四川某稀土尾矿综合回收利用的选矿试验研究

摘    要:四川某稀土尾矿中含萤石27.58%,重晶石45.25%,氟碳铈矿1.25%,由于长期堆存,其综合回收利用难度大。试验通过磨矿—萤石浮选—萤石精矿磁选分离稀土—萤石尾矿重选回收重晶石的选矿流程,可综合回收利用萤石、重晶石及稀土矿物。试验结果表明,以YS-1#为萤石捕收剂,EM326为重晶石抑制剂,通过一次粗选、一次扫选、六次精选的浮选流程,可获得萤石精矿品位大于95%的指标,对浮选萤石精矿进一步强磁分离稀土矿物,可获得萤石精矿CaF2品位97.63%、回收率73.57%、稀土精矿REO品位38.57%、回收率45.27%的指标;萤石浮选尾矿通过分级—重选流程可获得重晶石精矿BaSO4品位90.35%,BaSO4回收率75.48%的指标。

Abstract:A rare earth tailings in Sichuan contains 27.58% fluorite, 45.25% barite and 1.25% cerium fluoride. Due to long-term stockpiling, it is difficult to recover and utilize. Through grinding-fluorite flotation-fluorite concentrate magnetic separation rare earth-fluorite tailings gravity separation recovery barite beneficiation process, can be comprehensive recovery and utilization of fluorite, barite and rare earth minerals. The results show that YS-1 is used as fluorite collector, EM326 is used as barite depressant, and the grade of fluorite concentrate is more than 95% through the flotation process of one roughing, one sweeping and six refining. For further magnetic separation of rare earth minerals from flotation fluorite concentrate, the grade of fluorite concentrate CaF2 is 97.63%, the recovery rate is 73.57%, the REO grade of rare earth concentrate is 38.57%, and the recovery rate is 45.27%. The grade of barite concentrate BaSO4 is 90.35% and the recovery of BaSO4 is 75.48%.
