Micro-cracks commonly occur on the catalyst layers (CLs) during the manufacturing of catalyst coated membranes (CCMs). However, the crack shape parameters effect on CLs in-plane (IP) electronic conductivity λs is not clear. In this work, the relationship between crack parameters and the λs is obtained based on the two-dimensional (2D) multiple-relaxation time (MRT) lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The LBM numerical model is validated by the normalized λs experiment applied on three different home-made cracked CLs, and the parameter study focus on crack width, length, quantity and phase angle are carried out. The results show that the decrease of λs has different sensitivity |k| to the parameters above. The crack width has little effect on λs decrease, and the |kw| is 0.038. However, crack arm length and quantity show more significant impact, which |kl| and |kN| are 0.753 and 0.725, respectively. The CLs with different crack propagation directions show significant anisotropy on λs, and a 53.53% decrease in λs is observed between 0° and 90° crack phase angle change. To manufacture a high electronic conductivity CL, crack initiation and migration mitigation are highly encouraged.  相似文献

KTaO3 and KTa0.9M0.1O3-α (M = Ti, Hf, Zr) were prepared by solid state reaction at 1330 °C for 2 h and characterized by x-ray diffraction. The AC impedance technique was used to analyze the sintered solid electrolytes in 1%H2/Ar and dry air atmosphere. Among KTa0.9M0.1O3-α (M = Ti, Hf, Zr), KTa0.9Zr0.1O3-α displays the highest conductivity in 1%H2/Ar atmosphere. The carriers transport numbers of solid electrolytes were measured by concentration cell method. The results show KTa0.9Zr0.1O3-α is a pure proton conductor below 525 °C. Stability tests show that KTa0.9Zr0.1O3-α has good chemical stability against CO2 and H2O.  相似文献

MgAl2-2xMn2xO4 (MAMO) with x = 0-0.12 was synthesized in a single-phase form by solid-state reaction. XRD analysis showed that the samples had the cubic center structure of the Fd-3 m space group. Electrical properties of the samples were studied over the temperature range of 300 K∼1073 K. The results showed that the DC conductivity (σDC) increased from 10−11S/cm at 300 K (MAMO, x = 0) to 10-3S/cm at 1073 K (MAMO, x = 0.12). The equivalent circuit of the complex impedance spectra suggested that the relaxation of charge carriers was of non-Debye type. The conduction was mainly caused by grain boundaries and the capacitance was mainly attributed to polarization. The complex permittivity values (ε’ and ε’’) were increased by two orders of magnitude with the increase in Mn content and temperature over the measured frequency range (1 Hz-1 MHz). Therefore, doping with Mn could be applied to modify the electrical properties of MAMO at high temperature.  相似文献

The compact green bodies, prepared via a novel solid-liquid mixing method of precursors, were successfully pyrolyzed to obtain the dense bulk SiAlCN ceramics at 1000 °C. It can be seen from their SEM that they have uniform and dense microstructure, indicating that this method can be used to prepare bulk ceramics. In order to verify that they can be used as sensor heads, their temperature-resistance characteristics and repeatability were tested. The results show that the conductive mechanism belongs to Arrhenius's Tailed-State and Extended-State in the temperature range of 500–650 °C and 650–930 °C, respectively. And it shows that SiAlCN ceramics can be used as the sensor heads for high-temperature sensors.  相似文献

We report on conductivity and optical property of three different types of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) films [pristine PH1000 film (PH1000-p), with 5 wt.% ethylene glycol additive (PH1000-EG) and with sulfuric acid post-treatment (PH1000-SA)] before and after polyethylenimine (PEI) treatment. The PEI is found to decrease the conductivity of all the PEDOT:PSS films. The processing solvent of 2-methoxyethanol is found to significantly enhance the conductivity of PH1000-p from 1.1 up to 744 S/cm while the processing solvent of isopropanol or water does not change the conductivity of PH1000-p much. As for the optical properties, the PEI treatment slightly changes the transmittance and reflectance of PH1000-p and PH1000-EG films, while the PEI leads to an substantial increase of the absorptance in the spectral region of 400–1100 nm of the PH1000-SA films. Though the optical property and conductivity of the three different types of PEDOT:PSS films vary with the PEI treatment, the treated PEDOT:PSS films exhibit similar low work function. We demonstrate solar cells with a simple device structure of glass/low-WF PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:ICBA/high-WF PEDOT:PSS cells that exhibit good performance with open-circuit voltage of 0.82 V and fill factor up to 0.62 under 100 mW/cm2 white light illumination.  相似文献

The evaluation of cell's weatherability is of practical interest. To further improve the soluble lead flow battery's weatherability, physiochemical properties of electrolytes containing fluoborate, perchlorate, methanesulfonate and trifluoromethanesulfonate are investigated from ?60 to 50 °C. Activities of CF3SO3H and HClO4 are poor in trifluoromethanesulfonate and perchlorate solutions due to common anion effect. The solubility of lead salt can be improved by increasing temperature, but worsened by increasing acid's content. With the temperature increasing, the conductivity is enhanced, and the viscosity is lowered for four solutions. The same results have been found by increasing acid's content except for CF3SO3H. The high energy efficiency can be achieved for cells over ?40–0 °C using fluoborate and perchlorate solutions, 73.2% at ?40 °C and 78.1% at ?30 °C respectively. Over the temperature range of 20–50 °C, the cells with methanesulfonate and trifluoromethanesulfonate solutions have good performance, 77.4% and 73.7% at 50 °C respectively.  相似文献

The continuous and dense Ti–N compound layers with a thickness ranging from 0.7 to 2.1 μm were formed on the titanium by plasma nitriding at 700 °C for different times with hollow cathode discharge assistance. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the nitrided layer. XRD and XPS results showed that the compound layer was mainly composed of Ti2N phase. The corrosion current density of 4 h nitrided titanium was 0.016 μA/cm2 (cathode) and 0.03 μA/cm2 (anode), respectively. The electrical conductivity of samples was evaluated by means of the interfacial contact resistance (ICR). The value of 4 h nitrided titanium was 4.94 mΩ-cm2 which was much lower than that of original titanium 26.25 mΩ-cm2 under applied force of 150 Ncm?2 after corrosion test. The results showed that the electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of the titanium bipolar plates (BPs) were apparently improved with the formation of Ti2N compound layer.  相似文献

以AlN角形粉和AlN球形粉为填料,以PDMS为有机基体,制备不同固含量的导热复合材料,研究了AlN形态、AlN填充分数及粉体表面改性等对导热复合材料粘度及热导率的影响。研究结果表明,与角形AlN粉体相比,球形AlN粉体可显著降低复合材料的粘度,因而有利于获得更高的填充分数和更大的复合热导率。利用KH570对AlN粉体进行表面改性,有利于降低界面热阻,提高复合热导率,改性浓度(质量分数)为2.0%时,复合材料热导率可提高22.5%。  相似文献

采用超声辅助超临界CO2方法制备石墨烯,经3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)改性后,采用"预混合"的方法,得到硬脂酸/石墨烯母料。通过机械共混法制备天然橡胶(NR)/改性石墨烯(GNs)与丁腈橡胶(NBR)/GNs复合材料。通过分析复合材料的导热性能、热管理性能和压缩生热性能的变化情况,验证石墨烯的性能与硬脂酸/石墨烯"预混合"对石墨烯分散的影响。结果表明,添加3份GNs时,NRC-3、NBRC-3的导热性能分别提升了108%和194%,压缩温升降低了8. 9℃和9. 9℃。该方法制备的石墨烯导热性能优秀,硬脂酸/石墨烯的"预混合"有效改善了石墨烯在聚合物中的分散性。  相似文献
