Reusable Polyacrylonitrile-Sulfur Extractor of Heavy Metal Ions from Wastewater

Mercury, lead, and cadmium are among the most toxic and carcinogenic heavy metal ions (HMIs), posing serious threats to the sustainability of aquatic ecosystems and public health. There is an urgent need to remove these ions from water by a cheap but green process. Traditional methods have insufficient removal efficiency and reusability. Structurally robust, large surface-area adsorbents functionalized with high-selectivity affinity to HMIs are attractive filter materials. Here, an adsorbent prepared by vulcanization of polyacrylonitrile (PAN), a nitrogen-rich polymer, is reported, giving rise to PAN-S nanoparticles with cyclic π-conjugated backbone and electronic conductivity. PAN-S can be coated on ultra-robust melamine (ML) foam by simple dipping and drying. In agreement with hard/soft acid/base theory, N- and S-containing soft Lewis bases have strong binding to Hg²⁺, Pb²⁺, Cu²⁺, and Cd²⁺, with extraordinary capture efficiency and performance stability. Furthermore, the used filters, when collected and electrochemically biased in a recycling bath, can release the HMIs into the bath and electrodeposit on the counter-electrode as metallic Hg⁰, Pb⁰, Cu⁰, and Cd⁰, and the PAN-S@ML filter can then be reused at least 6 times as new. The electronically conductive PAN-S@ML filter can be fabricated cheaply and holds promise for scale-up applications.

本项目主要研究和实现了工业废白土在BAYAH燃煤自备电厂中的再利用,实现变废为宝,减少了环境污染,同时为企业创造了一定的经济效益。针对废白土的特性,对燃料输送系统给煤机、皮带机、煤仓、下料溜子和排渣系统进行了改造。通过修改操作规程消除废白土对锅炉运行的影响。     

Distributed ledger technology in supply chains: a transaction cost perspective

With the emergence of distributed ledger technology (DLT), numerous practitioners and researchers have proclaimed its beneficial impact on supply chain transactions in the future. However, the vast majority of DLT initiatives are discontinued after a short period. With the full potential of DLT laying far down the road, especially managers in supply chain management (SCM) seek for short-term cost-saving effects of DLT in order to achieve long-term benefits of DLT in the future. However, the extant research has bypassed grounding long-term as well as short-term effects of DLT on supply chain transaction with empirical data. We address this shortcoming, following an abductive research approach and combining empirical data from a multiple case study design with the corresponding literature. Our study reveals that the effects of DLT on supply chain transactions are two-sided. We found six effects of DLT solutions that have a cost-reducing or cost avoidance impact on supply chain transactions. In addition, we found two effects that change the power distribution between buyers and suppliers in transactions and a single effect that reduces the dependency of supply chain transactions on third parties. While cost-reducing and avoidance as well as dependency-reducing effects are positive effects, the change in power distribution might come with disadvantages. With these findings, the paper provides the first empirical evidence of the impact of DLT on supply chain transactions, which will enable managers to improve their assessment of DLT usage in supply chains.     

Design and synthesis of foam glasses from recycled materials

Recycling has emerged as an environmental key point due to the diminishing of natural resources and the generation of ever-increasing amounts of industrial solid wastes. Glass wastes are among the materials that attract great interest in the recycling concept. This work presents the results of foams production from four series of compositions. The first series comprises powders of a sodium-calcium-silicate sheet glass cullet as the main component, an alkali-earth aluminosilicate glass as an additive, and a reagent grade silicon carbide (SiC) powder as gassing agent. In the second series, the glass cullet was used in combination with fly ashes (FLA) as main components, while SiC waste from abrasive paper served as foaming agent. In the third and fourth series, carbonates (calcite and dolomite) were used for foaming powder mixtures composed of sheet glass cullet and FLA, and powdered cathode ray tube panel glasses, respectively. All the processing parameters, including the main components, the nature and content of foaming agents are shown to play a crucial role on the foaming ability and final properties of the glass foams.     

基于ANP-SWOT的上海公路废弃物资源化发展对策研究

随着公路系统的新陈代谢，大量废弃物给城市的资源与环境协调发展带来了巨大压力，以沥青路面再生技术为路径的公路废弃物资源化符合循环经济的理念，是我国公路建设迈向生态文明的必然选择。通过 ANP-SWOT 对上海公路废弃物资源化发展战略进行实证分析，发现当前形势下其优势和机遇较为明显，确定以 SO 策略为核心的推广战略为最佳选择，并提出一系列配套发展策略，为推动上海公路废弃物资源化提供参考。     

带有蓄热型直接冷凝式加热板的空气源热泵系统性能研究

针对现有的空气源热泵冬季供热系统，提出了一种使用新型蓄热型直接冷凝式加热板（RHP）的空气源热泵供热系统，并测试了RHP的热性能和系统的运行特性，同时分析了系统的效率和经济性。实验结果表明，在39℃的冷凝温度下，RHP的热容量高达1044 W，RHP的蓄热量大于1000 kJ。在室外空气温度为8℃时，系统COP高达3.7。此外，对于20 m²的居住房间而言，该系统的供暖初始投资成本和总运行成本分别为3174.7 CNY和510.7 CNY，在居住建筑冬季供暖领域具有较大的竞争力。     

长江下游船舶溢油应急处理措施框架

介绍长江下游船舶溢油污染的现状,论述溢油污染对沿岸生态和环境的影响以及溢油防治研究的重要性。以长江南京段为例,分析影响江中及岸边事故溢油迁移转化规律的因素,提出船舶事故溢油应急处理措施的三个重要部分,即溢油模拟及污染区预测、溢油清除回收和溢油风险评价。针对三个部分提出了具体的研究内容,为国内各大中型江河不同河段的船舶溢油的研究提供参考。     

多功能杀菌剂的合成及其性能研究

在现有季铵盐类杀菌灭藻剂上增加一个脂键，连接一个有机酸基团，合成一种兼具阻垢缓蚀功能的新型工业水处理用杀菌灭藻剂(多功能杀菌剂)，经一系列评价实验表明：新型杀菌剂是较理想的杀菌剂，在较低浓度下，对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)及腐生菌(TGB)均有很好的杀灭效果，优于1227杀菌剂，同时还具有较好的缓蚀阻垢效果。
