Based on the vehicle-road dynamic model, the road characteristic parameter, which depends on different types of road surfaces, is introduced and a new method of road surface identification for automotive anti-lock braking system (ABS) is proposed. According to the characteristics of vehicle-road dynamic model, a simple math resolution method of the model‘s factors is established. Only using the information of wheel speed, the vehicle reference velocity and the wheel slip ratio are estimated real-timely. And based on the wheel dynamic model, the road characteristic parameter is determined to identify the road surface for the determination of thresholds of ABS regulative parameters. With this new method, the road surface identification can be accurately obtained and calculation time is short that it can meet the ABS real time control need, and it also improves the performance of ABS.  相似文献

在一种新的基于真空二极管原理的场发射压力传感器中 ,阴极发射尖锥体和敏感薄膜制备于同一硅片上 ,从而简化了传感器的封装工艺 ,但因此可能导致传感器灵敏度的减小。利用有限元仿真技术 ,计算了在外部压力作用下 ,几何形状比较复杂的带尖锥体敏感薄膜的横向挠度形变特性。计算结果表明 ,与不带尖锥体的敏感薄膜相比较 ,带尖锥体敏感薄膜在额定外部静压力作用下的最大横向挠度的减小量小于 0 .4% ,因此对传感器灵敏度的影响可以忽略不计  相似文献

Three major methods currently in the use of determining vehicle speed based on wheel speeds,the minimum wheel speed,minimum wheel speed corrected by slope method and the Kalman filter method,are analyzed,with merits and defects of each approach stated. Through simulations,the Kalman filter method based on minimum wheel speed shows improved accuracy,in addition to better adaptivity to vehicle reference speed. Based on the dynamics of ABS-equipped vehicles during cornering braking, the electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) control methods of ABS-equipped vehicles during cornering braking are proposed. According to the dynamics and the tire model under tire adhesion limit, the stability acceptance criteria of vehicles during cornering braking are proposed. According to the stability acceptance criteria and the ABS control, the EBD control methods of ABS-equipped vehicles during cornering braking are implemented by adjusting the threshold values of tires slip independently. The vehicle states during cornering braking at two typical initial velocities of the vehicle are analyzed by the EBD control methods, whose results indicate the EBD control methods can improve the braking performances of the vehicle during cornering braking comparing with the ABS control.  相似文献

To guarantee control system’s performance and shorten the development cycle during the development process of hydraulic automatic transmission,a calibration system on CAN for high-power AT ECU is designed based on XCP. In this system,it is possible that the master dynamically searching the slaves available on bus and data synchronization between master and slave is also achieved. Real-time measurement and on-line calibration can be executed during the running process of transmission control unit,so the calibration result is displayed in time. Calibration by true value and physical value are both available. Experimental results showed that this system operated stably and reliably and had strong time-out handling ability.  相似文献

以JettaGTX轿车为样车,设计了ABS/ASR/ACC集成控制系统。集成系统采用压力源供能装置实现主动制动,并利用原车的ABS压力调节器实现各轮缸压力的独立调节;通过控制电磁离合器和步进电机进行节气门控制。集成系统控制主程序确保了ABS、ASR、ACC各子系统在资源共享的同时实现各自的功能。  相似文献
