介绍了电子数据交换的概念、EDI系统的组成，阐述了传统交易模式与EDl交易模式的区别，分析了实现EDI的三项挂心技术，介绍了EDl与Internet的关系、实施EDI的效益以及EDI的应用与EDI的前景。     

Business programmes and information systems methodologies

Abstract. An Information Systems Methodology is usually presented as a sequential set of tasks — planning, analysis, design and construction — resulting in a new business application. This classical 'forward-engineering' approach must be adapted to changing business needs — business process redesign, quality management, process and systems templates, advanced technologies, application packages, the reuse of existing information systems resources, and rapid delivery cycles. Using the most general concept of a Business Programme, this paper describes a methodological approach incorporating these modern themes that is qualitatively and quantitatively different from the classical model. It provides a framework for the integration of otherwise independent methodologies, and shows how an entire programme can be formulated, planned and executed. An example is provided, and the approach is justified.     

我国口岸物流信息平台建设存在问题与发展策略

总结分析了上海、天津、青岛和宁波的口岸物流信息平台建设情况,揭示了我国目前在口岸物流信息平台建设方面存在的5个问题.以长江流域物流信息平台设计为示例,提出了我国口岸物流信息平台建设的五项策略:统一领导,加强协调;政府投资,利益共享;区域性统一规划,共同开发;政府推动,第三方实施,市场化运作;加强国际合作,联合高校培育人才.     

离子交换膜间水的电离及其应用

本文通过分析纯水的电离,讨论了普通电渗析(ED)和填充床电渗析(EDI)中水的电离现象及其相关 机理。EDI过程中水电离产生的H+和OH-离子可以自再生离子交换树脂。文中简单介绍了已得到产业化的EDI 技术和正在推广中的离子交换树脂的电再生技术。     

标准化降水指数与有效干旱指数在新疆干旱监测中的应用

基于干旱监测理论,根据新疆测站1961—2010年逐日降水资料,对比分析了基于不同时间尺度(1、3、6、9、12、24个月)标准化降水指标(SPI)与有效干旱指数(EDI)对干旱监测的有效性与实用性。结果表明:不论针对短期干旱还是长期干旱,EDI监测能力均明显优于SPI。短时间尺度的SPI受短时间降水影响较大,能反映短时间新疆地区的干旱变化特征;随时间尺度的增加,SPI对短时间降水的响应能力较差,但仍可反映长时间序列下明显的干旱变化趋势。与SPI相比,EDI能够很好地反映出短期干旱和当时降水量的影响;同时能够随时间迁移,给每日降水量分配以不同权重,考虑前期降水量对当前干湿状况的影响。相关研究结果可为湿润区及其他气候区洪旱灾害监测提供重要理论依据。     

Factors affecting the implementation of electronic data interchange in Korea

Although there have been a number of studies of the determinant factors of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation, most studies were carried out in the United States or Europe. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinant factors which affect implementation of EDI systems by Korean companies. Decentralization, EDI standards, technical compatibility, technical support by EDI vendors, education and training and participation of trading partners positively affect the extent of EDI usage. Formalization, technical compatibility, user involvement and participation of trading partners affect EDI integration with internal applications. Top management support and the participation of trading partners promote the extent of EDI operations. This study provides evidence of the effect of important determinant factors such as participation of trading partners and technical compatibility replicating previous EDI studies conducted in that US and Europe. For policy makers ad EDI developers, this study provides insights as to appropriate measures and incentives system designed to encourage EDI and B2B implementation.     

基于ERP系统的消息中间件设计与实现

由于网络体系结构、操作系统以及数据库系统的异构性,目前ERP系统与其他应用系统间稳定的数据共享仍是有待解决的问题。为提高ERP系统的耦合性,该文提出一种基于消息中间件的设计和实现方案,以消息中间件为基础,能够把含有多个数据库、多种操作系统的企业应用结合成一个协同工作的有机整体,实现企业的分布式应用。该方案在多个大型销售企业的实际应用表明,它改进了数据传输安全性和传输效率以及代码的可移植性。     

仓储系统与分销系统间EDI接口设计

该文以生产企业物流系统为研究对象,在分析其系统结构的基础上,将仓储及分销管理系统有机结合,提出了第三方物流EDI系统,为物流企业提供了更加详尽的信息、资源,使物流业能迅速对市场变化作出反映,并及时作出调整。     

EDI技术在集装箱运输市场应用研究

在信息技术高速发展的知识经济时代,EDI技术在航运市场的应用不但得到了肯定,而且已经形成了全球性的EDI网络。该文主要分析数据仓库系统的结构和建立,其次对基于EDI信息的集装箱运输市场系统进行分析。目的在于对于EDI技术如何进一步加工提炼信息增值服务,为众多港航EDI用户的日常运作提供更多的信息支持。
