跨海大桥的耐久性措施

简要阐述了范和港跨海大桥耐久性的主要影响因素及提高结构耐久性的主要途径,并根据本桥所处环境特点,拟定了合理科学的耐久性基本措施,并采取了必要的耐久性辅助措施以形成多级防护屏障,以确保设计使用寿命内跨海大桥桥梁结构的安全。     

东华大桥主墩承台疏水化合孔栓物混凝土施工技术

介绍疏水化合孔栓成分的工作机理,结合其特征,在每立方米混凝土中掺入30L疏水化合孔栓成分,配制出东华大桥主墩承台大体积高性能防水抗腐蚀混凝土,采取循环冷却水管降温的方法确保了基础混凝土的施工质量,凝结后混凝土表现出的憎水性显著。     

分光光度法测定并分析六堡茶中碳水化合物含量

以六堡茶为样品,用水沸提法制备茶样浸提液,然后用高速离心机进行脱色处理,最后用分光光度计检测和分析广西产六堡茶叶中水溶性碳水化合物的含量。发现广西产多种六堡茶中的水溶性碳水化合物含量基本相同,该方法具有操作简单、成本低、对仪器要求不高等优点。     

半氧化锰矿制取电解金属锰初探

以中部半氧化矿为原料,进行制取电解金属锰的试验,初步探索其对电解金属锰生产的影响程度,查找引起不正常的原因因素,探索工艺参数,对局部工艺参数调整并指导生产。     

RESEARCH ON SYSTEM DYNAMICS MODEL OF CONVEYANCE CAPACITY IN SYMMETRIC COMPOUND CHANNELS

Stage-discharge curves are particularly important in river basin management. For a compound channel, the stage-discharge curve is often difficult to be extrapolated to yield estimates of level for a given frequency of flow. By analyzing a large number of experimental data from Science and Engineering Research Council Flood Channel Facility (SERCFCF) and applying system dynamics method, the authors established system dynamics model of conveyance capacity when rivers flow in an overbank mode, spilling onto the adjoining flood plain. The model was applied to a compound channel. And the corresponding simulated results are shown to attain high accurcy.     

宏福与赤天化合建氨醇联产项目

近日，贵州宏福集团与贵州赤天化达成合资建厂协议，双方同意以建设氨醇联产项目进入贵州省煤化工产业为合作起点，合资公司暂命名为“贵州天福化工有限责任公司”．赤天化在合资设立的新公司中控股。新公司的首期产品方案．是在宏福当前的磷铵、生产基地建设30万吨合成氨，联产20万吨甲醇及一定量的二甲醚。     

Application of phase diagram calculations to development of new ultra-high temperature structural materials

ln-situ refractory metal intermetallic composites（RMICs） based either on （Nb, Si） or （Mo, Si, B） are candidate materials for ultra-high temperature applications （〉1 400℃）. To provide a balance of mechanical and environmental properties, Nb-Si composites are typically alloyed with Ti and Cr, and Mo-Si-B composites are alloyed with Ti. Phase diagrams of Nb-Cr-Ti-Si and Mo-Si-B-Ti, as prerequisite knowledge for advanced materials design and processing development, are critically needed. The phase diagrams in the metal-rich regions of multicomponent Nb-Cr-Ti-Si and Mo-Si-B-Ti were rapidly established using the Calphad （Calculation of phase diagram） approach coupled with key experiments. The calculated isotherms, isopleths, and solidification paths were ：validated by experimental work. The important heterogeneous multiphase equilibria in both quaternary systems identified will offer engineers the opportunity to develop materials with a balance of properties for high-temperature applications.     

Fabrication of Ni3AI by hot pressing from element powders

Ni3Al intermetaUic was synthesized by hot pressing from element powders of nickel, aluminum, and boron. The influences of parameters on the properties of Ni3Al were investigated. The parameters include the particle size of nickel powder, adding or without boron powder, hot pressing temperature, etc. The properties include the density of hot-pressed samples, resultant redo of Ni3A1 phase, and bending strength. The microstructures of hot-pressed samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scan electronic microscopy, and the properties, such as density and bending strength, were also measured. The results show that a higher bending strength was obtained under the same hot pressing conditions by the fine nickel powder than the coarse one, and there is little difference about density. Boron powder added in this process accelerates the formation of Ni3Al and markedly increases the hot pressed density. In the temperature range of this study, the density increases along with the hot pressing temperature. Full dense Ni3Al samples were obtained under the condition of 860℃, 10 min, 45 MPa from Ni-22.89A1-0.5B powder.     

加工玻璃钢专用激光焊接金刚石锯片的生产工艺及应用

本文主要对比单元金属粉与水雾化合金粉在性能上的差异，研究了影响激光焊接金刚石锯片质量的因素，提出了焊接质量检验的标准，同时强调金刚石锯片后处理对锯片使用的影响，以及激光焊接金刚石锯片在加工玻璃钢板材时的优异性能。
