以积雪草酸为先导化合物,对其2位、3位、12位、23位和28位进行结构修饰,设计并合成12个积雪草酸类似物.采用MTT比色法,选用人胃腺癌细胞株SGC-7901,人非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549和人成纤维肉瘤细胞株HT-1080为靶细胞,进行积雪草酸类似物体外细胞毒活性药理评价.结果表明化合物4b、6b对于SGC-7901、A549、HT-1080的抑制率明显高于对照品,值得进一步研究. 相似文献

The semienclosed Suez Gulf records various signals of high anthropic pressures from surrounding regions and the industrialized Suez countries. The sedimentary hydrocarbons have been studied in six coastal stations located in the Gulf of Suez. Nonaromatic hydrocarbons were analyzed by GC/FID and GC/MS to assess organic content in surface sediments of Suez Gulf, Egypt, depending on alkane, terpane, and sterane biological marker indicators. The results showed that the hydrocarbons are originated from multiple terrestrial inputs, biogenic and pyrolytic. Several ratios hydrocarbons indicated the predominance of petrogenic in combination with biogenic hydrocarbons. 相似文献

Microbial-catalyzed biotransformations have considerable potential for the generation of an enormous variety of structurally diversified organic compounds, especially natural products with complex structures like triterpenoids. They offer efficient and economical ways to produce semi-synthetic analogues and novel lead molecules. Microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi could catalyze chemo-, regio- and stereospecific hydroxylations of diverse triterpenoid substrates that are extremely difficult to produce by chemical routes. During recent years, considerable research has been performed on the microbial transformation of bioactive triterpenoids, in order to obtain biologically active molecules with diverse structures features. This article reviews the microbial modifications of tetranortriterpenoids, tetracyclic triterpenoids and pentacyclic triterpenoids. 相似文献

The triterpenoids isolated from the leaves ofMomordica charantia Linn (bitter gourd) were found to elicit feeding-deterrent activity against red pumpkin beetles (Aulacophora foveicollis Lucas). The most abundant triterpenoid which deterred feeding was identified as momordicine II, 23-O--glucopyranoside of 3,7,23-trihydroxycucurbita-5,24-dien-19-al. A concentration of 3200g/ml and above of the triterpenoids caused significant reduction of feeding by red pumpkin beetles in in vitro bioassay experiments, which compared favorably with the levels of triterpenoids inM. charantia leaves found in nature. 相似文献

为探索桦褐孔菌菌丝体与子实体在药用价值上是否存在差别,采用有机溶剂冷浸、超声回流法提取桦褐孔菌菌丝体及子实体的三萜化合物,通过薄层层析和红外光谱分析,确定两种来源的三萜化合物是相同或近似的同系物。四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT)和杯碟法测定两种来源三萜化合物对癌细胞和细菌的抑制作用,菌丝体三萜化合物对人胃癌细胞株MGC-803的最高抑制率可达到38.27%。结果证实人工培养的桦褐孔菌菌丝体同样具有子实体的药用价值,为人工培养桦褐孔菌菌丝体提供了依据。 相似文献

在50 L发酵罐中采用4种补料培养方式对灵芝菌丝体液态深层发酵合成灵芝三萜进行比较。结果表明,通过补料可以明显地促进灵芝菌丝体的生长和灵芝三萜的合成,同时,不同的补料方式对菌丝体生长和灵芝三萜合成有不同的影响。采用指数补料方式可获得较高的菌丝体干质量,并提高灵芝三萜含量,与传统的发酵方式相比,采用此补料策略取得了较好的效果。发酵终点灵芝菌丝体干质量达到17.68 g/L,灵芝三萜含量达到4.58 g/100 g干菌丝体,分别比分批发酵提高了65.70%和100.88%。 相似文献
