皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(cutaneous T cell lymphoma,CTCL)大多属于惰性淋巴瘤,病情进展缓慢,患者确诊时多处于疾病早期。局部用药和物理治疗在CTCL治疗中占重要地位,包括局部外用皮质类固醇激素、免疫抑制剂、维A酸,放疗及光疗等。近年来,有研究对CTCL传统局部用药和物理治疗方法的有效性和安全性进行了重新评估。同时,新型CTCL局部用药和物理治疗策略也不断涌现,如局部外用他扎罗汀、瑞喹莫特,紫外线A联合新型光敏剂的光化学疗法和光动力治疗等。本文对CTCL局部用药和物理治疗的研究进展作一综述。 相似文献

Most protons in the solar wind belong to one of two different populations,the less dense beam protons and the denser core protons.The beam protons,with a velocity of(1-2)VA(VA is the local Alfvén speed),always drift relative to the core protons;this kind of distribution is unstable and stimulates several kinds of wave mode.In this study,using a 2D hybrid simulation model,we find that the original right-handed elliptically polarized Alfvén waves become linearly polarized,and eventually become right-handed and circularly polarized.Given that linearly polarized waves are a superposition of left-handed and right-handed waves,cyclotron resonance in the right-handed/left-handed component heats beam/core protons perpendicularly.The resonance between beam protons and right-handed polarized waves is stronger when the beam relative density is lower,resulting in more dramatic perpendicular heating of beam protons,whereas the situation is reversed when the beam relative density is larger. 相似文献

In the early design stage, automotive modeling should both meet the requirements of aesthetics and engineering. Therefore, a vehicle CAD (computer aided design) model that can be easily adjusted by feedbacks is necessary. Based on CE-Bézier surface, this paper presents a set of algorithms for parametric segmentation and fairing surface generation in a car model. This model is defined by a simplified automotive template and relevant control points, shape parameters and segmentation parameters, which can be modified to alter the car form efficiently. With this model and the corresponding adjustment method, more than fifty various vehicle models are established in this research according to different parameters. And two methods for calculating similarity index between car models are constructed, which are suitable for brand design trend analysis and modelling design decisionmaking. 相似文献

A novel analytical five-axis path-smoothing algorithm is developed for the high speed machining of a linear five-axis tool path. Segment junctions of the linear tool path in the machine tool coordinate system, which are tangent-discontinuous points, are all blended by two transition cubic Bézier curves. One cubic Bézier curve is used to smooth the segment junction of the translational path, and the other Bézier curve is used to smooth the segment junction of the rotational path. The tangency and curvature continuities are both guaranteed in the new path. The dual-Bézier transition algorithm has three advantages: (1) Compared with the path-smoothing method in the workpiece coordinate system, the new dual-Bézier transition method directly and simultaneously smooths the machine tool axis trajectories of both translational path and rotational path. The feed speed and stability will both be improved because the tool path discontinuities are the most important source of feed fluctuation. (2) The constraints of approximation error and the synchronization of parametrization of two smoothed curves, which are the most challenging problems in the smoothing of 5-axis tool path, are both considered. (3) The transition cubic Bézier curve pair has an analytical solution and can be easily integrated in the real-time interpolator. Computational examples and the cutting experiment of an impeller blade show that the novel path-smoothing method has obvious advantages in both feed smoothness and cutting efficiency over the original linear interpolator. 相似文献

In this paper, the generalized differential quadrature (GDQ) method is applied to study the dynamic behavior of functionally graded materials (FGMs) and laminated doubly curved shells and panels of revolution with a free-form meridian. The First-order Shear Deformation Theory (FSDT) is used to analyze the above mentioned moderately thick structural elements. In order to include the effect of the initial curvature a generalization of the Reissner-Mindlin theory, proposed by Toorani and Lakis, is adopted. The governing equations of motion, written in terms of stress resultants, are expressed as functions of five kinematic parameters, by using the constitutive and kinematic relationships. The solution is given in terms of generalized displacement components of points lying on the middle surface of the shell. Simple Rational Bézier curves are used to define the meridian curve of the revolution structures. Firstly, the differential quadrature (DQ) rule is introduced to determine the geometric parameters of the structures with a free-form meridian. Secondly, the discretization of the system by means of the GDQ technique leads to a standard linear eigenvalue problem, where two independent variables are involved. Results are obtained taking the meridional and circumferential co-ordinates into account, without using the Fourier modal expansion methodology. Comparisons between the Reissner-Mindlin and the Toorani-Lakis theory are presented. Furthermore, GDQ results are compared with those obtained by using commercial programs such as Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, Straus and Pro/Mechanica. Very good agreement is observed. Finally, different lamination schemes are considered to expand the combination of the two functionally graded four-parameter power-law distributions adopted. The treatment is developed within the theory of linear elasticity, when materials are assumed to be isotropic and inhomogeneous through the lamina thickness direction. A two-constituent functionally graded lamina consists of ceramic and metal those are graded through the lamina thickness. A parametric study is performed to illustrate the influence of the parameters on the mechanical behavior of shell and panel structures considered. 相似文献

We develop finite element data structures for T‐splines based on Bézier extraction generalizing our previous work for NURBS. As in traditional finite element analysis, the extracted Bézier elements are defined in terms of a fixed set of polynomial basis functions, the so‐called Bernstein basis. The Bézier elements may be processed in the same way as in a standard finite element computer program, utilizing exactly the same data processing arrays. In fact, only the shape function subroutine needs to be modified while all other aspects of a finite element program remain the same. A byproduct of the extraction process is the element extraction operator. This operator localizes the topological and global smoothness information to the element level, and represents a canonical treatment of T‐junctions, referred to as ‘hanging nodes’ in finite element analysis and a fundamental feature of T‐splines. 以商洛钼尾矿为试验矿样,以氯氧镁水泥为胶凝材料,进行了制砖研究。通过Mg O、Mg Cl2和钼尾矿等的混合,经搅拌、振动后制备免烧砖,研究了波美度和钼尾矿掺加量对免烧砖性能的影响,并分析了尾矿对免烧砖性能影响的机理。研究结果表明,当卤水波美度为28%,尾矿掺加量为80%时,性能较好,其28d的抗折强度和抗压强度分别为3.35MPa和9.28MPa。 相似文献
