基于DSP的智能电源控制单元设计与实现

本文利用TI公司TMS320F28335芯片高效的浮点运算能力,结合片上丰富的外设,设计并实现了一种具有高可靠性的智能电源控制单元。该控制单元周期性地对各片上外设进行自检维护,完成多路负载通道控制、电压、电流的实时监控,并对故障进行指示、处理和上报,同时提供人机交互界面更新状态信息。经过验证,该控制单元工作稳定,具备良好的工程应用价值。     

Type II fuzzy set-based data analytics to explore amino acid associations in protein sequences of Swine Influenza Virus

The veracity present in molecular data available in biological databases possesses new challenges for data analytics. The analysis of molecular data of various diseases can provide vital information for developing better understanding of the molecular mechanism of a disease. In this paper, an attempt has been made to propose a model that addresses the issue of veracity in data analytics for amino acid association patterns in protein sequences of Swine Influenza Virus. The veracity is caused by intra-sequential and inter-sequential biases present in the sequences due to varying degrees of relationships among amino acids. A complete dataset of 63,682 protein sequences is downloaded from NCBI and is refined. The refined dataset consists of 26,594 sequences which are employed in the present study. The type I fuzzy set is employed to explore amino acid association patterns in the dataset. The type I fuzzy support is refined to partially remove the inter-sequential biases causing veracity in data. The remaining inter-sequential biases present in refined fuzzy support are evaluated and eliminated using type II fuzzy set. Hence, it is concluded that a combination of type II fuzzy & refined fuzzy approach is the optimal approach for extracting a better picture of amino acid association patterns in the molecular dataset.

分析了制备工艺、胶粉粒径以及外加添加剂对胶粉改性沥青常规使用性能和稳定性的影响。结果表明:在一定的范围内,胶粉粒径细,对沥青性能的改善较好;加入相容剂可改变沥青胶体体系的溶剂化层的结构和性质;交联剂的加入,增大了体系的稳定性。

Cryptosporidium Log-inactivation with Ozone Using Effluent CT10, Geometric Mean CT10, Extended Integrated CT10 and Extended CSTR Calculations

The draft Long-Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2ESWTR) contains Cryptosporidium log-inactivation CT tables (ozone-in-water concentration [residual], “C” times contact time, T). Depending on water temperature, Cryptosporidium CT values that are listed are 15 to 25 times greater than CT values for equivalent Giardia log-inactivation credit. The elevated operating dose required for Cryptosporidium log-inactivation credit has the potential to increase disinfection by-product (DBP) formation (e.g., bromate). Calculating CT value accurately will minimize ozone dose, which will decrease operating cost and lower DBP formation, and at the same time maintain disinfection protection through implementation of scientifically based safety factors. Various methods are available for calculating CT value. The method chosen depends largely on the available information concerning ozone residual characteristics and hydrodynamic features of the ozone contactor, plus local regulatory requirements. Four methods are discussed in this paper. Each method can be used to calculate Giardia, virus, and Cryptosporidium log-inactivation credit.

基于图像识别的网络数据单向传输系统研究和实现

网络数据单向传输问题在人类生产生活中具有十分广泛的应用,但目前对该问题还没有较为完善的解决方案。在分析该问题几种方案存在不足的同时,提出并实现了一种全新的基于图像识别原理的网络数据单向传输解决方案。实验证明,这种新的解决方案在具备完全物理隔离优点的同时,具有实现简单、便于推广的特点,在一定程度上优于现有常用的解决方案。     

重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片抗豚鼠单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎的疗效

目的观察重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎动物模型的疗效。方法采用单纯疱疹病毒感染建立豚鼠实验性阴道炎模型,并分别用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片600、3 000和15 000 IU/只进行治疗。以阿昔洛韦(无环鸟苷)和干扰素α2b栓剂15 000 IU/只作为对照。对治疗前后豚鼠阴道外观及组织切片进行评分。结果应用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对豚鼠实验性单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎进行治疗后,豚鼠阴道外观病变与组织切片病变评分均显著降低,其中15 000 IU/只效果最好。同样剂量的α2b泡腾片药效优于栓剂。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对实验性单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎有明显的疗效。
