Age assessment and control of the reliability of the coolant flow-rate measurement system of the RBMK-1500 reactor at the Ignalina nuclear power plant are examined. A statistical analysis is made of the data obtained from measurements of the techanical characteristics of SHADR-32M flow meters. A mathematical model of the aging of flow meters and reliability estimates is constructed. A strategy is developed for replacing SHADR; this strategy makes it possible to support the required relaibility of the entire coolant flow-rate measurement system.  相似文献

A probability-based approach is presented as the integration of probabilistic methods and deterministic modelling based on the finite element method. An existing finite element software package was linked to an existing probabilistic package to analyse the complex mechanics that occur during the transient non-linear analysis of impact problems. This methodology is applied to a pipe whip analysis of a group-distribution-header, which results from a guillotine break, and subsequent impact with the adjacent building wall; this is a postulated accident for the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant RBMK-1500 reactors. The uncertainties of material properties, component geometry data and loads were taken into consideration. The probabilities of failure of the impacted header and of the header support-wall were estimated given uncertainties in material properties, geometrical parameters and loading. The software ProFES was used for the probabilistic analysis and the finite element software NEPTUNE for deterministic structural integrity evaluation. The Monte Carlo Simulation, First Order Reliability method and Response Surface method were used in the probabilistic analysis.  相似文献

Local heat transfer and skin friction around the tube perimeter of coils were studied in airflow. The heat transfer experiments were performed with two different coils D/d = 23 and 15.6, and skin friction experiments were performed with three different coils D/d = 25, 13.3 and 6.67 In the wide range of Re number from 4×103 till 105 . Variation of the local heat transfer around the perimeter and along the tube was defined. The behavior of the shear stresses at the wall and of the flow modes were studied. Investigations of the heat transfer indicated that with the increase of D/d the difference between heat transfer in the initial thermal section and the stabilized heat transfer increases. Investigations of the shear stress and its fluctuations indicated that, in large-curvature coils, the transition from laminar-vortex flow to turbulent flow around the tube perimeter takes place at different values of Re. Gas transmission pipeline network is of great importance to any country using natural gases in its various technological processes. However, the usefulness cannot overshadow the threat posed to people and property by the grid failures. In order to quantify the reliability of the grid, se veral widely recognized pipeline incident databases have been established. However, each database contains data about pipelines operated in remote geographical regions with varying soil types, under different incident registration criterion. For a longer time period even in single database, there is variation of these incident registration criteria. Therefore, analysis of an entire sample without regard to the incident criteria change raises suspicions about the validity of resulting inferences. Authors move beyond the qualitative pipeline incident database comparison and provide a methodology for quantitative integration of all available statistical information to improve gas pipeline network reliability evaluation. We develop a new model called Criteria‐dependent Poisson model, which takes into account various incident data collection criteria and extend it to the hierarchical (Bayesian) case when different databases with differing incident registration criteria can be joined in the same analysis. With the real data examples, we demonstrate the applicability of our method, which unfolds itself to be of great usefulness in reliability prediction. The Lithuanian pipeline network failure rate assessment shows the advantages of hierarchical structuring of Criteria‐dependent Poisson model in small sample problems. Synthesis and properties of the well-defined 3,6-dibromocarbazolyl-containing molecular glasses are reported. They were prepared by the nucleophilic opening of the oxirane ring of 1,3-di(3,6-dibromocarbazol-9-yl)-2-propanol glycidyl ether with aniline, 4-fluoro-, 4-bromoanilines, 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole or glycidyl ether of 1,3-di(carbazol-9-yl)-2-propanol with 4,4′-thiobisbenzenethiol and 1,9-nonanedithiol followed by bromination. The obtained materials were examined by various techniques including differential scanning calorimetry, NMR, MS, UV, PL spectrometry. The electrophotographic parameters of the molecular glasses doped with difluoroboron-1,3-bis(4-metoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanedionate have been studied. The electrochemical properties and ionization potentials, measured by electron photoemission method in air, were investigated.  相似文献
