In this study, highly efficient ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors based on a solution-processed system are introduced. Nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanoparticles are embedded in poly(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-yleneethynylene) (PFE):N,N′-bis-n-butyl-1,4,5,8-naphthalenediimide (BNDI) (3:1 wt.%) blends. An UV- active layer of [(PFE:BNDI)(3:1):ammonium hydroxide-TiO2] [9:1 wt.%] gave a photoresponsivity value of 545 ± 6.92 mA/W at ?4 V under 1 mW/cm2 UV light at 365 nm, and this value was increased to 597 ± 9.22 mA/W on annealing the active layer at 60°C. The efficiencies obtained are strongly dependent on the nitrogen source nature, their donor–acceptor relationship, and the morphological interaction with the PFE:BNDI blend.  相似文献

This article aims at telling the story of restoration and exhibition of the Section of Arms and Armours (the Outer Treasury) in Topkap? Palace Museum. During this process, not only was the structure experiencing restoration and consolidation, but also was the first archeological excavation being realized in a closed space in the Topkap? Palace complex, with the discovery of Byzantine reminiscences underground becoming a significant part of the new exhibiton.After being restored between 2008 and 2010, the Outer Treasury was transformed into a new exhibition project, aiming at the integration of contemporary strategies of exhibition design and technology. Its purpose was not simply to highlight the glory of the Ottoman history, but to engage visitors in a complete sensory experience by making full use of the esthetics of the work of art on display of the Ottoman legacy. Topkap? Palace's architecture, archeology and selected collection of arms and armours are being exhibited by means of contemporary media instruments, such as film, music, graphics and costume arts.  相似文献

Nitrogen‐doped TiO2 nanocrystalline particles are synthesized by a microwave‐assisted hydrothermal growth method using different amines (Dipropylamine, Diethanolamine and Ammonium hydroxide) as nitrogen sources. Characterization of the nanoparticles was performed with X‐ray diffraction, UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy and X‐ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The prepared N‐doped TiO2 nanoparticles exhibit pure anatase phase with average diameter of 9 nm and reduced optical energy gap compared to undoped TiO2. Immobilization of N‐doped and pure TiO2 nanoparticles on SnO2:F conductive glass substrates was successfully performed by using doctor‐blade technique and paste of the aforementioned nanoparticles. A series of N‐doped TiO2 photoelectrodes with varying N dopant source and concentrations were fabricated for quasi‐solid state dye‐sensitized solar cells. The N‐doped solar cells achieve an overall conversion efficiency ranging from 4.0 to 5.7% while undoped TiO2 showed 3.6%. The basic difference to the electrical performance of the cells is focused to the enhancement in the current density of N‐doped TiO2‐based cells which was from 11% to 58% compared with undoped TiO2 cells. Current densities were directly proportional with nitrogen doping level in TiO2 lattice which differs depending on the amine source nature such as basicity differences, hydrogen bonding abilities and steric inherences. This paper introduces the relations between covering and dicovering in the framework of rough sets. The natural counterpart of a covering in textures is given by a family of pairs of sets which is called a dicovering. This leads us to two dual concepts which are called star and co-star of a set, respectively. Here, we define dicovering approximation space and we discuss on covering and dicovering based rough sets. In this context, star corresponds to the upper approximation operator defined by Zakowski and co-star corresponds to the lower approximation operator studied by Pomykala, Yao, and Zhu and Wang.  相似文献

This paper presents a discussion on rough set theory from the textural point of view. A texturing is a family of subsets of a given universal set U satisfying certain conditions which are generally basic properties of the power set. The suitable morphisms between texture spaces are given by direlations defined as pairs (r,R) where r is a relation and R is a corelation. It is observed that the presections are natural generalizations for rough sets; more precisely, if (r,R) is a complemented direlation, then the inverse of the relation r (the corelation R) is actually a lower approximation operator (an upper approximation operator).  相似文献
