As a novel type of polynomial chaos expansion (PCE), the data-driven PCE (DD-PCE) approach has been developed to have a wide range of potential applications for uncertainty propagation. While the research on DD-PCE is still ongoing, its merits compared with the existing PCE approaches have yet to be understood and explored, and its limitations also need to be addressed. In this article, the Galerkin projection technique in conjunction with the moment-matching equations is employed in DD-PCE for higher-dimensional uncertainty propagation. The enhanced DD-PCE method is then compared with current PCE methods to fully investigate its relative merits through four numerical examples considering different cases of information for random inputs. It is found that the proposed method could improve the accuracy, or in some cases leads to comparable results, demonstrating its effectiveness and advantages. Its application in dealing with a Mars entry trajectory optimization problem further verifies its effectiveness. 相似文献

AbstractThe impacts of using radio frequency (RF) energy to dry purple-fleshed potatoes were investigated and compared to infrared radiation (IR) and microwave (MW) drying techniques. The gelatinization rate, color, flavor, morphological, and structural characteristics, thermodynamic properties, as well as antioxidant capacity were examined. The results indicated that the drying time of RF (70?min) and MW (21?min) were shorter than IR (105?min). The gelatinization ratio of MW, RF, and IR were 94.4?±?2.0, 88.3?±?1.4, and 64.5?±?1.1%, respectively. The degree of crystallization of purple-fleshed potato powder decreased with all three drying methods. RF-dried potatoes were able to retain higher polyphenols (loss rate: 4.3%), total anthocyanin (3.7%), and total flavonoid content (35.1%), whereas IR showed the lowest retention. The content of polyphenols also decreased significantly. Furthermore, after RF heating, the scavenging of free radicals was higher compared to MW and IR. 相似文献

型风电制动器紧急制动涉及摩擦、流体、热弹性、高能量密度摩擦副等多物理场耦合,为了进一步揭示其摩擦功传热原理,基于传热性能分析理论,推导风电高速轴制动器热-机耦合三维有限元数学模型,利用有限元分析软件Abaqua瞬态完全热力耦合法,研究风电高速轴刹车盘热应力特性。结果表明,风电制动器对偶件由于接触不均匀,导致温度在盘圆周方向推移的时效性及不对称性特征。解释了由于换热和热流输入的循环交替变化引起温度在半径方向上的温升及应力变化规律,并针对热应力集中区产生热裂纹萌生及扩展情形进行推理论证,对大型风电机高速轴刹车盘转速过高状态下的高热能摩擦作用机制研究具参考作用。 相似文献

Pyroelectrics are attracting increasing attention because they enable pyroelectric generators to extract energy from low-gradient-temperature heat for portable electronic devices. High pyroelectric coefficient around room temperature is essential for high-performance energy harvesters, which, unfortunately, is only commonly achieved in lead-based ferroelectrics. Herein we report a high room temperature pyroelectric response of 27.2 × 10?4 C m-2 K-1 in 0.94(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-0.06Ba(Ti0.75Zr0.25)O3 lead-free ceramics by modulating the Zr4+/Ti4+ ratio to tune the ferroelectric-relaxor antiferroelectric-like phase transition point to around ambient temperature, whose pyroelectric response is one order of magnitude higher than that of the sample without Zr and even comparable to those of lead-containing pyroelectrics. The theoretical analysis revealed that introduced Zr4+ could incorporate into the TiO6 octahedral lattices and break the long-range translational symmetry of BaTiO3 lattices, resulting in the reduction of B-site ion displacement activation energy and transition point of ferroelectric-relaxor antiferroelectric-like phase, giving rise to a pronounced room-temperature pyroelectric effect in BNT-BZT. 相似文献

【摘要】 目的 探讨下肢不同血管通道在上腔静脉阻塞患者中应用的优劣性,为上腔静脉阻塞化疗患者优选血管通路提供依据。方法 198例上腔静脉阻塞患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别接受经大腿中部股静脉置管、经腹股沟股静脉置管及下肢留置针置管,比较不同血管通道的应用效果及并发症发生率。结果 3组患者的一次性穿刺成功率(98.51%、98.48%、76.92%)、一次性置管成功率(98.51%、98.48%、76.92%)、疼痛评分(1.52±0.56、1.53±0.59、2.43±0.61)、出血量评分(2.48±0.64、2.59±0.55、3.65±0.54)、舒适度评分(4.06±0.60、1.39±0.58、1.38±0.58)、留置时间[(191.46±33.11) d、(96.62±32.46) d、(1.92±0.91) d]及操作时间[(30.28±3.45) min、(30.03±2.37) min、(3.29±0.46) min]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3组患者的导管堵塞(7.46%、7.58%、12.31%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者的导管破损(1.49%、7.58%、0%)、导管血栓(1.49%、12.12%、7.69%)、导管感染(1.49%、18.18%、6.15%)、静脉炎(0%、0%、92.31%)及药物外渗(0%、0%、9.23%)发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经大腿中部股静脉PICC置管患者临床置管效果好,并发症低,患者舒适度强,留置时间长,在上腔静脉阻塞化疗患者中可作为优选静脉通道。

An ultra-low specific on-resistance \((R_\mathrm{{on,sp}})\) trench SOI LDMOS with a floating vertical field plate structure (FVFPT SOI) is proposed in this paper. A floating vertical plate (FVFP) is introduced into the filled oxide trench of a conventional trench SOI LDMOS (CT SOI) to improve its electrical performance. We conduct related performance analysis to this device by simulation and investigate the effects of different parameters on its performance. The FVFP causes an assisted depletion effect especially for the trench surface regions. An ultra-low \(R_\mathrm{{on,sp}}\) is therefore obtained in the FVFP device due to higher drift region doping concentration \((N_\mathrm{{d}})\). A breakdown voltage (BV) of 188V and a \(R_\mathrm{{on,sp}}\) of \(0.9 \hbox { m}\Omega \, \hbox { cm}^{2}\) are realized on a 4.8-\({\upmu }\hbox {m}\)-long drift region, a 7.5-\({\upmu }\hbox {m}\)-thick top-silicon layer and a 0.5-\({\upmu }\hbox {m}\)-thick buried oxide (BOX) layer by our simulation. Eventually, the \(R_\mathrm{{on,sp}}\) for the FVFPT SOI can be reduced by more than 60%, while its BV is maintained the same class as the CT SOI, and the figure of merit (FOM) is enhanced by 155%.
