CL－1型缓蚀剂的研制

为了阻缓高含水原油对集输管线的腐蚀，研制了ＣＬ－１型输油管线缓蚀剂。这种缓蚀剂是以两种咪唑啉衍生物与联氨为主要成分的复配药剂，运用于油水共在体系．本文介绍了该剂的室内性能评价和现场试验结果。     

防垢剂BZF－2的研制与应用

桩西油田产出原油综合含水已达６０％－７０％，原用防垢剂ＨＥＤＰ已失去有效抑制集输站结垢的性能。本工作针对结垢最严重的桩５２站的应用，研制了以有机膦化合物和聚氧乙烯醚为主成份的防垢剂ＢＺＦ－２，在室内考察了不同条件下的防垢率、腐蚀性、配伍性等性能，在桩５２站进行了为期４个月的现场试验，加量为１０．３ｍｌ／ｌ、防垢率≥９８．０％，加药设备管线的腐蚀率大大降低。     

Comparative Coreflood Studies for Precipitation and Adsorption Squeeze with PPCA as the Scales Inhibitor

Comparative adsorption and precipitation squeezes carried out on field core materials demonstrate that significant lifetime enhancement is achievable for precipitation squeeze with respect to more conventional adsorption squeeze. Coreflood tests have been carried out under reservoir conditions (135°C) employing a poly-phosphinocarboxylate (PPCA) as the scales inhibitor. Field treatment simulations, carried out starting from coreflood data and considering the characteristics of a North Sea formation taken as the reference, confirmed the higher performance, in term of squeeze lifetime, of the precipitation squeeze with respect to adsorption. The results pointed out the importance of choosing the appropriate formulation once the operative conditions are known, in order to promote the inhibitor precipitation into the formation. Some implications of these results for the optimization of the precipitation squeeze technology for field applications, with particular emphasis to formation damage, are also discussed.     

Is implementation of continuous improvement possible? An evolutionary model of enablers and inhibitors

The purpose of this article is to present an evolutionary model of the enablers and inhibitors affecting the implementation and sustainability of continuous improvement. With this aim, a qualitative study using the grounded theory was carried out. Interviews were conducted with managers responsible for continuous improvement in first‐tier suppliers in the automotive sector. As a result, two existing lines of research in the continuous improvement literature are synthesized: on one hand, the literature concerning the enablers and barriers associated with continuous improvement sustainability; and on the other, the literature concerning the evolutionary model. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

Electrochemical and analytical study of corrosion inhibition on carbon steel in HCl medium by 1,12-bis(1,2,4-triazolyl)dodecane

1,12-bis(1,2,4-triazolyl)dodecane (dTC12) is an excellent corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in deaerated 1 M HCl solution. In this work electrochemical and analytical techniques were used to study the inhibition of corrosion on carbon steel in acidic medium. The carbon steel corrosion inhibition of dTC12 was attributed to the synergistic effect between chloride anion and quaternary ammonium ion. The protective efficiency of the film was higher than 90%, indicating that corrosion of carbon steel in 1 M HCl is reduced by dTC12.The effect of dissolved oxygen on the inhibition efficiency was also investigated. The results show that the inhibition efficiency increases in early stage and decreases for a long immersion time.     

稀土在铜及其合金缓蚀剂中的研究

通过失重悬挂法和中性盐雾等腐蚀试验，研究了多种添加剂对铜及其合金的缓蚀作用，结果表明：在BTA溶液中加入一定量的有机羧酸和和稀土RE（IV）盐后，由于三者的协同效应，显著提高了钝化膜的性能。     

铁在盐酸中的缓蚀剂的两种作用类型的研究

通过腐蚀电位、极化曲线与交流阻抗测量研究了3种伯胺和丙炔醇对铁在盐酸中的缓蚀作用类型。结果表明,3种伯胺的缓蚀作用是几何覆盖效应,而丙炔醇的缓蚀作用则来自负催化效应。还证明,在强阳极极化的Tafel 直线区间,十二烷胺吸附在电极表面的覆盖率θ不随电位改变,十四烷胺的θ随电位的升高而增大。丙炔醇使铁阳极溶解反应活化能位垒增高的量.fa(θ)随电位升高而减小,其数值为df_a(θ)/dE=-73J·mol_-1.mV-1。     

Electrochemical and spectroscopic evidences of corrosion inhibition of bronze by a triazole derivative

The electrochemical behavior of the bronze (Cu-8Sn in wt%) was investigated in 3% NaCl aqueous solution, in presence and in absence of a corrosion inhibitor, the 3-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione (PTS). The inhibiting effect of the PTS was evidenced for concentrations higher than 1 mM for the cathodic process whereas its effect was clearly seen with a concentration as low as 0.1 mM for the anodic process. A significant positive shift of the corrosion potential was also observed, and its inhibiting effect increased with both its concentration and the immersion time of the sample. From voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy experiments, the inhibiting efficiency of the PTS was found to be in the 94-99% range for 1 mM concentration. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersion analysis of the specimen surface show the presence of sulphur on the surface. Raman micro-spectrometry study confirms the protective effect of the PTS in aqueous solution through three types of interactions with the electrode, namely the adsorption of the inhibitor in a flat configuration, the formation of copper-thiol molecules, and when copper is released, the formation of a polymeric complex.     

2,5-二疏基-1,3,4噻二唑及其衍生物的合成和抗腐蚀研究

介绍了3种合成DMTD方法和有选择的引入了-R-COOR、-C00H和-S-S官能团合成了一些DMTD的衍生物的方法。经IR，HNMR和元素分析进行了结构分析。DMTD衍生物具有良好的抑制腐蚀性，用自制的DMTD衍生物复合剂与石家庄炼油厂不同的加工工艺的银片腐蚀不合格的航煤进行SH／T0023—90试验，发现此复合剂有抗腐蚀效果。     

中和缓蚀剂Gibchem5911G的工业应用

叙述了中和缓蚀剂Gibchem5911G的缓蚀机理，以及缓蚀剂在中国石油大庆石化公司化工一厂裂解老区装置裂解气压缩机EC-301段间后冷器中的使用效果。通过对缓蚀剂注入前后EC-301段间后冷器中工艺凝液的pH值与总铁含量进行对比分析，可以看出该缓蚀剂可以改善压缩机段间后冷器中工艺凝液的pH值，能够有效地抑制后冷器腐蚀的发生。
