While feature tracking of sea ice using cross-correlation methods on pairs of satellite Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images has been extensively carried out in the Arctic, this is not the case in the Antarctic. This is due to the dynamic nature of Antarctic pack ice, its microwave signature, the tendency for SAR swath paths to be poorly aligned with the often narrow sea ice zone around the continent and inadequate satellite sampling. A semi-automated system, known as IPADS (IMCORR [IMageCORRelation] Processing, Analysis and Display System), has been developed to map fast ice and pack ice in Antarctica using multiple pairs of SAR images. The software processing pipeline uses overlapping image pairs which are geocoded and roughly registered using only data contained in the image headers. Next, fast ice maps are rapidly generated using zero motion features located within ocean regions. This also provides precise image registration. Finally, the same image pairs are re-examined for pack ice motion in a slower off-line batch process. The pack and fast ice are identified using a cluster-based search method which compares both location and motion information. Each image pair generates a NetCDF file which adds to a growing database of Antarctic sea ice motion and ice roughness. Five image-pair examples are presented to illustrate the methods used as well as their strengths and limitations. Substantial pack ice motion can often be detected in the marginal ice zone on SAR images only a few days apart.  相似文献

Abstract

Direct current field (DCF) assisted pack cementation processes are designed to overcome the problems of higher processing temperature and longer time in conventional pack cementations (CPCs). Anode and specimen as cathode are parallel with each other, and are embedded in powder agents, all of which are sealed in a stainless steel box. Effects of DCF on pack cementations, including boriding, nitrocarburising, aluminising, siliconising and chromising, have been investigated by applying DCF between the electrodes during soaking. The results indicate that DCF can greatly enhance all these cementations. Effective pack cementations can be carried out at a lower temperature and/or by shorter soaking time with the help of DCF. Direct current field endows the treated specimen with properties being the same as or superior to that by CPC. It is proposed that DCF makes the concentrations of required element at and around the cathode specimen’s side facing the anode much higher than in any other positions in the CPC process by forcing required element containing species diffusing towards the cathode, which leads to reduction of the absorption of the required element by inner wall of the box and the non-working surface of the specimen. The physical effects of the DCF on the enhanced cementation are discussed.  相似文献

随着电动汽车电池箱快换技术成为电动汽车充换电领域的新兴技术之一,国内外对充换电电池箱的安全性及可靠性提出了更高的要求。电连接器作为快换电池箱的重要组成部分,其可靠性将直接影响整个设备系统能否进行可靠平稳的工作。首先,利用Pro/E、Hypermesh等虚拟样机软件,对连接器数字样机进行模态计算与分析,获得电池箱连接器的模态参数及其各阶模态频率,然后在此基础上对连接器进行单位激振力扫频分析,重点研究连接器公板导柱和母板定位孔之间距离增量在不同频率下的扫频结果,分析出现偏移的振型,提出改进振型的方法,提高电池箱连接器的连接稳定性。  相似文献

崔庄-西园油田是复杂小断块油田,断层多而密集,断块含油面积平均不足0.4km^2,构造及油、气、水关系十分复杂。不同的断块区油气富集程度、含油层位及原油性质不同;即便处于同一断块区中,各断块含油特点也不相同,有的断块满块富集油气,有的断块则为空断块,这主要取决于控油断层的封闭程度。因此,查明断层是否封闭是确定断块圈闭中能否富集油气的关键。文中利用地震、地质、测井资料对断层面承受应力、断面及两侧储层  相似文献

The feasibility of NiCrBSi powder deposition on low alloy steels with pack cementation is investigated at different temperatures (800-1000 °C) and with various halide salt activator content in the pack powder (1-6 wt.%), while the deposition time was set at 4 h. The as-coated samples were examined with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) associated with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), and X-Ray diffraction analysis (XRD). It was revealed that both parameters affect the coating thickness, but not the phase composition of the as deposited coating, which in every case is composed by a Cr2O3 thin layer on the top, which enhances the corrosion resistance and Cr-B, Ni-B and Fe-Ni phases in the rest of the coating which increase the hardness and wear resistance. The activator content has also effect on the coating quality and integrity. In cases where its concentration is low or at higher levels (> 6%wt.) the as formed coatings are inhomogeneous and of low cohesion.  相似文献

An atmospheric pressure sampling mass spectrometer was used to identify the vapor species generated in a halide-activated, cementation pack. Pack powder mixtures containing a Cr-Al binary masteralloy powder, an NH4Cl activator salt, and either ZrO2 or Y2O3 (or neither) were analyzed at 1000°C. Both equilibrium calculations for the pack and mass spectrometer results indicated that volatile AlClx and CrCly species were generated by the pack powder mixture; in packs containing the reactive element oxide, volatile ZrClz and YClw species were formed by the conversion of their oxide sources.  相似文献
