介绍以煤炭、石英矿资源和电力资源，采用电热还原法生产高纯CO（煤）气并伴生四高SiC栽能新材料的煤的新型气化技术．阐述在循环经济理念下，研发并实施以煤、电为基础资源实现煤的新型气化生产大气量高纯CO-醋酸-四高SiC栽能新材料产品的多联产理论及意义．     

The black pottery coating of longshan times from Taosi Site

Taosi is an archaeological site in Xiangfen county, Shanxi province. It is considered as a capital city site with the rudiment of an early country in Longshan Times. In this work, the black pottery coating was found on the surface of black and grey pottery of Longshan times and confirmed by scientific studies for the first time. It filled in the blank of pottery coating study in this time period at the Yellow River Valley, as well as supplied a new study method of black skin pottery besides the carburizatio...     

缅甸KUN电站清污机的电气自动控制

介绍了缅甸KUN电站清污机的结构特点，在此基础上，论述了清污机设备电气控制要求与清污机的运行方式。采取了PLC多功能编程工具结合位置编码器给定的数据，实现清污机构的自动循环控制和自动定时控制。利用触摸屏监控设备各机构的运行状态和工作情况，保证了设备的安全运行。     

A multiphase mesostructure mechanics approach to the study of the fracture-damage behavior of concrete

A multiphase mesostructure mechanical model is proposed to study the deformation and failure process of concrete considering its heterogeneity at the meso scopic level. Herein, concrete is taken as a type of three-component composite material composed of mortar matrix, aggregates and interfaces on the meso-scale. First, an efficient approach to the disposition of aggregates of concrete and a state matrix method to generate mesh coordinates for aggregates are proposed. Secondly, based on the nonlinear continuum damage mechanics, a meso-scale finite element model is presented with damage softening stress-strain relationship for describing the mechanical behavior of different components of concrete. In this method, heterogeneities of each component in the concrete are considered by assuming the material properties of three components conform to the Weibull distribution law. Finally, based on this multiphase meso-mechanics model, a simulation analysis of fracture behavior of a rock-fill concrete (RFC) beam is accomplished. The study includes experimental tests for determining basic mechanical parameters of three components of RFC and four-point flexural beam tests for verification of the model. It is preliminarily shown that the numerical model is applicable to studying failure mechanisms and process of concrete type material.     

三维白光数字图象频域分析法及其应用

提出一种测量三维位移的新方法--三维白光数字图象频域分析法.该方法结合双CCD(charge coupled device, 电荷耦合图象传感器)摄象机系统和白光数字图象频域分析法,具有全场、非接触、非破坏测量、不需相干光、测试系统简单等特点.使用两个摄象机从不同拍摄角度记录物体变形前后的灰度图象,将其数字化,并通过频域相关算法分析进行同名点匹配,利用标定得到的摄象机参数求出物体上各点变形前后的空间坐标,进一步求得三维位移.利用平移实验对该方法进行验证,比较实验结果和理论值,误差较小,验证该方法的有效性.     

管线钢表面裂纹体的三维断裂特性和断裂判据研究

采用中心表面裂纹试样的三点弯曲试验,研究X70管线钢表面裂纹体的断裂特性.结果表明,二维断裂力学参量KⅠ已不能客观描述和表征表面裂纹体断裂现象和裂端应力场强度.采用三维断裂力学参量KZ,能很好描述和表征表面裂纹体的试验现象和裂纹尖端应力场强度,三维断裂韧度K ZC与表面裂纹的几何尺寸和裂纹形态无关,是管线钢表面裂纹体的客观韧性指标.建立穿透裂纹和表面裂纹的统一断裂准则,即三维断裂力学准则,KZ=K FTZ≤KZC ,将该准则和失效评估图(failure assessment diagram, FAD)技术相结合,可以进行含表面裂纹管道的安全性评定.     

厚壁SAWH焊缝自动超声波检测对比试块的合理性研究

分析了目前西气东输三线用螺旋埋弧焊管(SAWH)焊缝自动超声波检测用对比试块的现状和存在问题,应用分区检测方法设计出满足检测使用的对比试块,并进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,设计的对比试块不但可以满足西三线中使用的SAWH焊缝自动超声波100%检测整个壁厚范围内(西三线使用钢管壁厚为18.4 mm和22 mm)的缺陷,而且可以满足自动超声波100%检测焊缝和热影响区一定宽度范围内(一般为壁厚30%,最大10 mm,最小5 mm)的缺陷,保证了焊缝自动超声波检测结果的准确性和可靠性。     

均质油藏试井资料极值拟合分析方法研究

压力导数峰值点包含着丰富的油藏信息。对均质油藏试井模型的压力解进行二次求导,可以得到压力导数极大值与CDe2S(CD为无因次井筒储集系数,S为表皮系数)的对应关系,再进行回归,就可获得压力导数峰值和峰值出现时间与CDe2S的线性关系表达式。应用这些关系,提出一套通过确定试井资料压力导数极值来求取CD和S的方法,提供一种实现典型曲线拟合的方便有效的方法。图1表1参2(邹冬平摘)

一类非线性磁流变系统的混沌动力学特征

基于Silnikov定理,讨论一类基于磁流变阻尼器非线性系统的混沌特性。借助卡尔达诺公式和微分方程组级数解,分别讨论该系统的特征值问题和同宿轨道的存在性,进而比较严密地证明该系统Silnikov型Smale混沌的存在性,并给出发生Silnikov型Smale混沌所需条件。利用数值模拟得到该类磁流变阻尼器非线性系统的相轨迹图、Lyaponov指数谱和Lyaponov维数,进一步验证该非线性系统存在奇怪吸引子。
