淘宝村是电商基于信息时代的市场需求对地理因素进行自主选择、集聚并调适的空间产物。这里集中着信息网络和地理空间相融合并吸附"人流"、"物流"、"资金流"、"技术流"等的"流空间"。淘宝村受"流空间"影响并作出地理空间的响应,又溢出"流空间"对周边外部空间进行影响。内部尺度下,"物流"与"人流"协同运行,其他隐性"流空间"对人的空间决策行为产生影响,而淘宝村的地理空间会对此作出响应。外部尺度中,淘宝村地理分布与"物流"、"技术流"等紧密相关,而商品交易格局促成了特殊的城乡关系网络。该研究重点探索人在信息时代空间演进过程中的空间观和作用机制,补充"流空间"与地理空间双向影响与相互构建的空白。后续提出基于"流要素"调控的空间重构策略,将成为指导信息化乡村空间治理的技术依据。  相似文献

Studies on customer’s needs, desires and preferences have become highly important in the product design and development process. One consideration in usability is the cognitive aspect, which is related to the accommodation and evaluation of human cognitive capabilities, limitations and tendencies. In addition to the cognitive aspect, a recent study has shown that the affective aspect has been considered in the evaluation of product usability. Thus, both cognitive and affective aspects are deemed to be important for product design and the development process. Inherently, both aspects deliver complete human and product interaction and experience. However, studies that consider the affective process as a complement to the cognitive process for usability are relatively rare. To address this gap, this study discusses how an integrative framework of the cognitive and affective aspects can be applied to a product for usability assessment via empirical studies on e-commerce and e-learning platforms. The sample involved 230 respondents, using purposive sampling. The result shows that both cognitive and affective aspects have a significant effect, although with different weights. The affective aspect has been shown to improve product usability and user’s acceptance.  相似文献

Existing research on the effects of interactivity tends to treat it as a global characteristic of the interface. However, not all content on an interface is endowed with interactive features. Therefore, it is important to explore how interactivity affects the cognitive processing of those particular content that is presented with interactive features and the surrounding content without these features. With this objective, a between-subjects experiment was conducted to understand how levels of interactivity affect information processing among users of an e-commerce website. The major findings of the study are: 1) Higher interactivity enhances recognition as well as recall memory of interactive content, but diminishes recognition and recall memory of non-interactive content; 2) Individuals spend the least amount of time on the interface with high interactivity, while most of this time is spent on interactive part rather than non-interactive part of the interface; 3) A moderate level of interactivity attracts most user attention to product information. The findings about interactivity’s effect have implications for cue-summation theory and limited capacity theory. The experiment’s results also hold practical implications for e-tailers.  相似文献

随着电子商务的不断发展,消费者对于在线支付系统的服务质量要求越来越高,支付系统不仅要高速完成每笔交易,更要保证支付过程的安全性。在线支付是电子商务的核心功能模块,而这个核心模块又由各个地理位置上分离的各个子模块组成,在该文中会对四个主要子模块进行建模,分析各模块之间的依赖关系及超时的扩散效应,通过UPPAAL对建模后的系统进行模型检测。经实验验证,所设计的支付系统模型可以在产生某个模块的超时后依然能满足安全性。  相似文献

The online marketplace for food products is continually expanding and all types of food and beverages can now be purchased over the internet. It is primarily the responsibility of the food business operator to ensure compliance with food safety law. However, the competent authorities are tasked with controlling the e-food sector as part of their regulatory duties to protect consumer health and to prevent fraud, regardless of the sales channel being used. For this purpose, a new software prototype concept was developed that automatically identifies and evaluates potentially non-compliant e-food products. The prototype was developed using a modular architecture comprising a research tool, an image analysis tool, and a monitoring tool. User-defined thresholds are applied to assess the reliability of the retrieved data. Results that are not deemed reliable enough can be reworked using a computer-aided evaluation interface. The research tool utilizes both internet search engines and customized search algorithms. A multi-stage filtering process is performed to limit the sites according to defined criteria (e.g. food product merchants only). The data acquisition module stores all matching data from webpages for later analysis and preservation of evidence. In another module, automatic recognition of a site's legal notice (impressum) is carried out for the respective vendor within whose online shop a potentially non-compliant food product is being offered. The image analysis tool performs logo recognition to enrich the text-based information of websites, thus providing additional visual information. The monitoring tool performs regular automated monitoring of e-food vendors, products and ingredients. The proof of principle of the prototype was achieved by conducting a web search for hazardous food products containing synephrine and caffeine. In total, 1242 product offerings on the internet for suspicious food products were identified among the 8683 search results. The software prototype has potential to enhance consumer protection and food safety with respect to e-foods.  相似文献

近年电子商务发展迅猛,而点对点(P2P,Peer-to Peer)电子商务更是解决了传统电子商务的服务器瓶颈问题,但信任安全始终是无法绕过的难题。为了研究P2P电子商务中节点间的信任评估,借助模糊理论的知识,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的P2P电子商务信任模型。该模型考虑了影响P2P电子商务信任的几个因素,并用模糊层次分析法确定它们对信任度的影响权重,由综合决策计算得到节点的综合信任度。由仿真实例可以看出模型具有较好的抗欺骗能力。  相似文献
