The effect of commercially available quinoline nucleus based pharmaceutically active compound 5-Nitro-8-Hydroxy Quinoline (NHQ) against the corrosion of mild steel (MS) in 1 M acidic chloride (HCl) solution was investigated by chemical (weight loss – WL) and electrochemical (Tafel polarization, Linear polarization and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) techniques. From all the four methods, it is inferred that the percentage of inhibition efficiency increases with increasing the inhibitor concentration from 50 to 300 ppm. The adsorption behavior of inhibitor obeyed through Langmuir isotherm model. Thermodynamic parameters were also calculated and predict that the process of inhibition is a spontaneous reaction. EIS technique exhibits one capacitive loop indicating that, the corrosion reaction is controlled by charge transfer process. Tafel polarization studies revealed that the investigated inhibitor is mixed type and the mode of adsorption is physical in nature. The surface morphologies were examined by FT-IR, SEM and EDX techniques. Theoretical quantum chemical calculations were performed to confirm the ability of NHQ to adsorb onto mild steel surface.  相似文献

为有效调控阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)WL1318发酵棉秆水解糖液产氢的过程,研究了分段调控pH值对该菌株发酵棉秆水解糖液产氢过程中发酵液pH值、生物氢合成、棉秆水解糖液中葡萄糖和木糖利用、菌株生长的影响。结果表明,分段调控pH值避免了发酵液pH值的急剧下降。分段调控pH值处理的产氢潜力P均高于未调控处理的,48 h时调控pH值能使发酵72 h的日均产氢量较未调控处理的提高约1.5倍;24 h调控pH值和48 h调控pH值处理的累积产氢量相较未调控处理的分别提高约15%和30%。分段调控pH值对阴沟肠杆菌WL1318发酵棉秆水解糖液产氢过程中的菌体生长有较大影响,使其在调控时间点后达到活菌数峰值,且菌体生长OD600 nm值在调控时间点后均高于未调控处理的。  相似文献

通过Thermecmastor-Z热模拟试验机研究了WL510钢(/%:0.090C、0.13Si、1.45Mn、0.005S、0.019P、0.040Al、0.020Ti、0.030Nb)粗轧后板坯(36 mm×1 500 mm)在1~36℃/s连续冷却条件下的相变和组织的变化,并用热膨胀法测定了试验钢连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。结果表明,试验钢WL510在1~23℃/s低冷却速度下,主要形成多边形铁素体和少量珠光体;当冷却速度≥30℃/s时,主要组织为细针状铁素体、少量细珠光体和岛状马氏体/奥氏体(M/A)随着冷却速度的增加,试验钢组织明显变细。  相似文献

Friction-stir processing (FSP) was adopted to modify the microstructure of a cast Cu-9Al-4.5Ni-4Fe NiAl bronze alloy (NAB). After FSP, the initial coarse microstructure of the cast NAB was transformed to a fine structure, and the porosity defects were eliminated. The microstructure modification changed the corrosion behavior of the NAB in a 3.5% NaCl solution. In a static immersion corrosion test, the FSP NAB exhibited significantly greater corrosion resistance compared to the cast counterpart. The polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic (EIS) results indicated that the FSP NAB showed slightly lower electrochemical corrosion resistance.  相似文献

针对某铜钼矿矿石性质,确定了"一段粗磨铜钼混合浮选—混合粗精矿再磨—铜钼分离"的浮选方案。铜钼分离过程中,采用组合抑制剂WL,经过四次精选可得到钼精矿含钼52.68%、回收率89.31%,铜精矿品位19.69%、回收率92.50%的技术指标,使铜钼达到了较好地分离。  相似文献

Refractory materials, in particular tungsten base materials are considered as primary candidates for high heat load applications in future nuclear fusion power plants. Promising design outlines make use of the high heat conductivity and strength of W-1%La2O3 (WL10) as structural material. Here, the lower temperature range is restricted by the transition to a steel part and the upper operation temperature limit is defined by the onset of recrystallization and/or loss of strength, respectively. The most critical issue of tungsten materials in connection with structural applications, however, is the ductile-to-brittle transition. Another problem consists in the fact that especially refractory alloys show a strong correlation between microstructure and their manufacturing history. Since mechanical properties are defined by the underlying microstructure, refractory alloys can behave quite different, even if their chemical composition is the same. Therefore, the fracture behavior of several tungsten based alloys was characterized by standard Charpy tests which have been performed up to 1100 °C in vacuum. Due to their fabrication history (powder mixing, pressing, sintering, rolling or swaging) all materials had specific microstructures which often led to typical delamination fractures. The influence of the microstructure characteristics like grain size, anisotropy, texture, or chemical composition as well as the effect of notch machining was investigated. All results are discussed and assessed with respect to the optimization of future component fabrication for high temperature nuclear fusion applications.  相似文献

The present paper deals with three new strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, isolated in old wineries of Sicily, which were microbiologically and molecularly characterized and tested for their ability to produce white wines. Examined in terms of their growth pattern, fermentation vigour, sulphite tolerance, fermentative power, spore formation, and production of acetic acid, hydrogen sulphide and phenolic off-flavours, the strains were utilized as starters in experimental fermentations of musts obtained from the cultivars Inzolia, Grillo and Catarratto. Further, the three musts were also fermented using two commercial S. cerevisiae strains. The quality of the wines produced was confirmed by their principal oenochemical parameters, by sensory analysis and qualitative and quantitative determination of the volatile aroma constituents. All the data were statistically elaborated. Interestingly, the new selected yeasts were able to increase the pear notes (Z)-ethyl-4-decenoate, (E)-ethyl-3-decenoate, and (Z)-ethyl-3-decenoate which are fundamental for the aroma of these Sicilian wines. From our results, the new yeast strains were found to produce white wines of a quality which was not inferior to those obtainable with the best commercial strains selected in other geographical areas, but also with a distinctive aromatic profile.  相似文献

针对再利用MapGIS格式的历史高程数据会遇到提取高程数据难的问题,以及MapGIS向其他GIS无缝转换难的特点,本文基于MapGIS线文件的二进制解析,给出了线文件的存储内容、存放位置、数据结构及读取方法,重点对线文件的属性数据、等值线条数、等值线节点坐标及高程值等内容进行了详细剖析。最后利用程序完成了MapGIS线文件中关键数据块的读取,从源头上实现了高程数据的快速提取,大大提高MapGIS线文件的二次开发利用条件,同时也为其他软件对MapGIS线文件的底层调用提供了借鉴。读取试验结果表明线文件数据块分析的准确性及程序编写的正确性。  相似文献
