| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了30 m3预聚合釜的开发及结构特点,此设备采用迷宫密封及双端面机械密封两种密封形式,釜体夹套采用螺旋半管式夹套,釜顶设有釜顶冷凝器。该设备已于宜宾天原股份有限公司投产使用。

| Abstract: | The development and structural characteristics of 30 m~3 PVC prepolymerizer were introduced.Two kinds of sealing forms,i.e.labyrinth seal and double mechanical seal,were adopted.A half-pipe coil jacket were equipped for the body of prepolymerizer and there was an overhead condenser.This equipment was now applied in Yibin Tianyuan Inc.. |
