MC nylon-6-b-polyether amine copolymers were prepared with macro-initiator based on amino-terminated polyether amine functionalized with isocyanate via in-situ polymerization. It was found that the introduction of polyether amine delayed the polymerization process of caprolactam by increasing apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor, resulting in the decrease of molecular weight of nylon-6. The motion of molecular chain of the copolymers was easy because of the decreased hydrogen bonds and weakened inter-molecular forces. The physical entanglement of molecular chains of the copolymers was significant and strong which increased the entanglement density. Only the nylon-6 phase crystallized in the copolymers and the crystal grain size, spherulite size and crystallinity of the copolymers decreased. A small amount of γ crystal formed at high polyether amine content. The copolymers presented obvious strain hardening behavior in stress-strain curves and the loss factor dramatically increased while the glass transition temperature and storage module decreased. The fracture surface of the copolymers became rough and presented hairy structure, indicating that the toughening mechanism of the copolymers corresponded to the multi-layer crack extension mechanism.  相似文献

SiC/Al合金层状复合材料的机械性能及损伤行为   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在室温条件下测定了Al合金以连续层状形式存在于SiC陶瓷层间并渗透入SiC陶瓷层内、Al合金浓度呈层状变化高低相间,以及Al合金和SiC陶瓷均匀分布相互渗透三种SiC含量相同而结构形式不同的SiC/Al合金复合材料的机械性能;用SEM和光学显微镜观察分析了复合材料的断口形貌及裂纹扩展过程。结果表明,在SiC陶瓷层间以连续层状形式存在的Al合金在应力作用下发生较大程度的塑性变形,在裂纹尾部被拉伸和形成桥接,引起能量耗散,减缓裂纹扩展速度,防止裂纹张开,使复合材料的韧性得到明显改善;SiC/Al合金陶瓷─金属层状复合材料的损伤形式主要是SiC陶瓷层开裂、金属层桥接和裂纹偏转。  相似文献

The sintering additives such as Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 were coated on the surfaces of Si3N4 particles via heterogeneous nucleation processing using a buffered pH solution as the precipitation reagent .They nucleated and grew only on the surfaces of Si3N4 and did not form sol particles in solution by TEM observation .The isoelectric point(IEP) of coated Si3N4 was different from that of as-received Si3N4.The IEP of Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 occurred at pH8.4, which is close to that of alumina .When Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 particles were coated with Y(OH)3,the IEP of coated Si3N4 powder shifted from pH8.4 to pH9.2 ,similar to that of yttria.In addition ,the rheological data showed that Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 coated Si3N4 suspension is nearly Newtonian and that added Si3N4 suspension shows a shear rate thinning behavior.  相似文献

The effect of yeast cell volumetric concentration on the rheological properties of the suspensions was measured in a pipe-flow viscometer at 30°C: at low microbial concentrations the suspensions were Newtonian; however, non-Newtonian behaviour, which could be described by the power-law equation, was observed with suspensions at high microbial volumetric concentrations. At conditions of constant microbial morphology and growth rate, the results also indicated that a relationship could be developed between the power-law constants and the microbial volumetric concentration.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) is of excellent mechanical properties and melt processability and is widely used as raw material for textile fibers. However, the flame retardant properties of PET were rather poor, and both reactive and additive phosphorus- and halogen-containing compounds have been employed to enhance the reaction-to-fire properties while the meltdripping behaviour during burning hasn’t been handled properly with the flame retardants. In this work, fluoropolymer was blended with both pure PET (pPET) and reactive phosphorus-containing flame retarded copolyester (fPET), and the flame retardance and char formation and mechanical properties of the resulted pPET and fPET blends were investigated. The tensile strengths of modified pPET samples were worsen whereas those of modified fPET samples were improved at low concentrations. The initial thermal degradation in nitrogen was accelerated remarkably for the two polyesters with fluoropolymer. The oxygen indices of the all modified samples were reduced while char formation and meltdripping suppression were encouraged. The apparent melt viscosity and elasticity for the two polyesters were gained much with antidripping agent. Therefore, fluoropolymer improved char formation of the two polyesters based on the gaseous phase mechanism while the partial suppression of meltdripping behavior and the decrease of mechanical properties mainly originated from the increase of melt viscosity via fibrillation for pPET.  相似文献

通过自制的双筒旋转粘度计对过共晶ZL117合金的表观粘度进行了研究。结果表明,随着保温温度的降低,即固相率的升高,ZL117合金浆料的表观粘度随之增加;随着搅拌电流的增加,其表观粘度先降低,在搅拌电流为14A左右时达到最低,然后增大;随着冷却速度的增大,其表观粘度增大。  相似文献
