The rate of penetration (ROP) model is of great importance in achieving a high efficiency in the complex geological drilling process. In this paper, a novel two-level intelligent modeling method is proposed for the ROP considering the drilling characteristics of data incompleteness, couplings, and strong nonlinearities. Firstly, a piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation method is introduced to complete the lost drilling data. Then, a formation drillability (FD) fusion submodel is established by using Nadaboost extreme learning machine (Nadaboost-ELM) algorithm, and the mutual information method is used to obtain the parameters, strongly correlated with the ROP. Finally, a ROP submodel is established by a neural network with radial basis function optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization (RBFNN-IPSO). This two-level ROP model is applied to a real drilling process and the proposed method shows the best performance in ROP prediction as compared with conventional methods. The proposed ROP model provides the basis for intelligent optimization and control in the complex geological drilling process.  相似文献

The Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) low-permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared through solid-state reaction at 1350–1450 °C for 5 h. The relations between microwave dielectric properties and phase compositions for non-stoichiometric Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) ceramics have been investigated. A single CaSnSiO5 phase with abnormally positive temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf = + 62.5 ppm/°C) was synthesised at 1450 °C. This composition was an effective τf compensator of CaSiO3 and Ca3SnSi2O9 phases with typically negative τf value. The CaSiO3 second phase was related to the Sn deficiency in the CaSn(1-x)SiO(5-2x) (0 < x < 1.0) composition, whereas the Ca3SnSi2O9 second phase was obtained by controlling the Ca:Sn:Si ratios on the basis of the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (0 < y < 1.0) composition. A promising low-permittivity millimetre-wave ceramic with most excellent microwave dielectric properties (εr = 10.2, Q×f = 81,000 GHz and τf = −4.8 ppm/°C) was produced from the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (y = 0.4) ceramic.  相似文献

Multicellular tumor spheroid models (MCTS) are often coined as 3D in vitro models that can mimic the microenvironment of tissues. MCTS have gained increasing interest in the nano‐biotechnology field as they can provide easily accessible information on the performance of nanoparticles without using animal models. Considering that many countries have put restrictions on animals testing, which will only tighten in the future as seen by the recent developments in the Netherlands, 3D models will become an even more valuable tool. Here, an overview on MCTS is provided, focusing on their use in cancer research as most nanoparticles are tested in MCTS for treatment of primary tumors. Thereafter, various types of nanoparticles—from self‐assembled block copolymers to inorganic nanoparticles, are discussed. A range of physicochemical parameters including the size, shape, surface chemistry, ligands attachment, stability, and stiffness are found to influence nanoparticles in MCTS. Some of these studies are complemented by animal studies confirming that lessons from MCTS can in part predict the behaviour in vivo. In summary, MCTS are suitable models to gain additional information on nanoparticles. While not being able to replace in vivo studies, they can bridge the gap between traditional 2D in vitro studies and in vivo models.  相似文献

基于随钻扩眼技术优势的分析,研究了机械式、液压式和偏心式随钻扩眼工具执行机构和扩眼总成的机构原理,并介绍了国内所开展的相关研究。文章提出应加强现有工具的适应性和匹配性研究,发掘各类工具的优势。优化执行机构、扩眼总成和水力机构、重视底部钻具组合力学特性的分析是今后发展和完善随钻扩眼工具及技术的几个重要内容。实践表明,随钻扩眼技术在处理井下复杂情况、降低钻井综合成本、提高钻井速度、提高建井质量和安全性等方面具有显著的优势,随钻扩眼工具也正逐渐成为一种重要的石油钻井配套工具。  相似文献

选用工程中常用的几种纤维,结合工程应用要求,试验分析了纤维的吸湿性、耐热性,并通过网篮析漏试验、动态剪切试验和沉锥试验,讨论了纤维对沥青的稳定和吸附作用,以及纤维对沥青混合料“加筋”效果和作用机理。研究表明有的纤维“吸附、稳定”性能好,而有的纤维“加筋、桥接”效果好,在应用纤维时,应根据纤维的主要特点以及沥青混合料的使用要求来选用。  相似文献

The effects of the cuticle and epicuticular waxes of grapefruit, strawberry and apple on the photodegradation and penetration of chlorpyrifos-methyl were studied. Photodegradation experiments were conducted by exposing the insecticide to the light of a xenon lamp in the presence of a film of wax extracted from the fruit surface. The half-life of chlorpyrifos-methyl irradiated in absence of waxes was 9.6 min. The half-lives of pesticide irradiated in the presence of wax extracts of apple, grapefruit and strawberry were 83, 34 and 26 min, respectively. In penetration studies, fruit with and without wax layers were treated with an aqueous suspension of pesticide. The penetration of the pesticide from the cuticle to the pulp was measured after 24 h. Samples without wax contained a higher total amount of insecticide than those with wax. No pesticide was detected in samples of apple and grapefruit pulp. Residues were detected in all fractions of strawberry. The waxes and cuticle appear to have some effect on the photodegradation and penetration of chlorpyrifos-methyl in fruit samples.  相似文献

为了寻找低成本、低腐蚀、低污染高速电镀锡、锡铜合金工艺 ,在含光亮剂、柔软剂DL0 1、0 2、0 3的硫酸槽中在不同的电流密度、不同的搅拌速度下 ,在Φ0 .5mm的铜线上电镀Sn和Sn Cu合金镀层。DL0 1、0 2的主要成分是无芳香族的希夫碱 ,DL0 3的主要成分是醇醛缩合物。结果表明 ,在含有DL0 1、0 2、0 3和 35g/LSnSO4 ,137g/LH2 SO4 的镀液中 ,在Jc=10~ 90A/dm2 ,v=16 0~ 314m/min时 ,所得镀层致密、柔软、光亮。在含CuSO4 ·5H2 O 0 .5 ,3.5g/L的硫酸镀槽中 ,在Jc=9,18A/dm2 ,v=16 0m/min时获得了致密、柔软、光亮的Sn (0 .3%~ 0 .6 % )Cu合金镀层。  相似文献
