摘    要:高校来华留学生数量随着高等教育国际化的推进而逐年增加,学生来自全球各地,行为习惯、意识形态差异较大,为高校学生管理带来了挑战。如何面向跨文化背景的留学生做好教育与管理工作,对来华留学教育提质增效具有现实意义。通过分析来华留学生教育与管理的特殊性,在基于尊重留学生的跨文化差异基础上,从5个实际工作维度出发,探索新时期适合现阶段来华留学教育管理工作路径。

Abstract:Under the background of internationalization of higher education, the number of international students in universities is increasing each year. Students come from all over the world, with great differences in behavior and ideology, posing challenges of the student management to the universities. To do proper educational work to the international students with cross-cultural backgrounds is of practical significance to improve the quality and efficiency of education for this group. This study analyzes the specialty of international students based on respecting students, cross-cultural differences and explores the working path of education and management to international students in China that is suitable for the current stage in the new era from five practical working dimensions.
