A high-power and high-repetition-rate passively Q -switched ytterbium-doped single-mode double-clad fiber laser was built using a Cr4+:YAG saturable absorber (SA). Two different SAs with initial transmissions of Tomicron = 30% and Tomicron = 50% were studied. At the maximum coupled pump power of 9.8 W, an output power of 4.7 W, pulse duration of 143 ns, pulse repetition rate of 253 KHz, pulse energy of 18.5 muJ, and slope efficiency of 49% were obtained with the Tomicron = 30% SA.  相似文献

Photoinduced cross-links between the iodinated Lys26-p-azidobenzoyl derivative of neurotoxin II from Naja naja oxiana cobra venom and nicotinic acetylcholine receptor from Torpedo californica (AChR) have been studied in the presence of alpha-conotoxin GI from the marine snail C. geographus. Preincubation of the AChR-enriched membranes with increasing concentrations of alpha-conotoxin GI protects first the gamma subunit from photolabelling and then the delta subunit, the IC50 values being 0.76 and 5.01 microM, respectively. The results obtained, in view of the relevant data in literature, demonstrate that the (alpha + gamma) site, which is the high affinity site for d-tubocurarine, has also a higher affinity for an alpha-conotoxin than the (alpha + delta) containing site. The latter has a somewhat higher affinity than the (alpha + gamma) site towards some naturally occurring snake venom alpha-neurotoxins or their derivatives.  相似文献

The massvelocity profiles in 2,4dinitro2,4diazapentane samples of different densities were registered by a laser interferometer and the electromagnetic technique. The reaction time was shown to reach 300 nsec and weakly depend on density, while the pressure in the chemical spike can be twice as high as that at the Chapman–Jouguet point. We performed experiments on shock compression up to pressures of 36 and 50 GPa of mixed samples of silicon nitride and potassium bromide, placed between copper plates that serve as walls of a recovery ampoule. For comparison, similar experiments were carried out by the conventional compression of a mixture of silicon nitride and copper powder. The loading of the samples was fulfilled by means of aluminum flyers accelerated by products of explosion to a few kilometers per second. The pressure profiles prior to a shock wave entering the sample and after its runout were measured with the use of manganin sensors. It is found that for the configurations of the experimental assembly used, the pressure in the samples, accumulated by circulating the shock wave, reaches the desired value before unloading. Based on estimates of the rate of heat transfer between the components, it is shown that thermal equilibrium can be set during the existence of high pressure in the mixed samples. Within the framework of the single-temperature medium model, the equations of state of the samples are derived, and the temperatures of their shock compression are calculated. Using these equations, we performed numerical simulations that showed good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

We propose a new class of models for software reliability based on known models employing non-homogeneous Poisson processes, e.g., Musa-Okomoto and Goel-Okomoto models. We show that the general idea of model design is in a combined application of imprecise Bayesian inference and the maximum likelihood approach. We show examples where proposed models show better reliability prediction quality compared to the known ones.  相似文献

We consider the problem of stabilizing linear stationary parametrically uncertain systems with a guaranteed stability margin. The methodology of our approach is based on the synthesis of superstable closed systems, done with the procedures derived from the block control principle and their modifications, the procedures consisting of sequential establishment of local connections in elementary blocks that provide for the superstability of each block and the closed system as a whole in the new coordinate basis. The fact that the notion of superstability is formulated in terms of the elements of the system matrix based on inequalities lets us provide for robust stability for all admissible values of indefinite parameters in such systems. The robust control algorithms that we have developed are applicable to a practically significant class of linear systems which, given that parameters change in known ranges, preserve structural controllability properties defined by the nominal system.  相似文献

This paper presents a physicochemical study of poorly explored compounds in the zirconia-germania system. Reactions between these oxides were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. The morphology of the reaction products was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The reaction products of ZrO2 and GeO2 powders were characterized by quantitative phase analysis. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy data indicate the formation of the germanates Zr3GeO8 and ZrGeO4. These compounds are shown to be substitutional solid solutions, and their homogeneity ranges are determined. GeO2 dissolution in ZrO2 stabilizes its tetragonal structure.  相似文献
