为了探讨荷花山铅锌矿控矿因素上与铜陵地区其它矿床异同,运用宏、微观相结合,地质观察研究同位素地球化学以及流体包裹体分析相结合的方法,通过地层岩性、地质构造、特定地质体及成矿流体的来源和性质等几个方面与成矿关系的比较,揭示了这种新类型矿床的控矿因素的特点是与岩浆关系不密切的低温热液、角砾岩控矿。得出了这种新类型矿床既具有铜陵地区其它矿床的控矿因素,同时也具有自己独特的控矿因素的结论。 相似文献

3D laser ultramicroscopy (3D LUM) is intended specially for determining the concentration and size distribution of submicron inclusions in the bulk samples of high-purity materials for visible and IR fiber optics. In this work the 3D LUM technique is shown to be able to identify the nature of individual inclusions detected. The measurement of the light scattered by an inclusion at a varied probe beam wavelength and polarization and at a varied scattered light collection angle makes it possible to determine the inclusion refractive index. The 3D LUM possibilities are illustrated by the example of studying the inclusion nature in the As2S3 glass samples prepared by the direct synthesis from elements in a quartz container at elevated temperatures. 相似文献

The objective of this note is to propose a method for stabilization of structurally fixed modes in expansions of LTI dynamic systems in the scope of overlapping decentralized control design based on the expansion/contraction framework, enabling successful design for a broader class of problems than considered so far. Some approximate solutions for predicting the stress intensity factor of a short crack penetrating an inclusion of arbitrary
shape have been developed under mode I and mode II loading conditions. The derivation of the fundamental formula is based
on the transformation toughening theory. The transformation strains in the inclusion are induced by the crack-tip field and
remotely applied stresses, and approximately evaluated by the Eshelby equivalent inclusion theory. As validated by detailed
finite element (FE) analyses, the developed solutions have good accuracy for different inclusion shape and for a wide range

The work focuses on the synthesis of a red ceramic pigment by inclusion of hematite in a fumed silica matrix with different specific surface areas. Iron(II) sulfate was used as hematite precursor. Al2O3–CaO-(MgO–SiO2) inclusions are one of the dominant inclusions in Al-deoxidized spring steel, the compositions changes of which are closely related to refining slags and deoxidization process. The Al2O3–CaO–SiO2–MgO system can represent the primary ingredients of the Al2O3–CaO inclusions. According to analyzed compositions and predicted liquidus temperature ranges of inclusions and refining slag, equilibra experiments under high temperature, water quenching technique and subsquent electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPMA) has been conducted to ascertain detailed thermodynamic database for inclusions control. Liquidus temperatures within the dominant phase fields of Ca3SiO5, Ca2SiO4, CaAl2O4, Ca3Al4O9, spinel and MgO with the intervals of 20 °C from 1350 to 1560°C were identified. To further promote inclusions control, the influences of mass ratios of Mass(Al2O3)Mass(Al2O3+SiO2+CaO) and MgO contents on equilibrated phases and liquidus temperature changes have been explored. To further enhance modification levels of Al2O3–CaO-(MgO–SiO2) system inclusions, it is suggested that refining time could be suitably prolonged. 相似文献

对本钢超低硫X65管线钢中夹杂物的研究结果表明,LF精炼初期,钢中夹杂物主要是球形、多边形和大量簇状的Al2O3夹杂物,99.1%的夹杂物尺寸小于20μm。微合金化后,部分Al2O3夹杂物中出现TiO、SiO2、MnS等成分。钙处理后,夹杂物的平均直径达到8.58μm,大量夹杂物为含有微量MgO、SiO2或MnS等的2~50μm的球形mCaO.nAl2O3,部分为Al2O3、MnS、CaS或CaS-MnS。铸坯中夹杂物数量最少且尺寸最小,96.9%的夹杂物尺寸小于10μm,未发现大于50μm的夹杂物,平均直径为3.71μm。铸坯中大部分为球形的以mCaO.nAl2O3为主要成分的复合夹杂物,还有少量的Al2O3、MnS和CaS夹杂物等。 相似文献
