基于广义传输线理论,得到描述谐振腔和注-波互作用特征参数的一阶传输线方程组;编写了冷腔和热腔模拟程序。利用自编程序和专业电磁仿真软件对同一折线渐变结构谐振腔的特征参数做模拟计算,证实了自编程序的可靠性。在工作模式选用TE22,6时,利用自编程序对两种110 GHz回旋振荡管谐振腔结构(折线渐变结构和圆弧渐变结构)中的模式纯度和注波互作用效率进行了模拟计算研究。结果表明,相对于折线渐变结构,圆弧渐变谐振腔的模式纯度可提高约4.7 dB,互作用效率提高约4%。在注电压96 kV,注电流40 A,互作用磁场约为4.41 T时,圆弧腔回旋振荡管在110.1 GHz输出功率超过1.9 MW,效率约为50%。 相似文献

The high-pressure shock wave data obtained in underground nuclear tests and high-power laser experiments are analyzed using a three-term equation of state and the Hugoniot relationship. Apart from the good agreement of the predicted results with experimental data related to samples Pb, Cu, and Au, an obvious deviation of the experimental data of the Fe sample from the corresponding numerical ones is found, and various comparisons of the data imply that the errors are likely to occur in the measurement rather than in the theoretical prediction. Plentiful data pertaining to a set of metal materials on shock adiabats reveal that there exists an asymptotic parabolic relationship between shock pressure or temperature and particle velocity for very strong shock waves, in contrast to the experimentally well-known linear relationship between shock wave velocity and particle velocity.
