风沙灾害带来的输电线路故障中线路绝缘子风偏、连接金具磨损等问题尤为突出.笔者从复合绝缘子伞裙和金具两方面展开抗风性能本质提升方法研究.首先在复合绝缘子伞裙部分研究引入新型高聚物环氧材料,开展了材料选型和改性研究,具备优异电气绝缘性能、耐老化性能和较高的机械性能,有效解决大风沙尘对复合绝缘子伞裙的损伤难题.然后对于绝缘子金具,采用添加抗磨损涂层的方式提升机械性能.通过溶胶-涂覆法在抛光后的金具表面制备保护型涂层,以Al2O3为主要涂层,ZrO2为改善层,制备了同层数的复合涂层,研究了ZrO2对金具表面Al2O3涂层微结构的影响,在金具表面形成致密且平整的涂层.研究结果表明,通过对绝缘子伞裙和金具的整体设计与材料研究,有效提升了复合绝缘子抗风抗磨损性能. 相似文献

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a common chronic medical problem worldwide; one of its complications is painful peripheral neuropathy, which can substantially erode quality of life and increase the cost of management. Despite its clinical importance, the pathogenesis of painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN) is complex and incompletely understood. Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSCs) link many physiological processes to electrical activity by controlling action potentials in all types of excitable cells. Two isoforms of VGSCs, NaV1.3 and NaV1.7, which are encoded by the sodium voltage-gated channel alpha subunit 3 and 9 (Scn3A and Scn9A) genes, respectively, have been identified in both peripheral nociceptive neurons of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and pancreatic islet cells. Recent advances in our understanding of tetrodotoxin-sensitive (TTX-S) sodium channels NaV1.3 and NaV1.7 lead to the rational doubt about the cause–effect relation between diabetes and painful neuropathy. In this review, we summarize the roles of NaV1.3 and NaV1.7 in islet cells and DRG neurons, discuss the link between DM and painful neuropathy, and present a model, which may provide a starting point for further studies aimed at identifying the mechanisms underlying diabetes and painful neuropathy. 相似文献

Artists usually carefully select different colors in artistic work so as to convey special visual and emotional feelings. Color theme extraction techniques can help users to acquire the color styles in an image. However, current color theme extraction methods ignore the emotional factors, and they can only provide a single theme result for an image as well, neither of which meet people's favor on different colors under different mood states. This article introduces the conception of emotional color theme, introduces the color emotion theory into color theme extraction, and proposes a novel emotion color theme extraction framework. To achieve these goals, we perform the theme extraction with emotion value of each pixel instead of color value. The emotional discrepancy is proposed between the colors in the theme to evaluate a color theme quality and prove it with color theme dataset. Then a data driven approach is adopted to optimize the color theme. Different from previous optimizing strategies, we built the emotional relation between the target theme and the candidate theme. 森林群落的动态变化在各个阶段表现为优势种群数量增长和消亡及竞争强弱的变化,径级结构和格局分析能有效地描述这种变化的趋势.本文研究庞泉沟自然保护区山地杨桦林这种变化特征,结果表明群落变化过程中,一定尺度范围内的山杨、白桦、青杆在小尺度上均为集群分布,在大尺度上趋于随机分布.山杨和青杆呈明显正相关关系,占据相似的生境,青杆在竞争中占有优势,在演替过程中将取代山杨.白桦和红桦在群落变化过程中较为稳定,在演替中可能将长期存在,与青杆形成针-阔叶混交林. 相似文献

Objective:The aim of our study was to evaluate the efficacy and incidence of complications of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) as palliative treatment of obstructive jaundice caused by metastatic gastric cancer.Methods:Hospital records were reviewed for 32 consecutive patients with biliary obstruction caused by metastatic gastric cancer who underwent PTBD at our institution between October 2004 and April 2010.Patients (23 males and 9 females) age ranged from 35 to 72 years.The indexes of hepatic function before PTBD and within one month after PTBD were compared.The incidence of complications and corresponding treatments were also documented.Results:The level of obstruction was defined as the distal bile duct (beyond the level of the liver hilum) in 22 patients (group 1) and the liver hilum in 10 patients (group 2).Successful decompression of the biliary system after PTBD was defined by a total bilirubin decrease of more than 30% of the baseline value.Success rates were 100% (22/22) for group 1,70% (7/10) for group 2,and 90.6% (29/32) for all patients.Differences in success rates between group 1 and group 2 were significant (P = 0.024).Serum TBIL,ALT,and AST significantly decreased from (292.8 ± 179.9) μmol/L,(174.5 ± 107.4) IU/L,(159.9 ± 103.9) IU/L before PTBD to (111.5 ± 92.5) μmol/L,(58.5 ± 46.3) IU/L,(59.6 ± 48.9) IU/L,respectively within one month after PTBD (P < 0.05).Complications associated with PTBD included cholangitis in 13 patients (40.5%),drainage tube displacement in 6 patients (18.8%),hemobilia in 4 patients (12.5%),tube occlusion in 2 patients (6.3%),and pancreatitis in 1 patient (3.1%).All complications were successfully treated with appropriate measures.Conclusion:Hepatic function can be improved by PTBD without serious complications in patients with obstructive jaundice caused by metastatic gastric cancer. 相似文献

Fouling of ultrafiltration (UF) membranes in oil/water separation is a long‐standing issue and a major economic barrier to their use in a broad range of applications. Currently reported membranes typically show severe fouling, resulting from the strong oil adhesion on the membrane surface and/or oil penetration inside the membranes. This greatly degrades their performance and shortens service lifetime. Here, the use of graphene oxide (GO) as a novel coating material for the fabrication of fully recoverable, UF membranes with desired hierarchical surface roughness is accomplished by a facile vacuum filtration method for antifouling oil/water separation. The combination of ultrathin, “water‐locking” GO coatings with the optimized hierarchical surface roughness, provided by the inherent roughness of the porous supports and the corrugation of the GO coatings, minimizes underwater oil adhesion on the membrane surface. Cyclic membrane performance evaluation tests revealed approximately 100% membrane recovery by facile surface water flushing, establishing their excellent easy‐to‐recover capability. The novel GO functional coatings with optimized hierarchical structures may have broad applications in oil‐polluted environments. 相似文献
