An improved glucose-chelator-albumin bioconjugate (GluCAB) derivative, GluCAB-2Mal, has been synthesized and studied for in vivo 64Cu-PET/CT imaging in breast cancer mice models together with its first-generation analogue GluCAB-1Mal. The radioligand works on the principle of tumor targeting through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect with a supportive role played by glucose metabolism. [64Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2Mal (99 % RCP) exhibited high serum stability with immediate binding to serum proteins. In vivo experiments for comparison between tumor targeting of [64Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2Mal and previous-generation [64Cu]Cu-GluCAB-1Mal encompassed microPET/CT imaging and biodistribution analysis in an allograft E0771 breast cancer mouse model. Tumor uptake of [64Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2Mal was clearly evident with twice as much accumulation as compared to its predecessor and a tumor/muscle ratio of up to 5 after 24 h. Further comparison indicated a decrease in liver accumulation for [64Cu]Cu-Glu-CAB-2Mal.  相似文献

The interface of nitroxide radicals with cucurbit[n]urils (CB[n]) is covered in this review. Either used as spin probes, spin labels, or stoppers for paramagnetic rotaxanes, nitroxides offer new opportunities to investigate CB[n] and their inclusion complexes, especially thanks to EPR spectroscopy. On the other hand, CB[n] also offer interesting opportunities to modulate nitroxide properties such as protection or structuring. The multiple back and forth between the two well-established areas where nitroxides bring information about CB[n], and CB[n] modulate nitroxide properties, have enabled to shed some light at this new interesting interface.  相似文献

The combination of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect with hetero-p–n structure shows promising benefits to optical linear and nonlinear properties. In this study, Au nanoparticles (NPs) decorated p–n hetero-structured Co3O4/Bi2WO6 composite was synthesized and characterized in terms of the optical linear and nonlinear and magnetic properties, morphology, electron transition, charge transfer, energy band gap, polarizability, SPR effect, and oxygen vacancies using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, Z-scan, ultraviolet–visible spectra, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The combination of Co3O4 provided active 3d electrons transition and charge transfer which increased carriers’ concentration and reduced the energy band gap. Au SPR enhanced the internal polarization and strengthened the built-in electric field, yielding strong nonlinear behavior. In addition, magnetic Co3O4 endowed sample with room-temperature ferromagnetism which was obviously strengthened by Au NPs. The obtained sample is promising for laser and photonics applications.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Energy assessment of a simple direct expansion solar-assisted heat pump system has been experimentally assessed with R433A as a possible alternative to R22. An artificial neural network integrated genetic algorithm model was developed to assess the performance system. The data obtained from the experimentation at different ambient conditions are used as the training data for the ANN network. The back propagation learning mechanism with variants Lavenberg-Maguardt with 20 neurons in the hidden layer were used in modelling of ANN. The values obtained from the analysis using ANN are optimised further by integrating the ANN procedure with GA. The results indicated that R433A has 6.4% and 1% lower instantaneous compressor power consumption and heating capacity compared to R22. Energy performance ratio of R433A was found to be about 5.67% higher compared to R22. The results confirmed that R433A can be used as a possible alternative to R22 DX-SAHP systems.  相似文献

高速铁路列车中乙丙橡胶(EPR)电缆终端常因制作过程中操作不当而导致出现多种缺陷,造成终端局部放电甚至击穿的现象,对检测到的局部放电信号进行准确分类仍然是亟待解决的难题。分别制作了含尖端、环切划伤、金属微粒、气隙4种典型缺陷的终端试样,通过试验记录了各类试样的放电谱图信息。基于试验得到的局部放电谱图库,提出通过图像金字塔理论,构建多尺度局部放电谱图空间,并从中提取1阶纹理统计量、2阶纹理统计量及高阶纹理统计量作为缺陷类型识别的特征参量。同时,结合随机森林算法,基于gini指数完成了特征空间寻优工作,实现了对缺陷类型的正确分类。结果表明:通过随机森林算法,多尺度纹理特征的模型误差率和分类准确率明显优于单尺度纹理特征,能较好地对终端典型缺陷进行分类;同时,由于气隙缺陷和划伤缺陷的放电机理存在相似性,二者缺陷处的局部放电特征同样存在相似现象,因此气隙缺陷和划伤缺陷的分类较易出现误差,导致其识别率偏低,还需针对其图像特征参数和识别算法继续开展研究。  相似文献

Herein, the poorly water-soluble drug, Tamoxifen (Tmx), was loaded in the amphipathic matrix of human serum albumin (HSA) nanoparticles by a modified desolvation method. In order to enhance the drug loading (DL) and drug entrapment efficiency (DEE) (<2% and 10%, respectively), ultrasonication of Tmx-HSA mixture was performed prior to desolvation process. Tmx loading and entrapment efficiency were optimized by employment of the response surface methodology (RSM)-central composite design (CCD) of experiments. Under the optimum conditions of 1.59 mg Tmx/ml concentration, 7.76 pH and 5 h incubation of HSA-Tmx, the DL of 6.7% and DEE of 74% are achievable. Particles with the average size of 195 nm, zeta potential of −21 mV and polydispersity index of 0.09 were produced under these conditions. A more sustained Tmx release behavior was observed from polyethylene glycol (PEG) conjugated nanoparticles in comparison to the non-PEGylated ones. The short-term stability investigation showed no alteration in physicochemical properties of nanoparticles at 4 and 37 °C, but small increase in nanoparticles size was observed after three months of storage at room temperature. This is the first report for efficient production of a Tmx delivery system based on HSA nanoparticles.  相似文献

In this work we propose a study to determine the structure of Fe and Co doped TiO2 by using the Fe K-edge, Co K-edge and Ti K- edge X-ray absorption near edge spectroscopy. The detailed analysis of Fe and Co-doped TiO2 before and after Methylene blue (MB) treatment was examined under the irradiation of 35 W xenon arc lamp for 3 h. The materials treated with MB were studied by X-ray absorption spectroscopy, EPR and FT-IR which revealed that the oxidation state of Co2+ was photo-oxidized to Co3+ and Fe3+ was photo-reduced to Fe2+ or less. Thermodynamic, kinetic properties were studied at different reaction temperature and the activation energy (Ea), enthalpy (ΔH), entropy (ΔS) and free energy (ΔG) of activation were calculated for the reaction. The activation energy has been found for TiO2, FeTiO2 and CoTiO2 as 24.771, 11.413 and 15.801 kJ mol−1 respectively. The structure, morphology and optical properties were studied by XRD, UV-diffuse reflectance spectra, FESEM, TEM and PL. Moreover, electrochemical studies were carried out to demonstrate the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity on TiO2, FeTiO2 and CoTiO2 in 1 M of H2SO4 electrolyte, with a scan rate of 50 mV s−1 and the as-prepared photocatalysts could act as the promising electrode materials for water splitting.  相似文献

Austenitic stainless steels have a wide range of applications in the energy industry, but the corrosion resistance of these stainless steels can be reduced by sensitization, particularly in the heat affected zones in welds. Sensitization is the formation of chromium carbide precipitates along the grain boundaries, causing the formation of a zone of chromium depletion around the grain boundary. Since chromium is the primary alloying element that makes stainless steel corrosion resistant, this chromium depleted zone is susceptible to intergranular stress corrosion cracking (IGSCC). Sensitization occurs when a stainless steel is exposed to a high temperature for an extended time period, such as during welding. The objective of this research is to determine the sensitivity of nonlinear ultrasound to the presence of sensitization by using nonlinear Rayleigh waves to quantitatively track the sensitization of 304 and 304L stainless steels as a function of holding time at 675 °C. The effect of the carbon content of the alloys (304 versus 304L) to the sensitization process and the measured nonlinearity parameter, β are investigated. Annealing of these specimens isolates the effect of just sensitization, removing the presence of cold work which can also affect the material nonlinearity. Complementary electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation (EPR) measurements and microscopy are used to confirm the absence or presence of sensitization. The results show that the acoustic nonlinearity parameter is sensitive to the presence of chromium carbide precipitates in sensitized austenitic stainless steels.  相似文献
