顶部烟叶带茎烘烤试验简报

摘    要:为了改进顶部烟叶的烘烤工艺,在福建省南平烟区的武夷山市、松溪县、浦城县和云南的陆良县等试点进行了顶部烟叶带茎收获烘烤试验。结果表明,带茎烘烤对改善顶部烟叶质量效果较明显,烤后的顶部烟叶组织较疏松,厚度较适中,桔黄色烟叶比例提高,杂色烟和挂灰烟叶减少。烟叶嗅香较好,顶部烟叶的可用性提高。

Abstract:For improving the flue-curing of top leaves, the experiments on flue-curing of top leaves with stalk were conducted in Wuyishan, Songxi and Pucheng of Fujian Province and Luliang of Yunnan Province. The results showed that flue-curing of leaves with stalk could improve the quality of top leaves obviously, the cured top leaves featured open grained structure, moderate thickness, more orange leaves, less variegated leaves, better aroma and higher usability.
