电信运营商网络管理系统全新数据展现方案

从1997年中国电信开始97系统建设起，各个运营商相继建立了自己的运营支撑系统（OSS）。运营商的OSS系统一方面作为生产系统，满足日常运雏的工作需要；另一方面作为展现运维水平的窗口，需要在OSS的呈现部分提供更好的界面效果以吸引用户及大客户，为运营商带来更多的价值。微软下一代客户端展示技术——Windows展现架构（WPF）提供了强大的用户界面展现能力，可以为OSS系统提出的新数据展现需求提供良好的解决方案。

在移动互联网环境下,实现OSS服务能力开放是增强电信企业运营支撑能力、提升客户感知的重要手段。从OSS服务能力开放需求分析入手,提出面向移动互联网的OSS服务能力开放架构,并通过实际业务场景进行验证。     

开源社区中已有开发者的合作行为分析

理解开发者的合作行为是促进开源社区协作开发的关键一步。已有文献主要对社区成员的加入与迁移展开研究,而对社区中已有开发者之间的实际合作行为关注甚少。主要从开发者的交互关系与个人技能两个角度出发,探析社区已有开发者如何建立新合作以及哪些因素影响他们的合作。应用Sourceforge.net平台公开的数据进行实验,结果表明不同的开发者的偏好合作模式不同,拓扑距离上的优势(“朋友的朋友”关系)对开发者间首次合作的影响不大,开发者之前的合作次数越多越有利于他们 再次建立合作,而开发环境(操作系统)与开发者(管理)经验对合作也有明显的影响。所得结论有助于提高开源社区已有开发者的合作意识,促进社区的稳定与可持续性。     

新一代软交换运营支撑系统OSS/J解决方案探讨

目前国内软交换运营支撑系统已经难以满足运营要求，作为一个具有前瞻性的新一代软交换系统，必须具有先进性、开放性、高可靠性、可扩展性、可管理性和安全性等特点。采用OSS／J来实现新一代软交换运营支撑系统能很好地解决达成这些要求。本文对采用OSS／J来实现NGOSS作了具体的探讨，为国内电信运营商开发新一代OSS提供了一种解决方案。     

3G业务与3G支撑系统

通过分析3G网络特点，3G业务特点和3G网络管理需求，从建立支撑系统的统一接入平台、话音与数据的协调一致以及3G计费系统建设等3个方面提出了3G支撑系统的建设需求，希望对运营商更好地进行3G支撑系统建设起到比较好的指导作用。     

An empirical study on improving dissimilarity-based classifications using one-shot similarity measure

This paper reports an experimental result obtained by additionally using unlabeled data together with labeled ones to improve the classification accuracy of dissimilarity-based methods, namely, dissimilarity-based classifications (DBC) [25]. In DBC, classifiers among classes are not based on the feature measurements of individual objects, but on a suitable dissimilarity measure among the objects instead. In order to measure the dissimilarity distance between pairwise objects, an approach using the one-shot similarity (OSS) [30] measuring technique instead of the Euclidean distance is investigated in this paper. In DBC using OSS, the unlabeled set can be used to extend the set of prototypes as well as to compute the OSS distance. The experimental results, obtained with artificial and real-life benchmark datasets, demonstrate that designing the classifiers in the OSS dissimilarity matrices instead of expanding the set of prototypes can further improve the classification accuracy in comparison with the traditional Euclidean approach. Moreover, the results demonstrate that the proposed setting does not work with non-Euclidean data.     

Empirical study of open source software selection for adoption,based on software quality characteristics

Currently, open source software (OSS) products have started to become popular in the market as an alternative to traditional proprietary or closed source software. Governments and organizations are beginning to adopt OSS on a large scale and several governmental initiatives have encouraged the use of OSS in the private sector. One major issue for the government and private sector is the selection of appropriate OSS. This paper uses new internal quality characteristics for selecting OSS that can be added to the dimensions of DeLone and McLean information systems’ model. Through this study, the quality characteristics are organized in a two level hierarchy, which list characteristics and sub-characteristics that are interconnected with three main dimensions: system quality, information quality and service quality. These characteristic dimensions are tailored to the criteria having been built from literature study and standard for software quality and guidelines. This paper presents case study results of applying the proposed quality characteristic on eight different open source software that are divided between open source network tools and learning management systems.     

基于Hadoop的OSS域数据建模与采集方法研究

针对电信运营商在构建大数据中心中所面临的数据采集、建模问题,分析了OSS域的数据现状和特点,给出了一种基于层次分类梳理的建模方法论和数据模型管理思路,可实现对OSS域数据的统一采集、集中建模和数据共享,通过移动互联网端到端分析专题的应用案例进行验证,可对电信行业建设大数据中心提供借鉴.     

软交换OSS模型研究

论文首先研究了软交换的业务过程,建立软交换业务过程模型,并阐述了软交换OSS与软交换网元之间的关系。然后对NGOSS进行了研究,再综合考虑电信运营商的系统建设实际情况、系统的集成性、可扩展性等因素,并参考NGOSS和PacketCableOSS,提出了一个软交换OSS模型,可作为软交换OSS系统开发和部署的参考。     

基于SNMP协议的OSS网络管理系统的研究

本文首先探讨了OSS的发展以及SNMP协议的网络管理标准。通过对相关OSS软件的研究,进一步探讨了其程序的实现过程,分析了SNMP协议在实际网络管理中的具体应用。
