Analysis of the effect of regional lateral inflow on the flood peak of the Three Gorges Reservoir

ACE-inhibitory activity and gamma-aminobutyric acid content of fermented skim milk by <Emphasis Type="Italic">Lactobacillus helveticus</Emphasis> isolated from Xinjiang koumiss in China

Eighty-one strains of Lactobacillus were isolated from the koumiss collected in Xinjiang, China. The strains were cultivated in skim milk medium, ACE inhibitory activity and GABA concentrations in the culture supernatants were measured. Screening results revealed that ACE inhibitory activity of 16 strains was higher than 50% and two strains produced GABA. The Lactobacillus—ND01 strain produces both the high ACE inhibitory activity and GABA. The sequence of 16S rDNA of the Lactobacillus—ND01 showed 99% homology to L. helveticus. The first identification of the newly isolated Lactobacillus—ND01 strain which produces both high ACE inhibitory activity and GABA revealed differences from reported species in our study. The L. helveticus ND01 was resistant to acidic condition. The results suggest that L. helveticus ND01 showed good potential for application in the management of hypertension.

An ultrahigh strength steel produced through deformation-induced ferrite transformation and Q&P process

In this work,DIFT technology and Q&P process were combined in order to introduce ultrafine-grained ferrite into the matrix of martensite and retained austenite to develop a new kind of advanced high strength steel,and two kinds of steels were investigated by this novel combined process.The newly designed process resulted in a sophisticated microstructure of a large amount of ferrite(about 5 m in diameter),martensite and a considerable amount of retained austenite for TRIP 780 steel.The ultimate tensile strength can reach about 1200 MPa with elongation above 16% for TRIP 780,that is much higher than the one solely treated by Q&P process.Tensile tests showed that both steels with the novel combined process achieved a good combination of strength and ductility,indicating that the new process is promising for the new generation of advanced high strength steels.

一种基于B／S结构的OLAP服务体系结构的研究

论述了当前基于C／S结构的OLAP系统的不足，提出了一种基于B／S结构的OLAP系统。该系统读取OLAP建摸工具生成的语义对象存储文件，向用户屏蔽了各种分析数据源的差异，可以以普通关系数据库、数据仓库和数据立方体为分析数据源，通过浏览器向用户展示分析结果，同时可以对分析结果进行各种分析操作。
