In-situ synthesis of zirconium oxycarbide by electroreduction of ZrO2/C in molten salt

Homogenous ZrC_xO_y powders have been successfully synthesized by in-situ electro-reduction of solid ZrO₂–C composite precursors in molten CaCl₂. The effect of applied cell voltage and molar ratio of ZrO₂ to C on preparation of ZrC_xO_y were investigated. The reduction pathway of the composite electrode was studied based on the analysis of intermediate products using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that ZrO₂ is firstly converted to CaZrO₃. The resulting CaZrO₃ is then reduced to ZrC_xO_y. The ZrC_xO_y formation is dramatically influenced by electrolysis voltage and molar ratio of ZrO₂ to C: a higher cell voltage and lower molar ratio of the ZrO₂ to C are more preferable for the formation of ZrC_xO_y powder. Homogenous ZrC_xO_y powders with particle size of ~100 nm are synthesized by ZrO₂/C starting elemental powders in CaCl₂ molten salt at 1123 K for more than 3 h, when the cell voltage is 3.0 V and the molar ratio of the ZrO₂ to carbon starting materials is 1:1.0.     

牦牛绒过氧化氢/过硫酸铵脱色体系工艺优化及其机制

针对现有商业化牦牛绒脱色过程复杂、脱色时间长等问题,提出新型过氧化氢/过硫酸铵体系牦牛绒脱色工艺。在尽可能提高纤维白度的前提下尽量减少纤维损伤,通过单因素试验确定了脱色时间、过硫酸铵用量和试剂pH值,对脱色工艺进行探讨并与商业化脱色牦牛绒进行比较。结果表明:采用过硫酸铵质量浓度为400 g/L,试剂pH值为9,在室温下脱色为180 min可达到商业脱色牦牛绒的效果,脱色时间节省至原来的1/8;脱色机制分析发现,脱色过程中硫酸根自由基起主要作用,羟基自由基起次要作用。该脱色工艺简单,为牦牛绒高值化利用提供了新的解决方案。     

中美欧建筑结构荷载规范对比研究

随着"一带一路"国际工程项目的持续推进,关于国内外建筑结构荷载规范的对比研究变得十分迫切.本文针对中国、美国和欧洲建筑结构荷载规范,从承载力极限状态和正常使用状态两个方面,对荷载组合的设计表达式与分项系数取值进行了系统研究.结合实际工程算例详细分析了中美欧荷载组合计算方法的异同,研究表明:中美规范计算结果接近,欧洲规范计算结果偏于保守,产生差异的主要原因在于不同规范的分项系数取值不同,部分规范引入调整系数以增大或减小某项荷载组合值.

聚4-乙烯吡啶基碱性膜的制备及性能分析

采用自由基聚合制备聚4-乙烯吡啶(P4VP)。引入溴乙醇(BE)对制备的P4VP进行季铵化处理,合成一系列不同季铵化取代度的季铵化聚4-乙烯吡啶(QPVPE),最后,引入戊二醛(GA)与QPVPE进行交联,制备得到适合燃料电池使用的交联型聚4-乙烯吡啶基碱性膜。实验过程中,借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外光谱(UV)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA,DTG)及力学性能测试等分析手段,对得到的导电膜结构及其理化性能进行分析,并对其导电性能进行性能测试。结果表明,QPVPE77.6%-GA16.87%膜综合性能最佳,该膜的电导率为10.48 mS/cm、含水率(WU)86.4%、溶胀率(SR)66.8%、拉伸强度为23.97 MPa。在25℃条件下,于1 mol/L的KOH溶液中浸泡192 h后,电导率损失为19%。因此,该膜具有较好的耐碱性能。     

Synthesis and photoluminescent properties of high-efficient color-tunable Ba3Y2B6O15: Ce3+, Tb3+ phosphors

High-efficient Ce³⁺/Tb³⁺ co-doped Ba₃Y₂B₆O₁₅ phosphors with multi color-emitting were firstly prepared, and their structural and luminescent properties were studied by XRD Rietveld refinement, emission/excitation spectra, fluorescence lifetimes as well as temperature-variable emission spectra. Upon 365?nm excitation, the characteristic blue Ce³⁺ band along with green Tb³⁺ peaks were simultaneously found in the emission spectra. Moreover, by increasing concentration of Tb³⁺, a blue-to-green tunable emitting color could be realized by effective Ce³⁺→Tb³⁺ energy transfer. Furthermore, all Ba₃Y₂B₆O₁₅: Ce³⁺, Tb³⁺ phosphors exhibit high internal quantum efficiency of ~?90%, while the temperature-variable emission spectra reveal that the phosphors possess impressive color stability as well as good thermal stability (T₅₀ =?~?120?°C). The results indicate that these efficient color-tuning Ba₃Y₂B₆O₁₅: Ce³⁺, Tb³⁺ might be candidate as converted phosphor for UV-excited light-emitting diodes.
