玉米生料发酵生产燃料乙醇工艺研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
对玉米生料发酵生产燃料酒精工艺进行了研究.通过正交试验得到生料发酵工艺最佳条件:酵母0.3%,糖化酶200 U/g,纤维素酶0.15%,料水比1:2.5,搅拌为140 r/min,发酵温度29℃.在此条件下,进行10L发酵罐试验,发酵时间120 h左右,最终淀粉利用率为93%左右.考虑到综合技术与经济效益,最终的最佳条件确定为:酵母0.2%,糖化酶250 U/g,纤维素酶0.1%,料水比1:2.5,搅拌为140 r/min,发酵温度29℃,发酵时间为85 h~95 h.  相似文献

Pre-processing approaches have been widely used in face recognition to enhance images. However, a notably limited amount of research has examined the use of post-processing methods. In this paper, we propose a novel post-processing framework to improve dimensionality reduction methods for robust face recognition. The proposed method does not work on the features directly; it decomposes each feature into different components using multidimensional ensemble empirical mode decomposition and later maximizes the dependency and the dispersion among classes using a Gaussian function. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated through experiments by applying several dimensionality reduction techniques on two public databases.  相似文献

A glass-forming domain is found and studied within Bi2O3–Sb2O3–TeO2 system. The glasses composition were obtained in pseudo-binary xSbO1.5, (1−x)TeO2 for 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.20. The constitution of glasses in the system Sb2O3–TeO2 was investigated by DSC, Raman, and Infrared spectroscopy. The influence of a gradual addition of the modifier oxides on the coordination geometry of tellurium atoms has been elucidated based Infrared and Raman studies and showed the transition of TeO4, TeO3+1, and TeO3 units with increasing Sb2O3 content. XRD results reveal the presence of three crystalline: γ-TeO2, α-TeO2, and SbTe3O8 phases during the crystallization process. The density of glasses has been measured. The investigation in the ternary system by the solid state reaction using XRD reveals the existence of a solid solution Bi1−x Sb1−x Te2x O4 isotopic to BiSbO4 with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1.  相似文献

Image registration is defined as an important process in image processing in order to align two or more images. A new image registration algorithm for translated and rotated pairs of 2D images is presented in order to achieve subpixel accuracy and spend a small fraction of computation time. To achieve the accurate rotation estimation, we propose a two-step method. The first step uses the Fourier Mellin Transform and phase correlation technique to get the large rotation, then the second one uses the Fourier Mellin Transform combined with an enhance Lucas–Kanade technique to estimate the accurate rotation. For the subpixel translation estimation, the proposed algorithm suggests an improved Hanning window as a preprocessing task to reduce the noise in images then achieves a subpixel registration in two steps. The first step uses the spatial domain approach which consists of locating the peak of the cross-correlation surface, while the second uses the frequency domain approach, based on low-frequency (aliasing-free part) of aliased images. Experimental results presented in this work show that the proposed algorithm reduces the computational complexities with a better accuracy compared to other subpixel registration algorithms.  相似文献

Motion estimation is a basic step that can be used to serve several processes in computer vision. This motion is currently approximated by the visual displacement field called optical flow. Currently, several methods are used to estimate it, but a good compromise between computational cost and accuracy is hard to achieve. This paper tackles the problem by proposing a new technique based on the FABEMD (fast and adaptive bidimensional empirical mode decomposition) with the aim of improving the well-known pyramidal algorithm of Lucas and Kanade (LK) which, in principle, utilizes two consecutive frames extracted from video sequence to determine a dense optical flow. The proposed algorithm uses the FABEMD method to decompose each of the two considered frames into several BIMFs (bidimensional intrinsic mode functions) that are matched in number and proprieties. Thus, to compute the optical flow, the LK algorithm is applied to each of the two matching BIMFs which belong to the same mode of the decomposition. Although the implementation does not use an iterative refinement, the results show that the proposed approach is less sensitive to noise and provides improved motion estimation with a reduction of computing time compared to iterative methods.  相似文献

采用过滤面积0.571 2 m2,孔径为60~70 nm的平板陶瓷膜,对东江原水进行过滤试验,研究在不同渗透通量、原水浊度、原水有机物浓度下陶瓷膜对浊度和有机物的去除效果,以及陶瓷膜跨膜压差的变化。结果表明,渗透通量、原水浊度和有机物浓度的升高都会引起跨膜压差的升高,其中有机物浓度的影响大于浊度的影响;膜出水水质分析表明陶瓷膜出水浊度稳定在0.1 NTU以下,各项指标除氨氮外都满足新的国家饮用水水质标准;陶瓷膜过滤能将病原微生物有效去除,从而提高水体的微生物安全保障水平;陶瓷膜能显著去除水中分子量大于2 000 Da的有机物,但对小分子有机物和无机离子基本没有去除效果。膜清洗试验表明,使用单种化学清洗剂时NaOH的效果最好。  相似文献

Tellurite glasses containing strontium and bismuth oxides have been prepared at 800 °C and investigated by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and infrared. The crystalline phases of glasses in TeO2–SrO revealed γTeO2 phase which transforms into the stable αTeO2 phase up to 500 °C. Infrared study shows the transition of TeO4, TeO3+1 and TeO3 units with increasing SrO content. The value of refractive index and density of glasses have been measured. The investigation in the system by the solid-state reaction technique using XRD reveals a new phase Bi2Te6SrO16.  相似文献
