剩余极化Pr=19μC/cm^2，矫顽场Ec=4.7kV/mm.发现有适量的Ba^2 取代（Na0.5Bi0.5)^2 尽管压电性能有所提高，但同时使得材料的温度稳定性大大降低。
